Wife bought a 2014 jeep a few months ago. It has broken down multiple times. Leaks in the roof destroying computer hardware, very little maintenance has been done on it. Original tires from 2013 should of never of passed inspection. Already have spent over 2k in repairs. Stay away from this place. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!!

I just recently purchased a 2012 Nissan rogue and it rides smooth it’s a really good car in really good condition Kasey made the buying process easy he even recommended me to go through my credit union for better interest rates after I purchased the car I heard a chirping noise so I took it back and his brother Mir was soo helpful trying to find the issue he went above and beyond just to find out it was cover in the trunk that wasn’t closed lol I would recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a car

Kasey was amazing!! very open about the entire process and was quite fair. his inventory consists of quality cars never bought at auction, so they’re all trade ins. they are heavily inspected before, but he was still open and supportive of me hiring my own mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. he worked with our timeline and was more than happy to assist us with anything we needed. next car will 100% be bought here!!! 10/10 family business

do not trust this dealership, we bought a rangerover by paying 15k , in one month of driving 400 miles. the car broke down. and engine dead and doesn't even start and this dealer ship is a big fraud. do not go there . some one should report them to fraud deparment. i am going to court tomorrow and lets see what happens

***Update: 09/29/23, the Car transmission went up without warning and my car just stalled out while driving!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!! Zero Stars!! I have not had a pleasant experience here after a month later with issues, I would NOT RECOMMEND….the car is nice but Its been One Month and a week, I have had a loose battery terminal so the car stalled out while on the road…if I didn’t know anything about cars how would I know to tighten it ????? First issue, and of course this is immediately after the warranty, initially thought it could be a lemon. And now the alternator is completely dead. I take it back to them They quote me “wholesale price” (70$) on part which is for a used part, and then 225$ for labor, It becomes 3 days later and get there and they say its 370$, because they got a part that didn’t work so the new part is now 140$, is that my issue, no its not, so why am I paying more??? Oh and I had to ask for a receipt for the part and the work done for a place that takes only cash 🤔(what I was told)…..I ask if they can cover labor its a BIG ISSUE, as if I didn’t just buy the car less than 2 months ago!!!! I wrote my original review below, and Kasey’s partner/Brother tells me if I write something to “bad-mouth” them he stated he “swears he will come after me for everything”….you all sold me a vehicle with low voltage alternator and loose battery terminal..so I ask him to take OWNERSHIP FOR THE ISSUE, and he says No he will not. I CANNOT recommend because if this happened to me what else could happen , issues right after the 30 day warranty was over…this is my true account of my interactions with this place. what other issues are there?????…….my ORIGINAL post is This………………………From the beginning of my experience, up until the end, It was smooth and everything that I could ask for. Because this was a smaller “mom and pop” dealer on first glance (not gonna lie) I thought it may have been an issue. I looked over the car and wanted to see the vehicle which I purchased, three (3) days in a row and doing that was not an issue. I was so surprised at the low mileage for the price I couldn’t believe it! Kasey dealt with me in a manner that shows he is indifferent if you buy or not, the DOC FEE is low, one perk on signing.

I bought a Honda Odyssey here about a month ago. Overall, I had a pretty good experience working with them. The vehicle has been great. There were 2 tire pressure sensors that needed to be replaced when I bought it. I didn't become aware of that until driving it for a few days with the TPMS light on and taking it to a tire shop to find that the pressure was fine. They covered the cost of replacing the sensors with their local mechanic, which I appreciated. The vehicle also needed a brake rotor and rear pads at the time I bought it. I didn't become aware of this until driving it and braking for more than the short test-drive. Unfortunately the dealer said this was not covered by the 30-day warranty, so they would not cover the cost of this. They did however make an appointment for me with their local mechanic to get the work done for a small discount. So, all in all, I am happy with the purchase, but I would recommend for anyone who wishes to buy a car here, take it to a mechanic first and take it for a longer test drive to discover potential problems before writing the check.

Had a great experience. The salesman was the proper balance of friendly and professional. Personally I get skeptical when people come off as TOO nice, especially in sales, but the guy was both nice and knowledgeable. Reputations can often differ from reality. Entire process was smooth, and I was in at 10am, out before noon. Out the door price was only about $1000 more than the listed price, with all fees explained fully.

Kasey was extremely professional. The process was quick smooth and easy as a first time driver I felt very comfortable and he educated without hassle. I love my car mint condition I’m thankful and happy !!

For over a month I shopped the internet for a 2012-2014 Honda Odyssey with the plan to buy the car and fly cross-country to pick it up. I compared Odyssey prices and features on all the used car buying sites. Contacted many sellers but finally found a good price on a good Odyssey at Owings Mills Motor Cars. I was impressed with Kasey's low-key, no pressure, straightforward approach as a car salesman. Because of past experiences I am suspicious of car salesmen, but I found him to be honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I flew 700 miles to pick the minivan. It was in great condition and was an excellent purchase. Highly recommend Kasey and his vehicles.

I picked up my 2012 Jeep Liberty 4x4 yesterday from Kacie. I had been to a few other dealerships in the area and one was too big (Heritage), one small place in Finksburg did not seem to care about selling me a vehicle. I discovered Owings Mills Motors by accident. I only live a mile away but did not know about the place until two weeks ago. On the first day that I visited, I saw the Jeep and test drove it. I am deaf, on disability and receive social security. Kacie and his boss worked with me and all the paperwork was done properly, got registration and license plates. The title was clean...but the Jeep WAS NOT!🤔 I just shelled out $9,000 for a used vehicle and they were too cheap to take it to the car wash to get it cleaned! I took it to Owings Mills Detailing Center and they did a great job, however there is still pet hair in the cargo area. I was pleased overall, but just frustrated about them selling me a dirty car. I asked Kacie about it and he just blew me off. I am not likely to buy another vehicle there but glad that I found one that I liked.

Most wonderful dealership I've ever been to. Owner is extremely helpful and friendly. My 2010 Nissan Altima was $10,500. It runs very well and has a low number of miles on it. The buying process was simple and quick. No complaints. Will recommend to family and friends.
