Kevin was great. I came in without an appointment knowing there was a nail in my tire. They got my car in and out within 20-30 minutes and were able to patch the hole in my tire. I recommend this NTB!
Toya has amazing customer service service skills and made sure I understood everything in regards to my car. Make sure you treat them right they will look out for you!!!
Kevin I think his name was the guy and the team at the shop were phenomenal. I got all four new tires and they did it all in under 75 mins. He even took off like $150 bucks what should have been over $800 was $650 after tax. Kevin was very polite and courteous just had me watching tv in the back and relaxing.
Went in for an oil change today which is Christmas Eve. Toya was very professional and made sure my experience was subperb. We need more quality customer service as such. Thanks Toya keep up the great work!

The Owings Mills, MD location is where I Brought my Minivan. Isaiah was friendly and knowledgeable, and worked with me in a last minute emergency for tires and an oil change. There was minimal wait time for my services to be completed. Overall it was a great experience, and I would use them again for my car service needs. I highly recommend this location for quality car services
The service I received was beyond excellent. This is the first time purchasing new tires and brakes. I was greeted with the most respect and care about my car. The gentleman that work there are VERY knowledgeable and reliable.

Everyone here is so friendly and professional. I don’t think I could imagine going anywhere else to fix my tires or for general maintenance. The manager Frank is so personable and always helpful in explaining car issues. They always take care of me same day with stellar service. 100/10 would recommend.
Stay Away from NTB Auto in Owings Mills, MD — Dishonest and Unprofessional Experience
I went to NTB Auto in Owings Mills on November 2nd at 3 PM to have my car battery replaced, thinking it would be a quick and simple process. Instead, I left deeply concerned that other customers may be getting taken advantage of.
From the moment I arrived, I received no greeting, no free battery check, and no basic courtesy. The employee simply asked for my car’s make, model, and year, then quoted me $360 to replace the battery. When I said that price was ridiculous and that I’d be leaving, he told me that included “the battery and their time to install it” — then asked me what I was willing to pay and said we could work something out.
That comment alone raised major red flags. Pricing should be standardized, not negotiated like a flea market. I declined and asked why the prices were not already set. He asked me again "what are you willing to pay?" After that, I left, having to jump my own car in their parking lot with no help offered.
I called NTB’s customer service line and spoke to a kind, professional woman who indicated that it was a concern who said a district manager would reach out. When he did, rather than listening or investigating, he defended the store’s behavior and claimed they were “just trying to find me the best deal.” That explanation only made things worse. I requested a follow-up but never received one.
For comparison, I went to Walmart immediately after and paid around $125 for a new battery with free installation.
There is something very wrong with how this location operates. I strongly recommend avoiding NTB Owings Mills altogether. Transparency, integrity, and basic customer service are sorely lacking.
Needed a plug in a tire. It was the end of the day a few minutes to close. They waited for me to get my tire locks from home as they closed the store. They were very professional and free withe the educational details provided to me. I will be back for other services!
Pleased to say I had the best experience at this NTB location! I went 2weeks ago and got my brakes done. Frank, was on another level when it came to customer service and care. Seriously! This entire place was humming with positive vibes. But Frank really looked out for me and helped with my whole situation, like you see on television. Smiles, encouragement, gave me a ride to get a part! Like whole nine! Great place.

I had a slow leak in a tire. First I went to Mr. Tire and they thought it was the valve stem. Replaced the stem but a day later my tire was going flat again. Stopped by NTB of Owings Mills today and they found a nail. Repaired the leak and gave me some estimates for tires that I know I will need soon. Great customer service! Thank you NTB

I had a flat tire. I went to the location in Reisterstown. I was told the tire was in stock at the Owings Mills location and I had 8 minutes to get there. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Isiah who stated that his technician left for the day at this time was 6 pm. Isiah stayed late to accommodate me!! He was efficient, professional, and cordial. Last week, my dad noticed one of my tires was shaking while driving, so he took my car to this shop. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and professional. They ran a full diagnostic, completely free of charge, and did a thorough check to pinpoint the issue. Turns out, the shaking was caused by a damaged rim.
We ordered a replacement rim online and brought it back to them. They were able to accommodate us the same day, and the entire process of replacing the rim and mounting the tire took only 30–40 minutes. Super efficient and impressive!
I’m beyond grateful for their honesty, speed, and friendliness. If you’re having car trouble, I 100% recommend this place. They genuinely care and go above and beyond! Shoutout to Ali and Isaiah!
I love being able to walk into an establishment where I am greeted by staff within the first 15 seconds. Not only was I greeted , I was greeted by someone KNOWLEDGEABLE !! Can't even do a simple oil change without messing something up!
If I could give less than 1 Star, I would. With all the different options for any type of car service in this area, you would have to be completely deranged to go to this location.
In December, I made an appointment to get an oil change for my 2019 Honda Civic. I typically do this myself, but it was cold outside and I had to leave for work travel in a few hours. I figured this was something simple enough, any shop would be able to handle it.
After sitting and waiting for over an hour for an oil change, I took my keys and drove to the airport. While on the highway, I started to hear metal scraping on the ground, followed by a piece of sheet metal coming off my car. I pulled over, and the engine splash guard had come off (see attached picture).
I immediately called the store manager, and Brett told me to come in after I got back from the work trip so he could look at it. A couple days later, he looked at it and told me the part was on order. I gave it a few weeks to let the part come in, and called back. He told me the part was ordered, but still not in. This keeps going on for several weeks. I even showed up in person a few times.
Fast forward to the last week in April, it has now been months since this incident occurred without any real resolution. I call again, and the new store manage tells me that Brett no longer works there, and they have no recollection of this occurring and just to call corporate. So now, after almost 6 months, I had to order the parts myself to fix it.
Do not get your oil changed here, or any other car service. You will regret it, and if they mess anything up, they will not make it right.
