The staff here is super helpful, if you are in the market for a new or used VW. Featured in other reviews, I have known salesman Phil C for a long time. Phil and his team worked hard to find a great deal for us, and I know he will do the same for you! We are still shopping, but if I happen to buy a VW elsewhere, I just may bring it here for its service needs.

I have been impressed with the sales to finical department. Phillip was my sales person he is awesome to work with. Worked with Matthew in finance was great. Today when we went to sign , they were honest said hey we found a issue with the getting it fixed before you take the car. I appreciate there honesty would highly recommend this dealership.

I brought my Volkswagen ID.4 in for routine service in December 2025 and was quoted 993.28 for four Kumho tires. Based on that estimate, I expected my tire replacement to be close to the 1,000 dollar range. This week, my final total came to 1,350.00, including a discount on the alignment, not a discount on the entire service. I understand additional services can increase the total, but no one clearly explained why the price was so much higher than my original quote. I was not told tire pricing had changed, and the difference between my December estimate and the final out-the-door total was never clearly broken down. As a customer, hearing “about 1,000 for tires” and then paying 1,350 feels like a significant jump. My concern is not that services were done, but that pricing transparency and comparison to the original quote were missing. I agreed to an alignment at a discounted price, but that discount applied only to the alignment itself, not the overall bill. Even considering that, the total still ended up far above what I had originally expected. Clear communication upfront would have helped set expectations. I was also disappointed that my vehicle was not charged while it was there. As an EV owner, courtesy charging during service is something many dealerships offer, and it would have been appreciated. Another concern is that the service department was not aware of a software update my vehicle requires. I was advised to contact them again in a week to see if they had received the update, which means I now have to make another trip back. For EV owners, software updates are part of standard vehicle support, and it was surprising that this was not already tracked or addressed. Additionally, when I first began using this dealership, courtesy loaner vehicles were offered. I have now been told there is a 50 dollar per day charge for a loaner, which is a noticeable change in customer support. The staff was polite and responsive, and they did try to work with me on an alignment discount. However, for an expense of this size, clearer communication, EV-specific awareness, and consistent customer service policies would make a big difference. I hope this feedback helps improve pricing clarity and overall service experience for future customers.

Philip was beyond spectacular to do business with. He made everything very clear and easy to understand. He went out of his way for a special request I had made when I inquired about the car. I was a bit skepitcal about the whole financial process as a first time buyer! I can confidently say that phillip had my back and this made me highly confident about my purchase with all of the bells and whistles included along with no hidden fees! Worst VW dealer I’ve ever visited. The condiscending tone of the sales staff was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. The attitude of “This is what we have so you have to buy it” was remarkable. No way would I ever consider buying a car from these people. The owner and management should be ashamed their staff talks to customers like this.

This Fallston Volkswagen dealership are evil, all they care about is money from your hand to their pocket, they package my car after they charged me with $200 ÷ diagnosed it with oil leakage into the gasket, saying that my only option is to change my car engine, I went to a local mechanic and fixed my car. Fallston Volkswagen delayed me for hours just to diagnose my car, that kept me suspecting if they really put back my car together or did they remove something? My car was turbo and it picks up power, after coming out from them my car was crawling. I requested for the diagnosed documents, they told me, Oh! We don't print it out but we can email it. "Fallston Volkswagen dealership, did I email the my money to you to diagnose my car?" No! you charged my card instantly and wasted my time for hours so that I can be left with no option rather than to buy new car from you, but God lifted me. And when I requested for what you diagnosed, you refused to give it to me. I will never recommend my enemies to Fallston Volkswagen dealership. The way Fallston Volkswagen dealership treated me, that's the way God and the angels will stop customers from going to Fallston Volkswagen dealership, customers will runaway from you! Because you can not hide your bad behavior from customers, they will see it and run forever...

Called in to inquire about a used vehicle and potentially make a deal. I worked with Jazmine over the phone to structure a deal and was very straight forward about what I wanted. Jazmine was able to structure a deal and make everything work. I went in the next day and worked with a salesman named William who was a pleasure to work with and knowledgeable on his VW’s. We went on a test drive and I loved the vehicle. They got me approved with a great rate and worked with me on some additional add ons to sweeten the deal. The business manager Matt was great to work with and was upfront and wasn’t pushy. He was able to work out a spectacular deal on an extended warranty where I couldn’t say no. An additional thank you to Melissa and Mr. Hassan to helping make everything happen as well. Truly my best buying experience thus far.

