NTB in Cockeysville is one the best tire shops I’ve been to. They helped me out and was very efficient. Thank you so much for helping me with my tires.

Service is excellent, timing is perfect and everyone there is respectful to you and accommodating. Never had to bring my car back from service here. Every done right the first time.

Please go see the ratings this NTB has on yelp. A 2.3 star average is what this place actually deserves. FORGET THE COUNTLESS fake reviews they harvest from customers through Google. Manager named Kelly writes a $300 credit for a list of screwups they did on a job for one of our owners vehicles. Come back a little over a year to redeem it on some work one of our fleet vehicles needed and they basically say “we can’t honor this because this manager is no longer here”. They went as far as saying I made it all up and wrote it myself. Terrible practices. They will tell you one price over the phone and after you’re ready to pay tack on several hundreds of dollars. That’s what prompted them to give me the $300 credit in the first place. Avoid at all costs!

The light came on in my car for the tire pressure system. They quickly assessed and resolved the problem. I was glad I stopped in.

I appreciate all the assistance I've gotten since coming here versus the dealership. NTB has really reasonable prices and it doesn't feel like you're being "bullied" into getting additional work done. If they find something, they tell you first along with the price and you have "the power of your wallet". I needed 2 tires and an oil change and they found issues with my brakes and brake line needed to be flushed. With understanding the cost of both services, I was able to choose what I could afford. And now I know that once I can afford the new brakes, I just need to come back. I need service like this. (And I don't mind waiting while they work either and i greatly appreciate them taking my car although i was late).

Gentleman at the shop was very nice. Looked over a tire I brought in and patched in 5 minutes. Highly recommend this location. I’ve gotten tires here before and always get great service. Thanks

The staff was great and very helpful. I have gone there in the past and will continue to go there in the future. The associate looked up my history across other NTBs and gave me a great price due to my history with NTB.

Tire patch- got a nail in my tire last night and was able to set a SAME DAY appointment the next day with NTB only took them an hour to patch up! AND the manager was extremely nice and very communicative. He let me know it would take a bit longer due to the short staff on Saturday but they still moved pretty fast for only 2 mechanics working on cars ALL day! Will come back! Finally found a shop I can trust!

Needed a quick tire plug on a Sunday morning. One mechanic and the manager Travis were the only ones working that day. They were busy with a lot of jobs, but Travis somehow found time to get the tire fixed and me back on the road.

I was traveling from out of state and a tire light came on so I tried to have a patch done they claimed they couldn't and that I needed a new tire but they couldn't just sell 1 I had to buy 2 so after 3 hours of waiting they charged me 500. Went to leave and my tire light was on so I called because I had a meeting I was already late for and they said bring it back. I brought it back after my meeting and they told me it would take 5 minutes to reset. After 1 hour 1/2 they came and said they had to charge a computer to reset it. Another hour went by then finally they came and said it has to reset on its own and I had to drive it at 40mph for a few miles. I drove it 8 hours home and my lights are still on!! Half the time I was there employees where just walking around talking with each other when there was about 6 people waiting to get service done they hadn't even started. So not only did they not fix my issue but they forced me to buy 2 tires and sensors knowing I had no choice I was 8 hours from home. Overcharged me and made me wait for nothing. Definitely avoid at all costs!!

My car had been having some issues starting, I stopped by this shop after work to have the staff check out my battery, alternator and starter with their testing device and also clean the positive port since I was unable to take it off myself to clean the left over corroded residue around and inside the ring. The staff tested my battery, alternator and started and they all came back good, they also took the positive port off cleaned it and changed the screw since it had been worn out and wouldn’t open. The staff was very nice and informed me of other possibilities that could be wrong. They did not charge me anything. I highly recommended this shop. Thank you NTB!

Went there to have our tire plugged. They saw us right away, even with them being busy. We were in and out in under an hour. Super friendly guys, clean. Will definitely use them again.

Came here to get my tires replaced. Got the job done, and in reasonable time. Crew is nice and respectful. Came back when my tire needed a patch. Took care of me again. Same great service, plan to keep coming back. Pricing has been reasonable as well.

I needed a tire replacement, and the guys at NTB did a quick, clean job getting me back and running. Booking an appointment online was simple, and the change itself only took about 45 minutes. Travoris was very kind and worked with me to make sure I got exactly what I needed.

I had very favorable experience at NTB Cockeysville today. The manager is very knowledgeable and courteous along with caring about my classic truck. The tech was very careful and completed a job well done. I strongly recommend this facility and the work they perform.

John helped me put some air in my tires the other day and noticed a nail it and really saved my butt! Great guy and helped me out, definitely recommend.

Excellent group! I've been coming to you guys for over six years now, and the transition with the new management has been amazing, specifically Trav handled everything from the first call down to get in my car and everything I needed and more!

Would recommend 100% I ended up needing a tire repatched. I didn't know which tire was low but they checked them all repatched and did not charge. Service was honest, quick and friendly. I would use again.

Don't waste your time with this place and the careless employees. Was told that I was a simple alignment was going to take only 45 minutes and to bring my car right over and it would get taken care of. I had no other vehicle and walked across the street to kill time. After 2 hours of no calls or updates I walked back over and was told that the job was never even started. Wasted half a day and they were nothing but rude and dismissive of my concern. Left after wasting 2 hours with nothing done. Seriously, do not waste your time.

Awesome customer service! They repaired my tire. Even without an appointment, the job was completed in about an hour (or maybe even less). I was very impressed with the customer service and the work that they performed. I highly recommend this location!

I stopped by NTB in Cockeysville without an appointment for a flat tire, and they took me in right away. They had my tire in stock and got it replaced quickly. The store and waiting room were both very clean, although I didn’t spend much time there thanks to how fast they were. Professional, efficient service highly recommended!- Will definitely go there when i need to replace all my tires one of the best experiences I have had at a tire store.

10/10 if I could give 10 stars, I would! Amazing staff and they were able to get my brake lights changed within 20 minutes of them closing. Will definitely be returning! I didn’t catch the name of gentleman at the front desk but he was able to get me in and out in no time. Thank you again!!!

Fiancee hit something while traveling that caused a hole in the tire on the boat trailer. He found this store and was taken care of quickly. Manager was friendly and honest. Workers got the job done quickly. Would definitely recommend!

I arrived yesterday at 430 pm with a nail the size of a quarter in my front tire. The gentleman at the desk was so kind and got me right in, and it was determined I needed 2 new front tires (tread was very low) & an alignment. Work was done quickly and efficiently. My car rides so smooth! Prices were so reasonable. You could tell they care about their customers. Will definitely use them for my tire & brake needs!

Today started off bad, with a flat tire, but by the time I arrived here I knew I was in good hands. Every staff was top notch, professional, and welcoming. The waiting area was very neat and clean.

GREAT TEAM! Rodney Six was a pleasure to work with. Fantastic customer service skills, knowledgeable on everything automotive. Had my new wheels ? put on today, took about two hours. I’ll be getting my battery and brakes here next month. Affordable and fast!
