DeAndre deserves a raise! SO helpful and kind. Took my jugs of motor oil and battery, no problem. He showed me to the bathroom so I could wash my hands, and in the meantime, he prepared my $10 store credit card for the battery. Come here if you don't want to have to sign a log and dump your oil yourself like at Advanced Auto Parts. Definitely will be coming back.
Andy at this location is a special young man with exemplary customer service skills from the moment I walked into the store with his greeting until I drove away. He made recommendations on the wipers and installed them and also filled the wiper fluid for me when I asked. I am very pleased with windshield wiper recommendation. He is professional, respectful and just exceeded my expectations making this a very positive experience. It's rare that you get this level of customer service. Will return to this location in the future.
A few weeks ago I went to the Autozone to get windshield wipers and to check the code for my engine light. The gentleman who helped me went above and beyond. I wish I would’ve asked his name, but he was the tallest employee. Anyway, he offered to put my windshield wipers on, after helping me find the best ones for my price point and explained to me about what should be my next step with the code. I completely forgot to “complete purchase” on my online order. Darryl was patiently looking for The Order in the system when I realized it. I told him what happened and He just picked the order immediately! No wait! We got a big laugh out of it! Needless to say, GREAT SERVICE!!
An ice storm was in the forcast and I didn't want to be in the elements scrapping my windshield and side mirrors the next day. On 02/05/2025, I visited this AutoZone for the 1st time. I was greeted as soon as I entered the store by a pleasant young man. I let him know what I was looking for and he was able to find out where the item was located and walked me directly to it. He also recommended a de-icer. I purchased both for @ $31. The windshield cover fit my Buick Encore perfectly. I was a Happy Camper the next morning when I didn't have to scrap any ice off my windshield or side mirrors. Excellent purchase.

Products are stocked on the Shelf well the staff is not much staff in there to help you so the line and the weight is long but when they do get to you they are kind considered of what you need and try to get you out the door as soon as possible of everything you have and more
Very attentive staff. Customer service is A+. I went in just to buy one small part for my truck. They didn't try to oversell me a whole bunch of parts. Just show me the one part and that was it. Excellent work.

I visited this store recently and and purchased a couple items. After entering the store Mr. Ron R greeted me. I purchased a couple items three had to be looked up and and the sales rep was very helpful. Other encounters at other locations they have given me the bulb number and I had to go find it. He looked for all three different ones and handed to me. Very different from other visits at other location.
Staff is super nice and they actually take the time to help out finding the issue for your problem. There’s this kid named Alex. Really nice and smart kid for his young age that will go the extra mile to help out.

I bought a battery for my car 4 days ago, is isn't working.
I came for a check.
The answer that they gave me was, that she can't check my battery because "she is alone" , but the way the said it, it was like, "I don't care, because I'm not going to waste my time with you, because I'm not going to work for anyone for free".
I asked, what I have to do?
She said, I'm a way that meaning, "I don't care", you have to wait my partner come or go to a shop to check that.
Ok, I asked her, when is your partner coming?
I don't know.
How you don't know?
And how your said go to another shop, I bought my battery in your shop.
Really disappointed.
I give the shop no one star, they deserve a -5 star.
They treated me like trash.
Service was excellent. Keon, their commercial parts and customer service manager was very knowledgeable. My Bestie friend had problems with her power steering and he knew exactly what to do. His calming demeanor help her to keep calm and focus on what to do next in the situation. Thank you!
Great size store with everything you need! From mats to electronic cleaner— anything! The staff is great as well. Very friendly, and even helped me carry my items to my car.

I always go there and buy my motor oil and things that my family needs. So I was trying to see how much a cabin airfilter for my car would be. The girl that waited on me was rude. She wouldn't even give me a price as I didn't know if my car was a 4 or 6 cylinder. I will not come back to this store and pick the one further down the road. It was 12.37pm today and the store was not busy. Guess she didn't want to be bothered and get back on her phone.
Stopped in today and was help by Joe! He was professional and knowledgeable and friendly as were the whole staff! Took care of everything I needed and carried my parts to the car. This location has my business for now on!

I needed a battery for my Hyundai Genesis and this Autozone had it in stock. When I got to the store, they already had the (very large and heavy) battery ready at the counter.
I asked if they could install it since I really don't keep tools anymore and two very nice young men, Xavier and Joseph were more than happy to do so.
The install was not easy (the battery is in the trunk) but Xavier and Joseph worked at it for about 30 minutes and were able to get it done with no issues.
I definitely will continue to shop here.
I worked with manager TOI and her assistant CHAY. They helped me in a way that was unbelievable! I had visited the dealership prior to learning about your shop. leaving the actual dealership, spending over $250 for something that wasn’t the issue for my car! Then arriving at your location. discussing things with toi. I was able to understand what was going on with my car and properly get it fixed! Thankful for her service and the care she and her team extended me! I would recommend this company, at this specific location! Ask for toi, chay or really anyone! They all will definitely take care of you!
