The cashier Kevin Totally ripped me off he lied and said my job discount did not work and he couldn’t find it and added a lot of tax’s on the sale at the end I paid $50 For something that was $25 How do I know this I call another location And gave them the exact information And it came up as $25 I share my experience with them and they said there sorry for this behavior and I should tell this manager. Go anywhere else but here Kevin will try Steal ya money.

Hit or miss with this place. Some great employees and some that don't really care. Tried to have my vehicle checked with their free check engine light service, but the guy snapped and said that we don't do that anymore. He said that it was broke and the manager refused to get a new one. He then proceeded to tell me that customers were very ignorant when it came to that service, coming in too early, coming in late, when it was raining, etc. . . , and that he was gad it was broke because he didn't have to deal with them. Wow. You roll the dice going in here. See what I mean below. Automated response. Worthless.

Always courteous, helpful, and a definite friend to vets. It's also a nice place to drop-off your used engine oil.

Noah with Gray shirt great helped me get all the parts I needed to make a cable for my boat and he was very friendly and was happy to help

Young man tested my battery in the car while I looked on. It was bad. Offered a number of options for replacement. Wheeled the new battery out on his tool cart and installed it in my vehicle. Great experience. Great customer service.

Needed an alternator ASAP. Ordered online in early morning. It arrived 3 hours later at my doorstep. Removed old part and installed exact fit replacement in about an hour!

So walked in and asked if I could get a couple deep cycle batteries tested. Old man in ravens jersy ( nothing against old people just don't know his name) said he couldn't do it cause of the rain. Now I just drove there and auto windshield wipers never came on, might have been really lite drizzle. Cause electricity. Went to advanced by 543 and 22 and had no problem testing the batteries. They didn't have in stock so went to the festival location. Asked the guy at that location and he said he would have no problems testing either. Don't waste your time if you need any assistance at the Fallston location. Just lazy

I needed an oil filter for my car...not in stock. Had a question about oil drain plug and I got a really cold shoulder brush off from the "expert" behind the parts counter. His answer was "how should I know?" I do not plan to shop this location again. Sadly, the lack of customer service is evident.

Shawn and the young man working with him were incredibly helpful and courteous. They took their time to help me find the correct brake lights for my car. Store was clean as well.

Manager is condescending, and does not have time to deal with customers; it's all very inconvenient to his time. I will no longer be visiting this advanced auto parts, and neither should you.

Despite confirming the battery I needed was in stock prior to my arrival, the employees did not seem even remotely interested in assisting me with locating it on the shelf once I walked in. After searching for fifteen minutes (looking visibly confused all the while), what looked like a back-room agent took pity on me and walked over to assist. Unsurprisingly, the battery I needed was in the back room the whole time. To add insult to injury, they were unable to assist me with installing it despite it being a normal battery.

Terrific place, Friendly, Helpful Customer Service. Very Clean store. Employees care that you get the correct merchandise.

The have the parts you commonly need. For special parts or hard to find I would try pep boys. Prices are also a bit high. If you can wait I would order online instead of stopping here.

Ryan has helped me tremendously by always getting me the correct parts. That is a huge deal to me. He’s very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He is my go-to guy! Thanks again.

Jason is an extremely knowledgeable person, who quickly understands what you need and points you in the right direction. Fallston advance always has what i need or gets it quickly.

A good store. They need to keep up on there stock more. Seems like there's only one on the shelf or they are out of stock. Other than that a good store.

Arrived at 5pm exactly, to pick up a part I ordered. Door was locked. Employee came out to let customer out. I asked her if I could pick up the part, she said they closed early due to COVID, and closed the door. They are clearly stressed due to a positive case or something, but the reduced hours and strict closing time is a slap in the face to customer service.

We purchased a new battery. A guy came out pushing a cart with the battery and every tool he would need. He worked so fast and efficiently it was amazing. Great place. Wonderful employees!

My mom needed a new battery for her car and Steve was very helpful with the purchase and he installed it with no problem. Thanks Steve!

Clean convenient and well stocked with friendly knowledgeable staff make it a great place to buy automotive parts and tons of other fun stuff you probably didn't know you needed for your car!

I purchased replacement wiper blades for my pickup on a cold windy Friday night. The salesman offered to install them for me. Wow, sure. Thanks!! I’m a customer for life.

I love this Advance Auto in Falston Md. This store actually has staff that worked on cars. The one at the Festival in Harford County, Stay away from. I don't think they know what an automobile is. Are nasty, trying to sell you something you don't need.

Went here tonight because I needed a new battery for my truck and our generator. Ken was incredibly helpful and personable. Will definitely be returning to this location in the future if needed. This is the type of customer service that keeps customers coming back.

Brian and Steve are awesome. I got a good deal on my battery. Unfortunately, they were unable to change my battery because of the circuits, but were able to recommend a place for me. They called and got me an appointment right then and there. Excellent customer service. Thank you, guys.

Great customer service experience despite the lack of detail regarding my mail in rebate . And extremely high prices . Walmart beats their prices with alot of the common items

One of my main places to get my never ending supply of car parts. . They work well with me as a regular and try to ensure I get the right parts the first time.. If they don't have a part I can often get it next day.
