In 30 yrs of buying, selling, or trading vehicles, this was by far the best experience I've had. I worked with James (Jamey) Hebb. Beyond him being so kind to my wife and I, it was very nice and easy to work with him. I would say he was a low pressure sales consultant, but thats wrong... he was a NO pressure sales consultant! Maybe it's the reverse psychology thing, but it sure worked. I drove away with a new 2026 2500 HD Denali truck, and it felt good - not just the truck, but the whole Anderson experience with Jamey and everyone else who helped make it happen. I can honestly say it was the first time I left a dealership feeling good about the deal we made. When I'm done with this truck, there is no doubt I'll return for my next one. Thanks guys, very much appreciated.

Not good. Did not even vacuum my car after my oil change. Never explained my receipt along with anything that might need to be fixed on my car. With the new program that they have someone should’ve walked me through how to read it in case there’s something I need to take care of. Very disappointed.

I made an appointment and test drove 2 cars with Jacob. I bought the 2nd car, a 2026 Buick Envision. This was my first new car in 12 years showing how reliable the Buick is. The whole experience from start to finish was fun and pleasant. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend Anderson Buick.

Recently, I found myself in need of a new vehicle and Anderson Honda in Hunt Valley was the fourth stop in my search. Salesman Jim Middleton guided me through some vehicles I was interested in and pointed out the various incentives and packages available. Jim was pleasant to work with and thoroughly knowledgeable about the vehicle and its operation. He gave me a complete walkthrough of the configuration options and answered all of my questions as we went over the vehicle I chose. Honestly, a Honda wasn’t even on my radar for this particular purchase but after seeing the vehicles and taking a test drive, I was convinced. Overall, this was THE BEST car purchase experience of my life; no sales pressure, really good finance rate, nice discounts, fair trade for my old vehicle.

UPDATE - Jeff Miller contacted me immediately and offered another oil change for free and do a full check of my vehicle. Very nice job Anderson addressing my issue immediately. (EMAIL SENT TO ) Jeff Miller, President of Anderson GMC Last week I had a routine oil change performed on my 2024 GMC Yukon at your Anderson Hunt Valley GMC facility. I’ve recently noticed that there was smoke coming from under my hood on occasion. I thought that this was due to exhaust being blown back under the car. I noticed today that this was not exhaust but actually smoke coming from under the hood. I opened the hood and found the following. It’s clear that your technician did not replace my oil cap and no double checks were done on this vehicle. Over the Thanksgiving Holidays I traveled extensively and this is a major concern moving forward. I don’t know what damage was caused and may not become apparent until the future. For a Dealership this is totally unacceptable. Even Jiffy Lube does quality check. I find it ironic that your service agent was quick to call trying to sell me a brake cleaning, cabin filter change and other items. He should have spent his time with being sure that something as basic as an oil change was done correctly. I’m now at risk of engine issues in the future. Any issues may not surface for some time and will be my problem. I need to know what you are going to do to protect my significant investment in the future. Saying this shouldn’t be a problem is not an option. This is the 3rd GMC Yukon I’ve purchased from Anderson and Boyle prior. I’ve paid extra for Dealer Service just to find out that a Jiffy Lube service would have provided me with better service. I’ll expect a call from you today at xxx xxx xxxx and a response to my email. If I do not hear from you the appropriate thing for me to do is contact my Attorney, have a certified letter sent to you and GM. Where are your quality checks? I just spoke with Tom Mostyn, your Service Manager at Anderson Hunt Valley. He said the vehicle has a 100,000 mile drive train warrantee. That doesn’t help me since I drive my vehicles many more mile than that.

Everyone there from my salesperson Chris, to the finance manager and finally the manager was very courteous and respectful. Chris was great in getting me settled in my new truck and teaching me the new features. The transaction was efficient and except for writing the check painless. ;) The dealership is very clean and well maintained. Worth the trip from southern PA and I would definitely go to Anderson for any future purchases.

