I was initially disappointed with the work done on my car after the collision and shared my concerns. Edi, the collision center manager, listened carefully and assured me everything would be taken care of. They truly followed through — the team did an excellent job, and my car looks like new. I honestly can’t remember the last time I experienced customer service this good. Great job and thank you, Edi.

Yall have a rude worker in there that cant even face a misunderstanding without being mean.. i doordashed here today for one of your workers and she was absolutely rude. I gave the food to one of the guys that works with her to hand to her since i didnt see her and she called me and asked where her order is and i asked what her name was and instead of giving me the name that was put down in the dasher app, she gave me a completely different name and i had kept repeating her name out loud cause my dasher app wasnt showing her name and she randomly said “repeating my name isnt going to solve this” (her own coworkers laughing in the back as well after that comment) and i had told her that she did not have to be rude at all because im literally trying to resolve this issue. The fact your worker can talk like this to me when i didn’t provoke her in any way shows that she probably does this to everyone and yall don’t do nothing about it.

My car was in an accident and ended up at the collision department for over a month and a half. During that stressful time, Dana in the collision rental department was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to help me navigate a very unclear and frustrating situation with my insurance company. Dana was kind, patient, and always took the time to explain everything clearly. she truly cared and made a difficult experience so much easier. Her manager Ed and the technician Cliff were also incredibly helpful and professional throughout the process. It’s rare to find people who genuinely care about their customers, and this team truly does. I hope someone at the company reads this and recognizes Dana (and the whole team) for their outstanding service. They absolutely deserve it!

I love this body shop. I would never go anywhere else for help. Unfortunately I had three different accidents that were not my fault and the team here made it almost effortless. Ed Zimmerman and his team are nothing short of amazing!! I am grateful for all of them!

OMG!! Right the first minute that I entered the Jones Junction Body I was greeted and welcomed. Jen Tudor asked me if I was ok and said that they were going to help me- and she was Right! After the accident I was upset and nervous and after speaking to her I felt safe. I then spoke to Dennis the Manager who was assigned to work on my car- Dennis said don’t worry it will be ok and we are here to help. Dennis was right. I got a rental car from Enterprise and I got a Mustang which was a little hard for me to drive- I couldn’t turn the car around and Lexie Antonini came out right away and turned the car for me! What a company! Everyone! that I came in contact treated me like I was family! They were just simply authentic, kind people that treated me like I really mattered. Thank you! I am more than pleased with the service I received. T J, Jan and Morgan were the poster children for customer service. I felt very special. I was kept in the loop weekly. The repair on the vehicle is superb. The vehicle was returned showroom ready. I was given direction about care after the release of the vehicle. What was a negative experience turned out to be a positive outcome. I can't say enough about the whole Experience. I will recommend this facility to all my friends and acquaintances.

Stop in on 5/6/2025 for a minor repair on my 2024 Nissan Z , spoke to Ed Zimmerman and the repairs was performed that day. His was professional at all times, within a hour my car was done. This was my first time at Jones Junction Body Shop. Outstanding service and customer care , thanks guys.

Hi, I recently had my car repaired at Jones Junction Body Shop in Bel Air, MD, and I had very good experience. What impressed me the most was how quickly they finished the job-way ahead of scheduled date. My advisor TJ was professional, communicative and efficient. He kept me updated throughout the process. Really bad experience. I did not want to make a big deal about the fact that the paintwork was not that good & the color is poorly matched but the paint has since started cracking in several places on the rear bumper. Shops response was "That was not a part of the vehicle we worked on." They installed & painted a new rear upper bumper cover & it has cracking all over it. They refuse to accept responsibility for their poor paintwork. As well, when I picked up my vehicle it was shaking violently in the front & could see the steering wheel shaking when driving. I had just installed 4 new tires at Jones Hyundai before taking it over to the body shop , there was no problem with the front wheels when I dropped the car off. I immediately reported the issue to Jones Customer Relations who said they were going to pull the camera footage of my vehicle & get back to me. Never heard back from them. Had the wheels re-checked by Jones Hyundai & they found the Right Front wheel bent beyond the point of repair. Hyundai's manager on duty, Service advisor & tech were all present when the manager stated they were going to have the body shop manager look at the bent wheel & get back to me if there was a problem with them replacing the wheel they had bent. Never heard anything but after 4 days got a call from Jones Hyundai telling me they had "fixed" the wheel & that was all they were going to do. Car is still shaking, looks like all they did was over-weight the wheel & when they did it they damaged the finish in the center of the wheel. The wheel is still bent, you can literally HEAR the bent wheel wobbling when going down the road. This was just the worst part of the repair but the entire job was performed very loosely & unprofessionally. The advisor handling my vehicle left the company before the job was completed resulting in a massive billing error. Prior to this they had demonstrated incompetence repeatedly by failing to be able to complete simple tasks like calling in claims. Yet I was patient even though it took them three weeks to complete a project that should have taken at best a week . But the finished product is unacceptable. Not only did they do a poor job of repairing my vehicle, they actually damaged it further & quite severely in a way that effects the performance of the vehicle. .