Everyone in the service department is fantastic! I explained to Ozzy that I let my husband work on the rear brakes on my 2022 Taos but the electronic parking brake reset stopped him in his tracks. He didn’t make me feel bad for choosing not to fight that battle with my husband but instead was very understanding. He set me up with an appointment and the techs ran a diagnostic to make sure my husband’s brake job was safe and successfully did the electronic reset. All in all, a very quick and easy resolution. I highly recommend VW of Fallston service department!

I had an amazing experience at VW of Fallston! Marvin was absolutely incredible to work with. He was extremely professional, paid close attention to every detail, and—most importantly—actually listened to what I wanted in a vehicle/pricing. He didn’t try to push anything on me. Instead, he focused on my needs and made sure the entire process worked in my favor. Marvin and the team truly made it happen for me, and I am beyond grateful. From Marvin the Salesperson to the Finance Manager , to the General Manager everyone treated me with respect and provided excellent customer service. I would give this Dealership high recommendations . This will not be my last purchase.

This Volkswagen location has the best customer service personnel. I was charmed by the sales rep, JT; informed by the manager, Jasmine; and provided with expert care by Shadi. This team exceeded all expectations to confirm my deal. They made magic happen. And when my patience was short, Jasmine just smiled and explained the contract. JT ensured I was pleased with the modifications needed to the vehicle, and Shadi went above and beyond to make me happy. I would strongly recommend the Fallston location for your next Volkswagen purchase.

I have been using Fallston VW service department for years. The staff never makes me feel like a burden and they always give enough time to listen to my requests or observation regarding the vehicle requiring service. I recently purchased my first vehicle with the dealership and was not surprised to discover the front of house sales team is just as accommodating, especially Phil and Melissa, they did not pressure a sale but instead listened to what I was looking for and what I needed in my new vehicle purchase. If there was a downside it was in finance. There was only one person working the day I made my purchase and through no fault of their own, because they were churning people through as fast they could, I had to wait around for two hours for my turn to sit in the chair to sign paperwork. Just a minor inconvenience to a very successful purchase of my 2025 VW Atlas.

Bought my first Voltswagen, cars been running smooth these past 2 weeks, and I had no problems with the actual sale of my vehicle, Philip was very helpful. I wish the detailers did a better job on my vehicle before handing it off to me, it had a couple of spots on both the inside and outside with sticky residue left behind, I’ll follow up once I have my first servicing done by the and say how that goes. Edit: my first servicing is done didn’t take long at all was super simple to schedule using the app and they offered to redo the detailing for me, overall a great experience.

please take the time to read full review - from 1 to 3 stars 11/13/25: car continues to misfire since yesterday evening **UPDATED REVIEW 11/12/25: I want to start by thanking Shadi and the team for reaching out to me after seeing my Facebook post — that really meant a lot. I also appreciate that several issues with my vehicle were fixed free of charge; the car definitely runs smoother now, and I’m grateful for that effort. The team was very friendly. I do still have some concern about what I was told might be a sludge issue in the engine. According to someone in service (red hair — I didn’t catch their name), this issue was discussed with Mike, and it seems that VW isn’t able to fix it. They mentioned they did what they could, but a full engine replacement wasn’t possible. They kindly suggested I contact Hyundai to check for any warranty coverage, but unfortunately, it isn’t covered. I’m not sure how serious this sludge issue may become, but I wanted to share that I’m a bit uneasy about it. Still, I truly appreciate the honesty, professionalism, and the fact that the team cared enough to follow up and help where they could. ** —- I purchased my car here in March 2025, and while the buying process itself was smooth and the customer service was great at the time, I’m now dealing with issues that really shouldn’t be happening in less than a year. The main concern is the gas gauge — it’s dropping miles rapidly, which was not happening before. This issue was not actually mentioned about the vehicle when I bought it… I feel it should have been properly fixed before selling the car to a customer. Overall, I had a positive experience during the sale, but the problem so soon after purchase are disappointing and make it harder to fully trust the reliability of the vehicle. UPDATE 09/17/2025 12:28 pm called and had no further info to go off of so i left a vm to someone i got transferred to … Update: Never got a call back from 9/17/25… UPDATE 11/04/25 2:33 PM I’ve had my car for not even a full year and my check engine light is already on. Firestone told me the car needs new spark plugs, which is a big and unexpected repair this early on. When I called the dealership, today, I spoke with Michael, who told me the car had about 103K miles when I bought it and now has around 113K. Even he acknowledged that this mileage is well under when spark plugs should typically need to be replaced — yet I was still told there’s nothing they can do since it’s “out of warranty.” To me, that’s not acceptable. Customers should be able to trust that a vehicle will be reliable for at least a year without major issues like this — especially when they’re putting their financial trust in a dealership. Not everyone can afford surprise repairs right after they buy a car. It’s extremely disappointing to spend so much money only to be stuck paying more almost immediately, and to receive no support from the people who sold it to me. Michael stated that my issue is a maintenance problem that’s not covered either anyway, but one would expect not to need spark plugs in 10k miles…