Mike consistently goes above and beyond; he arranges the shuttle to get me to and from home, keeps me updated throughout the entire process, and makes sure every service requirement is handled thoroughly and professionally. This was my first time visiting this location. Everyone was very friendly and helpful as soon as I arrived. I purchased my car in another state and was supposed to have maintenance covered for a certain period of time, however since the maintenance plan wasn’t through GM it wasn’t showing in the system. Mike took the time to explain to me what was needed and he was able to verify my maintenance plan through the 3rd party while my car was serviced. Service was quick, I was done within an hour. Waiting area was also nice and spacious, with private desks that allowed me to work while I waited. There was also a small play area for children.

THE place to buy a car. Tom Cook is THE man to talk to. He will NEVER take advantage of anyone. Just an all around great guy and couldn’t have been happier dealing with him through our experience buying both of our cars there. He made sure everything was done in detail exactly how we wanted it done. The staff is great, very welcoming and always there to answer your questions.

Service department Kevin Bacon quoted me 700 dollars for a new antenna. Paid 200 for him to evaluate. Same dude who quoted my father 12k for a new transmission on another vehicle and came to find out from a different dealer the car was under warranty. They are greedy and do everything possible to milk you for every dollar. In the process of buying a truck, the salesman I went out with didn't know his nose from his big toe about any of the trucks. Comical operation and I'll never be back.

I'm currently waiting to hear back from this dealership. I was ecstatic to purchase the used 2018 Nissan Altima, I did have a salesman Mark who assisted me in my purchase. A few weeks after having it the Airbag light is on, terrified and worried because it's been only a few weeks since the purchase. I was able to meet with the manager Sean who was pleasant and open to looking into the situation for correction. I'm trusting this matter will be resolved as the safety of my child and myself are at hand.I was expecting a spare or rental car while this is handled. Nope! Had to Uber home and without a car.

The sales team Chris and Ron were excellent. Chris Roney was a blessing my car was stolen and I feel more secure with the vehicle theft protection price and reliability of the vehicle. Although I didn’t purchase a car from the dealership yesterday, I appreciate the customer service there. I met with Chris who was very informative. I appreciate the fact that he did not pressure me into getting a car but in fact suggested what I should do first. I have never came across this. He didn’t make me feel like he was just trying to make a sale to another customer. Other car dealerships should have people just like him because at the end of the day, we are all human and everyone has different situations going on. I will be visiting again. Chris the salesmen at GMC was amazing! He explained everything to me and there was no pressure in buying the truck or not. He even came in on his day off and his birthday weekend to help me through the process of buying the truck. He was very helpful with helping me with the first responders discount as well as being up front and honest on things. I purchased 2023 GMC Arcadia from Ron (Sale Consultant). I enjoyed working with him and he made the process smooth. He reassuring that I will know how the car works before I drive off the lot and that means a lot to me. Grace also assisted me with this process. She was so kind and patient with me during this time. For starters I drove all the way from Pittsburgh PA, the trip was long and after a night of work. I was advised via phone that I would have a quality and good experience from the dealer by Shawn, a salesman. As anyone would be, I was kinda reluctant due to past history with other dealers.. With out writing a book or a 50 page essay, this was by far the best experience and best bunch of people I've met in the business.. Shawn and Grace knew exactly what was needed and how to do it.. Grace was by far the most chill, honest and caring individual I will ever have the pleasure of signing my life away too.. I simply can't write enough or thank them enough for the things they accomplished.. I will absolutely drive that distance again for a vehicle from them. Many thanks again!

This was the most pleasant buying experience I’ve ever had. We showed up to just looking rather close to closing time. Jug and Grace went out of their way to give us the best shopping experience and then sent us home, an hour away, with the car, just to make sure I loved it! Came back this morning to a great interest rate and price for this beautiful Enclave Avenir! Paperwork didn’t take long at all, the car looked absolutely perfect for me to take home. I could not be happier. Absolutely fantastic customer service!

Can’t say enough good things about this dealership. I walked in after seeing a beautiful 2017 Cadillac Escalade that they had just put on the lot. Michael Keller (salesman) greeted me and from there was great and made the car buying experience better then I remember from years ago. While we waited for finance to prepare the documents he still focus on the customer and we chopped it up, great guy and loves cars just as much as I do! Grace (finance) is stellar at what she does and got me the best of everything from interest rates to add-on services! She was just as great as Michael when it comes to given the customer a wonderful experience! All around the purchase was quick and easy and the team over at Anderson have a repeat customer!