Some kind of magic….! I am the owner that babies his cars and have never had the need to visit a body shop. I did not purchase my car from the dealership and there must be 30 repair facilities between my house and this selection. This company-It’s people and its processes- get it right. Dennis was thorough and informative about the repair that needed to be undertaken. He explained all the steps, many of which I would have no idea about since I’m not in the collision repair business. He was patient and suggested things can take longer than anticipated as was made aware of the process. Weekly calls were received from Jen to update me on where my repair was in the queue and whether not additional parts had to be ordered. Paperwork management and the toggle with insurance was seamless (I was not the policyholder). I’m not sure what kind of magic they practice at Jones Junction Collision but you could not tell my car had been repaired and the process to make it so remarkably easy.

My son's car has been in the shop since he was involved in an accident two months ago. He's been told repeatedly that the car would be ready only to get told it would be a couple more days. I don't get the impression that this is a very well run shop. I understand that things come up, but this is crazy. I've bought several cars from Jones, but after this experience I'll look elsewhere.

I had an excellent experience after my car was rear-ended and ended up in this body shop. The service was outstanding from the moment I dropped my car off until the day I picked it up. I got a quick time for drop-off and estimates, and the representative handled communication with the insurance company seamlessly. The service representatives made the entire process very smooth, and I was updated throughout. Communication with the service reps was excellent, with no issues at all. I will definitely remember this place for any future services.

Had a great experience at this body shop. After going over a curb in the snow, my car went from not being able to drive to driving just like the day I got her! Shout out to Dylan R for communicating with me through the process. They’ve earned my business in the future for sure

This is a shout out to Mr. Zimmerman, the manager of Jones Body Shop & Collison Center. I have been to Jones Body Shop a couple of times over the past few years, and Mr. Zimmerman has ALWAYS provided excellent customer service. During my last visit, I was extremely stressed about the damage to my car, and he calmed me down immediately. He assured me that everything would work out fine. He was right!!! He personally followed through to make sure all repairs were done to my satisfaction. Jones should be very proud to have a manager who is so dedicated to customer service. I highly recommend Jones Body Shop & Collison Center.

Jones had our truck for three weeks and didn’t touch it once. Received two updates from Cliff during those three weeks, the first update (Wednesday) saying it would hopefully be done by the end of the work week (Friday) the second update was a full week later (Wednesday again) saying it was being handed over to another technician and hopefully be in paint by the end of the week (Friday again). So we were lied to. The Saturday after the second update my BIL swung by to check on the truck and reported it hadn’t even been moved from the lot. Upon calling the shop on that Monday at opening to let them know that we would be coming to pick up our truck that evening and expecting a full refund of our 50% down payment, cliff told me it could be in paint by end of day??? We said no thanks and took our business elsewhere. Originally Cliff said the check would be available within 10 business days, but when it came time that the other shop needed paid, we called to check on the status of our refund and Cliff said it now might be 4-6 weeks!? Thankfully the shop manager of Ourisman Collision Center (highly recommend) knows the shop manager of Jones and handled it and was able to expedite the payment that Ourisman rightfully earned and deserved. Jones Collision Center, specifically Cliff, cannot be trusted.

I would like to give Lexie a special thanks for handling my car experience at the Collision Center. She was always pleasant and very patient in my weekly calls. She made a terrible experience into a pleasant one. During this 2 1/2 month experience waiting for my car was worth it. It looks great and everyone did an excellent job. I have been dealing with Jones all make and models for over 40 years. Thanks to everyone that assisted me with this experience. Thanks Lexie!!!!

My vehicle was rear ended on Conowingo Dam and was taken to Jones Body Shop. I was immediately contacted and informed that they would supply me with a rental car and parts where being ordered for the repair.Eddie Zimmerman the body shop manager came out and personally assured me the process would move quickly and not to hesitate to contact him if there were any issues. There were none…I got a call days later that the car was finished and I could pick up.Received the car in pristine condition and it looked new again.Easy peasy, thanks to everyone else at Jones that helped get my car back to me quickly and perfectly repaired!

This is the second time I've taken my car to Jones Collision to get body work done. Eddie, Lexie and Dylan are always on top of everything from appointment scheduling, rental needs and keeping you up to date on what stage of repairs your car is in and when it will be ready for pickup. Upon pickup the car is always more clean than when it came in and the work is great. Thanks again!

