Rock solid experience. I drove vehicles from all over the Bmore area and dealt with a lot of folks trying to settle on a model that would meet my needs. Sadly, I ran into many of the old stereotypical games and ploys at most of the dealerships. Not at Jones. This was the second vehicle I've purchased here. Ask for Athena in sales. She has hustle and great energy and will work to make sure everything is right for you.

Very very poor service. And even worse communication. First of all I don’t recommend jones at all anymore. They sold used crap basically to my son. Then they sell you a warranty that they string you along with. Let’s start with my story. We’ve been buying vehicles from jones for over 15 years. Our first 4 purchases at the dealership have been smooth sailing no problems, mind you two of them were brand new so they better not have problems. Then this past one has been a nightmare. Only 3 weeks in and the cars belt starts to squeak. They fix it after three days in the shop now we’re at problem number 2 and the cars only 4 weeks in our ownership. Now they have had no communication with my son after five days, it’s my sons car, only communication with my husband and that’s because he calls. Now these were problems that the car already had and jones used superstore sold my son the car with all of these problems, so now they want to get the extended warranty to pay for it and that has a deductible. Hmm imagine that. Their claim is to sell cars that have been through a vigorous inspection. Then why is my son without a car for the second time in a month and hasn’t even made the first payment.

Meena made the deal of a life time. He helped my sister get a certificate pre owned in under 2 hours. Meena provided great service and understanding of the situation and time frame. Thank you Meena and the jones management team

I worked with Yoonah and the overall process went smoothly. Very accommodating and easy process. However, I was disappointed that I wasn’t informed upfront that the vehicle I was interested in had been in an accident and had its engine replaced. I only noticed because I looked through 5 pages of CarFax report that is mandatory to be given to the customer. More transparency would have made the experience better.

My husband and I went to Jones last night for a vehicle. We had Meena as our salesman and Taylor as our finance lady. They both were upfront, honest, and did all they could to help us get the best deal and get us in a vehicle that day. They took the time to explain things to where it made sense. They were awesome people. Easily the best car buying experience we have had thus far. They didn't feel pushy or like it was only about selling a car. Would definitely go back if we needed another vehicle in the future! Also, the manager on duty, I didn't get his name, also did as much as he possibly could to help us, as we are kind of in a tight situation. They all were awesome.

Meena Hermeena was absolutely incredible. Normally buying cars is very frustrating and you're dealing with being overcharged and ran around the bush to get what you think is fair, but Meena kept going above and beyond to make the experience well worth my time. If there was an issue, he fixed it or did more than was expected to make it right, and he worked with me like I was a human rather than a commission. Highly recommend, I'd give him 6 stars if I could!

I just purchased a 2023 Jeep Gladiator from Jones used. Meena Hermeena was an incredible jones salesman. He has a vast knowledge of all of the cars on the lot and process to drive home in one.