My experience at this dealership was incredible. I've never had a buying experience like this. Usually dealerships are pushy and always trying to get you to purchase something you may not need/want. This was NOT our experience. We were presented with options and left up to make up our minds without the pressure/hassle. Marvin was our sales person and he picked up a car at a different dealership that I was interested in.He also understood we were on a time crunch. He, not only made sure that we were expedited, but also made the purchase of the car go smoothly. Shadid the GM was incredible, he worked with us to get the best deal. Matthew, completed our financing and was efficient and friendly. I am so happy with my purchase here. Highly recommend.

Derrick was phenomenal. The great service started 6 months before we even stepped foot in the dealership. He answered our questions and was understanding that we weren't ready for purchase yet. Once all ducks were in a row I reached back out, he was very accommodating to my wife's and my schedules. The whole transaction was very smooth and low pressure. During the purchase, the general manager Shadi, came over and introduced himself and was very gracious. He was able to distract our 11 month old for a little, while my wife and I filled out some paperwork. Matt in finance was great. He walked us through everything and answered our many questions. I could not more highly recommend Fallston Volkswagen. Thank you for a great experience!

This dealership was exemplary! I loved the atmosphere, professionalism, and friendliness. Lee was my sales professional and was an absolute gem. He was not pushy. He was just helpful and really nice. I originally went to see a car they had that matched one I was going to look at from a private buyer. I told Lee this right away but he took the time to show me the car anyway. I ended falling in love with that particular car and bought it that day! The whole team at this dealership made the buying process simple. They also did little extra things for me that made a huge difference. I had taken it back there the day after to get my tires filled and brakes checked. They also filled my gas tank! The entire team is fantastic 😊

1-Star Review: Extremely Disappointed with My 2024 VW Atlas R-Line from Fallston Volkswagen I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Fallston Volkswagen and my purchase of a 2024 Atlas R-Line has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. From the moment I drove it off the lot, the problems started. The infotainment system constantly glitches—freezing, rebooting, and sometimes not responding at all. For a brand-new CPO 2024 model loaded with tech, I expected much more reliability. Instead, it’s been a constant hassle. Then there’s the ride quality. The transmission is smooth, especially at low speeds. Acceleration feels strong, and there’s sometimes unsettling hesitation when I press the gas. I brought it back to Fallston Volkswagen, and they told me “it’s normal.” Sorry, but there’s nothing normal about a new vehicle driving like this.then there is the HUD display when looking on the car original i was told it was a easy fix and the Car Was A CPO from volkswagen Fallston The was miss diagnose it had the wrong front Glass installed it took serval times to get it fixed never had a volkswagen before I had to get help from online info to find out how all this worked out from tech to etc etc there was never a show how to use the car and what I can do and can't. Even the interior, which I thought would be top-notch in the R-Line trim, feels cheap in places. The materials aren’t holding up, and there are already rattles and squeaks that make it feel like an older car, not a brand-new SUV I spent a lot of money on. What made it worse was how the dealership handled everything. Once they made the sale, it felt like they were done with me. I’ve had to follow up multiple times just to get basic answers, and the customer service has been disappointing, to say the least. From Tom , Joe, and Cindy, their intrepatation on customer service is not strong or valid, in my opinion. I regret buying from Fallston Volkswagen and wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. The lack of customer service and professionalism at Fallston Volkswagen has been shocking. Once they got my money, it felt like they couldn’t care less about whether I was satisfied or not. I truly regret buying from them and will never return.

I walked in needing a car. I couldn't afford the one I wanted and the ones I could afford didn't have a manual transmission. I almost walked away and then a miracle happened. My dream car.. A mk6 2dr manual 5 speed was mentioned. The paperwork began. They got me a great payment plan. The headliner wasn't in the best shape and they sent it off to be fixed. They made me feel important. They kept in touch with me during the headliner process. Overall I had a wonderful experience. Gained a customer for life.