This place is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! And I need to speak with an owner like yesterday! Jones not only damaged my brand new vehicle (2023 kia seltos) 3 separate times but after telling them NOT to touch my vehicle they went ahead and snuck it into their shop to cover up everything! Then when I was sent a text unexpectedly saying “your car is almost done” and I said I did not give them permission and to not touch my vehicle again they still went ahead without permission “and finished it”! Left me with a text saying I have 24 hours to return the rental!!!!! I have photos of all the damage this place has done to my car! I have all the text of me telling them NOT to touch my vehicle! And now I am in contact with the attorney general and BBB! I need an owner to contact me due to the damage these people have done to my vehicle and the deceiving they have done to try and cover all this up! I will be screaming to the rooftops and telling EVERYONE I know NOT to ever deal with this dealership and department! DR. Jones is a complete scam! And to me committed fraud by fixing my vehicle after I told them not to and without letting me notify my insurance to get the depreciation value I will be loosing on my new car! I need an owner to contact me ASAP!

I recently used Jones Junction Body Shop for repairs on my 2021 Nissan Rogue, and while I was delighted with the quality of the repairs, the communication could have been better. Throughout most of the process, they kept me informed on the progress of the repairs. However, when the estimated completion date was extended, I had to chase them around for updates. My estimator, Dennis, was cordial when I could reach him on the phone, but I did have to bug him for updates. Despite the communication issues, I am happy with the level of repairs, as they did an excellent job. Overall, I would recommend Jones Junction Body Shop, but they could improve their communication with customers.

Mike Wojo, you're the man! I brought my 2021 Sonata N-Line in to have cargo hooks installed inside the trunk, purchased from Hyundai accessories. When I spoke to Mike "Wojo" at the center he said sure, if you can get here before 4:30 we'll be happy to take care of that for you. As it turned out it involved a bit more than he anticipated with some drilling of holes and possibly placing brackets and asked if I could bring the car back when they would have more time. I brought my car back and the hooks were installed in a very timely manner and they work like a charm, not sure why they don't come with the car when sold. Mike also gave me advice on how to touch up some paint below the front grille that I had questions about. Anyway, thanks Mike, job well done. I enjoy adding little things to my vehicles to personalize them and anytime I need something done I will always go to Jones Body Shop & Collision Center. Top notch service and a job well done, what else can you ask for? Thanks guys, I'll see you again for my next request!

I just picked up my car today. And I am not happy. My brand new 2021 Sentra my dad accidentally backed into it. I took it to Jones on June 14th. Yes they had my car two months. I got home to look it over and found a dent in my trunk, scratched paint on rear passenger door, the paint doesn't match, they left tape inside my gas cover and I had a hard time opening it. Build up of paint under my tail light. I was told several times my car would be ready, then was told he (Cliff)wasn't happy with the paint and was having it repainted. I took my dad with me to pick it up and he noticed the paint not matching immediately but cliff said if we go home and aren't happy to call and they will fix it. I'm so irritated I waited to long for my car and now it has to go back. They had my car longer then I got to drive it since I bought it. It's almost as if he was expecting me to not be happy like he knew it was coming. Ugh smdh

Jones did an awesome job detailing my car! I was so excited and impressed to see how good my car looked. Also had my car’s oil changed. It didn’t take long at all and everything from beginning to end went smoothly. I especially loved the customer service. The staff there is friendly, very eager to help with your needs and they make you feel comfortable leaving your vehicle in their care. I felt comfortable during my whole experience there. I would highly recommend Jones for anyone’s car needs.

I bought my car at Jones and have always had a good experience with them (aside from generic requests to trade-in my car for a new one but what dealer doesn't) so using their collision shop pretty much matched everything else I've ever experienced. Relatively friendly but always professional staff. Craig was in charge of my car and he was super forthright in the free estimate. They graciously shuttle you down to their rental car service. Craig later callled me with updates regarding what needed to be done, took a bit longer than expected but they allowed me to provide parts that survived my accident in good condition to re-use so I didn't mind. Overall fine experience.

Update*** after posting about the issues i had with the quality of work performed on truck, i was contacted by the shop manager Ed regarding my concerns. He asked me to bring the truck in and he would take a look at it. After talking with him and showing him what i was seeing, he agreed to fix everything. He set me up with a rental car and keep me informed of the daily progress. After a week in the shop I’m thrilled to say the truck looks great. Paint looks great, wheel is clean and the pin stripe looks great. Ed took care of everything he said he would and also fixed a couple of door dings for me. Very pleased with the work and professionalism. I’ve upgraded this review from a 1 star to a 5 star rating.
