I had a friend that had warranty work done to her car and these guys messed it up something super bad they had the car for over 3 weeks almost 3 weeks I should say it still is not repaired correctly from my experience mechanical and racing industry

Mixed feelings. They want you money. Service department staff is typically pleasant, but I had a tough time on an issue that they quoted a ridiculous price for something that required some screws to correctly mount the front license plate. Maybe a ten minute exercise.
Try to buy your car elsewhere.
As long as they are selling and you're buying they are sweet and charming. But when something does not go perfectly, they cannot be relied on.
My niece totalled a car a few weeks after getting it from them.
After 7 different phone calls and promises to send over documents and plates to cancel registration, with absolutely no results, we had to go there personally to get them.
The manager couldn't bother to meet us so he sent one of the sales managers.
Plates and documents were ready in less than 20 mins.
So it wasn't that it was a hard task. It was that they simply didn't want to bother to mail them.
An hour drive there and back for the cost of a simple flat rate priority mailing?
In other words $10.60 out of a $13,000 sale?

Switched from a dealer I have used for three trucks and 15 years of service. Would have been higher, but I had to return my truck for a repair not to my satisfaction. They were quick to correct and apologize .
Came in looking for a reliable car. I was a little hesitant at first as this was my first time going to a dealer. I first called and spoke with an associate name Duane, he told me to come in and take a look around. I really wanted a Honda Accord coupe 08-10. He did tell me they didn't have any in that year or make. He then emailed me and sent a picture of a Honda 4 door. Long story short.. I ended up getting a 2016 Honda Sport V6 of course a beautiful 💙. Her name is Lucy and I absolutely love her 😍👌🏾. She has only 83.000 miles.
