Brendan and his team are honest, knowledgeable and professional. I live in Florida now and try to arrange my schedule to be able to have Hunt Valley Eurocar do any necessary work on my cars. They do what is needed on the car, not just what some schedule says. This trip they identified an unknown oil leak in the front of my engine (not a major one) and since I am under a CPO plan recommended I take it to a Mercedes dealer to deal with whatever is wrong. I am confident most shops would have been telling me that they needed to start tearing things apart to figure it out. Again, honest, trustworthy people.

We were on a family road trip from Boston to visit friends in Northern Virginia when multiple warning lamps came on in our 2014 Range Rover Sport. Thankfully, we were able to drop the car off nearby and had friends pick us up, so we didn’t need the vehicle for the rest of the week. This shop was fantastic to work with—super professional, communicative, and knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed a leaking hydraulic suspension line that was causing all the issues. By the end of the week, the car was ready to go, and we had a smooth drive back to Boston. I only wish we had a skilled independent Land Rover specialist like this near us in Massachusetts. Highly recommend these guys to any Land Rover owner in the area!

Probably the only shop that does not charge shop supplies and misc fees in state of Maryland. Our customers use EuroCar and they are happy with the service. Fair part and labor prices. Thank you.

Owning a 17yr old high end premium car comes with anxiety if you don’t have a maintenance team that is knowledgeable and trustworthy. I can honestly say that Oliver and the team at EuroCar are both and remove the anxiety associated with owning my 2008 Jaguar VDP. ❤️❤️❤️EuroCar

I took my 2014 Mercedes GL 450 to them for an assessment and advice. What a relief to have an experienced and honest business give me exactly what I needed. I even offered them more than they charged, they would not take it. I expect to replace this with a new Lexus and I will be using these guys from now on. No more dealerships for me. The dealership down the street said I needed brakes once I had it here Brandon found out that I didn't need brakes at all! Just for being honest they have a customer for life!

Recently bought a 2011 Range Rover sport and noticed some delays on break pedal, took to another shop nearby and was quoted almost $7200 to replace hydraulic system amongst other things - a friend told me of Hunt Valley Euro Car brought it in and after some diagnosis they figured out it was brake master cylinder that needed replacement, everything else fine. And my total was 1/10th of what the first place quoted me. This shop from the front desk to the owner couldn’t have been more honest, accommodating and helpful. I live in New York and will drive the 200 miles anytime I have an issue with my rover, this place is the best 🏆🏆🏆.

I have several Jaguars that Hunt Valley EuroCar services. My XKR recently needed shocks and mounts - and the cost was 30% of what the dealer would have charged me - for the same quality work. Hunt Valley Eurocar is the perfect place to have your Jaguar serviced - they charge a fair price, and are courteous, reliable, professional, friendly, helpful, and get the job done right the first time. What else can you say!

I have a 2019 BMW x5 and the people here could not have been more courteous, kind, professional, and every other positive word you can find in the dictionary. They allowed me to keep my car there for longer than expected AFTER I declined the service they offered. What auto center will ever let you keep your car there for any length of time after you’ve said No. do NOT take advantage of that. They also jumped my car so I could leave. I love this business and I recommend to anyone that wants their foreign car taken care of. Administration and the mechanics are all top tier human beings. Beautiful place.

I have been a customer for years with various cars I have owned. Recently I had my Audi in for the routine service and was told the water pump was leaking and should be replaced, a repair that cost $1500. I said ok and returned to pick up the car a few days later. I barely got it out of the parking lot when lights started flashing and bells gonging. I returned immediately and was told to leave it again. They could not have possibly taken it for a test drive. The next day I picked the car up and things seemed to be ok. A couple of months later I got a check engine light for an emissions issue but took it to the dealer due to a recall ( on a different issue) and asked them to check the code as well. The repair for the code would cost over $2k but I said ok. When I picked up the car the technician's report said the defective PCV was due to it being installed wrong during a previous repair and the only repair that had ever been done was the water pump. I relayed this information to Brendan at Eurocar but he was only willing to give me $219 toward the repair and said I should have brought it back to his shop for repairs. We ended up in court to resolve the issue which he knew was his fault and would not take responsibility. While I was unable to prove their culpability due to the unavailability of the tech who performed the service, everyone knew the truth. I have spent my last dollar at Eurocar and suggest others beware of how they deal with their long time customers. They did not deal with me in good faith and they won't get another chance.

I didn't have a clue what was going on with my Jaguar XJ electrical system. They kept it 3wks put 30hrs in trying to find the issue. Turns out a leak in the windshield has water/humidity shorting the system. After drying out my car the problem hasn't occurred. Let's just say they could've Black Balled me horribly and I wouldn't have been the wiser. They charged me $150.00 Integrity, Trust, Professionalism, Honesty is very rare today but they stand by it. Jaguar Dealership recommended here. And now I recommend you.

