Took a motorcycle here for inspection and the inspector was super strict. It was useful for finding minute problems that were overlooked prior to purchase, but a bit irritating to fail for a shortened brake lever or for the positioning for an aftermarket exhaust (which is in an identical position as the stock exhaust). If you have a modified bike, it may be worth taking it somewhere else. Nevertheless, the shop was professional and accommodating, providing the necessary feedback to allow me to easily correct the deficiencies with my motorcycle. I can only assume that this level of professionalism and knowledge would translate to their other services.
Honest people who really know what they are doing. I’ve had them do everything from brakes to oil changes to engine repair to air conditioning to state inspection.
First of all he is a Thief to the public
Charged me for the inspection gave me 30 days took it back a day late so he then charged me $300 to complete the inspection work
Obviously he made $300 extra for the inspection work to pass the vehicle he should have passed the inspection
So he made me go elsewhere
Paid again an inspection fee and there was something else that needed to be corrected where Kars did not write down or catch .
An additional $200 bucks was needed
Overall the Guys Business is Sketchy
Watch out for this business please go elsewhere
Because if it was me and the customer gave me the additional work as a Business owner I would have completed the inspection for the vehicle
By the way he lives to rip off Senior Citizens

Paula and most of the staff displayed excellent customer service. Have a good inventory for being a small place. Appeared to make right since the day I bought the vehicle and it wouldn’t start. This was after test driving prior. Along with the fact I brought it back three times in the 30 day warranty. I’m no mechanic but I suggested ball joints needed replaced from day one. This was never addressed in the multiple times I took it back within warranty. Plus, later (after warranty) finding out the back shock needed replaced and having a rusted out rear differential. I was told there was only surface rust and I could tell a lot had been restored so I trusted them. It’s sucks because I really liked the place and wanted to keep going there. But after finding out I DO need ball joints, all the bolts on the control arm were loose, the transmission has issues, plus the other things noted above, I pretty much got taken for and I won’t be returning.
I stopped in on a Monday because I ran over something and it was stuck in my tire. Unfortunately it wasn't able to be repaired so Bobby ordered me two tires since I needed tires anyway. When the tires came in they got me in first thing in the morning when they opened at 8am. Steve and Adam were awesome and had the new tires on and rotated in about 30 minutes!! Great place...Great people!!
I really liked Kars. I drove up to Kars one day in 110 degree heat, mad at my clunker wagon because I'd already tried to have the AC repaired 3 times and I was just done with the car. It was time. First time buying a car from a dealer and only my second vehicle. I was worried about buying a used vehicle because of potential future issues, but after looking at an 08 Lancer and giving it a test drive, I felt like my car was sitting there waiting for me. Clean interior with a new car smell. I was told the car had one previous owner and that checked out. Drives like a dream, no more clunker issues, and they didnt have to "sell" me on the vehicle. The down payment was a little higher than I wanted but the monthly payments are quite reasonable. Staff was very friendly and the lady who sold me my car was an absolute gem. I wish I could remember her name to put on the review. They even sent a few unexpected holiday cards following my purchase for almost a year. If you are going to buy a used car, or perhaps a starter vehicle I'd definitely recommend them. Great service and a reliable vehicle. Got what I asked for.
Just had my car inspected. Kars installed new front brakes and serviced the car. Very professional with outstanding service at a very reasonable price. Will use them in future.

Had a great experience with Kars Auto. We purchased cars from them two times. The second car we purchased was a truck. It started to have an issue a couple of weeks after the purchase. My son brought it back and they diagnosed the problem and did the repair. As it turned out it was the transmission and they replaced it and no cost to us. The truck is running beautifully. They stand behind what they sell unlike other big dealerships in the area. We will go back again next time we need an auto.
Kars did a mortorcycle safety inspection for me. They allowed me to drop off my bike the night before, inspected the next day and was ready for me after work. They made sure it stayed inside overnight. Great service with a friendly attitude.
Just went and bought a new truck from there, they were very helpful and nice. All their vehicles have low mileage and carfax reports. If you ever get the chance I suggest stopping by and looking, you won't be let down.
