Best in the area! We drive 20 minutes from Abingdon, and pass several other places along the way. Bippers is worth the drive. We've been going there for nearly 20 years. They are thorough, honest, with fair pricing, and won't recommend a bunch of unnecessary stuff to make a buck.

Extremely nice staff. I had an issue where my exhaust was out of place and they fixed it quickly and cheaper than what I just replaced a wheel sensor for at the dealership. Highly recommend

You’re guaranteed to get someone working on your car who is respectful and knows their S***. I brought my 2017 BMW 440i in for a resonator delete and I’m very protective of my ride, but they took great care of me. Very confidence inspiring, would recommend 👍🏻

This place kept my Mazda on the road for 189000 miles. And connected me with a good (not dealer expensive) Toyota specialist back in 2010 when the engine fell out.

Bippers in my option is the best all around automotive repair shop in Harford County MD. They can do it all. The main part is the honesty that is given by Amber the owner. She tells it like it is. She will not do more than is needed and will advise on what she feels is needed repairs. She has a great understanding of the automotive field. Her Daddy taught her well. She is professional but has the right personality to make you feel important and that makes you want to keep coming back. I'm 63 years old and been around several repair shops. This I would rate a 10 plus. Bippers is the only repair shop you will never need to maintain your vehicle to keep it running the best.

Bippers business and services are above and beyond!! A small local owned and operated business that care about their customers!! I had multiple repairs performed to my vehicle. I was hesitant for these repairs to even be addressed thinking it would be a small fortune. Not only were all the repairs completed within a day, but the price was not comparable any where else...and they are just so kind! We will be lifetime customers. I never look forward to car service and maintenance but going back to Bippers, I don’t really mind getting it handled!

.. A+ business and A+ human being at the helm. We have been customers for some time now (15+years). She runs a tight shop much like her dad, Jeff did. We have never had issues with the service or the prices. I usually don't write reviews... However this was stand out service ... My wife's car was acting up and my wife was very nervous about her "baby".. The owner was able to ease my wife's nerves by explaining everything that could be wrong with her car and what it would take to fix the issues. Simple and direct. She didn't mince words but my wife completely understood. She didn't need to take the time she did to help my wife understand. She would have made her father proud at that moment... "Why fix something that isn't broken..."

The exhaust repair was done very quickly but a headlamp that clips to the bill of a baseball cap was taken from my car. I charged the light on Saturday night, put it in my car on Sunday in a compartment in the center console. I closed the lid on the compartment, and took the car in for service on Monday. Tuesday I opened the compartment and the light was gone. No one else was in the car but myself and the tech from the shop. I called them at 4 30 pm Tuesday, no one answered and I left a message asking for a call back. I waited until 3 pm on Wednesday and was not called. I called them again and told them the light was missing. I was told no one but the tech was in my car and he would not have taken it. They said I was mistaken about where or when I put it in my car. I searched through my car and house for the light but it is missing. I know where and when I put it in the car. I am a letter carrier for the USPS and use the light to deliver mail in the evening when it gets dark. I am very disappointed that this happened. I don't know if I will be returning to this shop.

Bipper is very knowledgeable about her business and she won't stop till she gets your vehicle taken care of correctly. They also have very good customer service 🌹

Wouldn’t go there again. Did some work for me which was very overpriced. Part of that work was selling me a battery. I’ve had problems with the battery since we got it. Had it tested at two different shops and was told it had a bad cell. She (the owner) continues to say it’s a good battery and In order for her and her “distributor” to warranty it she needs to look at the car. Called Bosch myself and come to find out her distributor is PepBoys. They said I can take it to PepBoys myself and get a new one. She charged me almost double for the battery and $37.50 to put it in. Wouldn’t recommend this shop.

I orriginally brought my car to the dealer, because the check engine light was on. They wanted $900 for an O2 sensor. I brought the car in to Bippers, and they replaced the sensor for $250. Great work. I drove the car around a few months and ran over the gas cap at the gas station. The cap still fit, so I drove the car awhile, and the check engine light came back on. I brought the car back to Bippers with an attitidude because I thought there was an issue with their work. It turns out the gas cap wasn’t making a good seal, and is what caused the engine light. Bippers handled my attitude very well, and replaced it for $20. I cannot express how happy I am to habe found an honest mechanic who really cares about their customer. They have me as a customer for life.

They are always great. All of the companies that I have worked for use Bippers to service their vehicles.

I called them about the exhaust on my car and the guy said to bring it in right away and he would look at it. Well, when I got there , the people in the front office basically ignored me for an hour and a half before I finally left in frustration. This is not what I would call good public relations.

They're quick friendly and efficient. They really try to help and work with you. I'll always take my car to bippers.

Bippers is a rarity in today’s world-an honest mechanics shop. I don’t even live nearby but it’s worth the drive every time. Love this place.

I've had to take my car in for many repairs. Each time something different. And every time, I've been greeted by friendly staff and the problem has been quickly fixed and reasonably priced. No overcharging for services. I will never take my car anywhere else!

Absolutely hands down the best experience I have had at a car place. Jeff and his employees are so honest, cheap, and reliable. I have not spent more then $200 to get things fixed... even had my muffler replaced!!! Absolutely love it. Please give them your business

We have had great experiences with Jeff and Bippers and will continue to use them in the future. I had a quick oil change place tell me there was something really wrong with my car and it wouldn't make it on a road trip we had planned. I took it directly over to Jeff and he and his mechanics looked at it on the spot and assured me the car was just fine for our road trip the next day. And it was!

My car stayed in the parking lot for weeks before they even attempted to repair it. Finally when they said it was finished and to come pick it up I was just happy to get the call but the next day the problem was still there so we took it back up and it stayed in the lot for days again. This was not the only time with just on vehicle either. The guy in the office is hard not to like but the guys in the garage must not have any idea what their doing. Its so frustrating having to go through this all the time with these repair places.