Made an Appointment when service lights and notifications started popping up. While dropping off mentioned I might be ready to trade car in. HV EuroCar called about all the service needed and mentioned a couple other items that were not in notifications and more expensive. No surprise there as that seems to happen a lot especially at dealerships. The big difference in this case is they said if I was going to trade the car in within a certain timeframe then probably don’t need to do it but if keeping car would get it done. Cars require service and the experience can be frustrating. I appreciated HV EuroCar looking out for my particular situation and even remembering I had mentioned that. Could have waited but ended up fixing everything. Actually feel great about it as I noticed a difference in the car right away.

This was my first visit to the shop. I was very impressed with Oliver’s honesty about some maintenance services that were recommended by a nearby dealer. Prices are very competitive. The customer area was very nice and the garage area was organized and well kept. The overall experience was extremely positive due to good old fashioned honesty and a clean, friendly environment.

I recently had an outstanding experience at EuroCar. From the 1st phone call I made to them to the return phone call from the service manager. I was greeted warmly and treated with respect. Oliver was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the repairs needed for my vehicle & provided a detailed estimate upfront and stuck to it, with no hidden charges. That was EXTREMELY important to me as I recently had a terrible experience with changing fees from another repair shop. They worked efficiently, and my car was ready sooner than expected!! Overall, the exceptional service, transparency, and professionalism at EuroCar exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend them for your Range Rover repair needs.

I have always felt the Volvo dealership was overpriced and over-estimated the work needed to maintain my very low mileage XC70, but afraid during the warranty period to take it elsewhere. I finally decided to try HVEC, and what a refreshing take on foreign car care! I needed routine maintenance, and it was done without question and the usual "And while you're here let us do another 4K in work on your low-mileage car" that usually accompanies a dealership 'routine' service. Better still, I needed four new tires, and Murphy's Law found a huge screw in one just a month later. Too large a hole to repair, HVEC said not to worry, they would get a replacement under warranty (I did not pay extra for road hazard protection), but the tires I requested were no longer available anywhere! The shop went to bat for me, contacting the tire company and securing four new tires, so they matched, at no charge. Just to have someone go that extra mile (they could easily have said "Tough Luck") is so rare these days. My Volvo will be going nowhere else from now on!

I own a 2015 Range Rover Evoque and it had a costly repair that had to be done. I took it to the dealership which was a mistake to begin with. I decided against having the repairs completed there and I found Hunt Valley EuroCar. They were honest, had amazing customer service and completed the repairs in a reasonable timeframe. Oliver went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was repaired and ready for me to drive. I would 100% recommend them, I’ll definitely be coming back to them for all my vehicle repairs!

We own a 2014 Range Rover and were referred to EuroCar by a colleague. I hesitated bringing the vehicle to EuroCar because I believed it had to be serviced by a dealership due to diagnostic testing equipment, mechanic expertise etc. My biggest regret, without question, is not bringing the vehicle to EuroCar years sooner. They are honest, have great customer service and their mechanics are phenomenal. We've had normal wear and tear repairs (brakes, rotors etc.) and very intricate repairs (timing chain failure and damage that comes with it) completed by EuroCar and NEVER had a problem afterwards. They are truly amazing. I am not one to write reviews unless an experience is EXCEPTIONAL or absolutely horrific. Without reservation, I wholeheartedly recommend EuroCar. It's truly a hidden gem.

Yesterday I went to Euro Car of Hunt Valley to get some brake work done because the Dealership quoted me an outlandish price. They told me it’ll take about 2 to 3 hours and that is a great restaurant across the street so I went over there to get a meal then I went for a walk when they called me and told me my car was ready, they also told me that my car didn’t need brakes. I wouldn’t need brakes for another six months when I asked how much for the diagnostic they said no cost they couldn’t in good faith charge me. I am now their customer for life. Integrity is alive and well at EuroCar of Hunt Valley.

Great shop, I brought my Range Rover there and I'm so glad they were able to help. They're more reasonably priced compared to the Range Rover dealership, and they're more straightforward when discussing with me with what was wrong with my car. I'll definitely come back!

Had some normal maintenance work done on my 2016 BMW( oil change, brake fluid flush, thorough vehicle check) all done in 90 minutes, very professional and it was 1/3 of the cost of the same work at a BMW dealer. Trust me, I got a quote from a BMW dealer before going to Hunt valley Eurocar and it was 3 times what I paid. They went over the car and indicated what I might need in the next year or two. I was impressed.

Honest shop with fair pricing. They are the only repair shop I trust to work on my vehicles. Just brought my truck in expecting to spend thousands, however when they got to the bottom of my issues it was all minor and only about a hundred dollars in repairs. I have used them for years and the crew at Eurocar has never disappointed. They are timely, knowledgeable, and will keep you updated the whole time. 5 stars!

Brendan and his team have been working on my car since 2015 and I can’t think of a better place to bring my VW. Brendan is knowledgeable and he doesn’t try to charge you for repairs you don’t need. He is straight forward and honest. When I moved to Pittsburgh I would still drive back to have them work on my car since I trusted them so much. Now that I am back in Maryland they are still the only place I will use. If you need service to your European (American too!) car then look no further. I look forward to taking my car in next week for service as I know I will get only the best.
