I trust them to recommend repairs and services that I actually need and nothing more. They are fair and the prices are reasonable. I'm happy to have a company that I can TRUST to go back to every time.

The two women at Linhard’s is not professional at all poor customer service they ask for a lot of paperwork just to get your car but still let you get your things out the car on top of that they asking for the vehicle title.

Awful treated like a criminal from the start. Only one way single minded bureaucratic red tape to get my vehicle back. If you're going through separation divorce or any vehicle ownership complications of any kind avoid Linhards towing. Linhards have only one concern how long can they keep you from your vehicle and rack up storage fees. The mechanics are great and very helpful but the front office bureaucracy red tape is awful.

We dropped our truck off yesterday for repair and they gave us prompt service and a fair price. We've been using Linhard's for several years now for all three of our vehicles. They are honest, reliable and friendly.

I'm well into my eighties and I'm endlessly grateful that friends told me about Linhard's. Service is always friendly and polite. I've never had to wait for long periods of time. Most importantly, my car runs well and the stress in my life is greatly reduced because I know Linhard's is very easily available if needed.

Just a wonderful experience! Very Professional and Amazing service. I've had a couple vehicles serviced here, Most recently I needed a new starter for my car. After scheduling an appointment, they were able to expedite a tow, change the starter and oil in only a few hours. Most certainly recommend!

Awful company! Please do not waste your time or money with them! This is a money hungry company RUDE employees! On top of that they have a new born baby in the back where the mechanics work unprofessional!!! Do not let these people work on your car or tow your car. NO stars My daughter 7 years old Broke her leg due to a car accident they wouldn’t even let me get her iPad while she was in the hospital. As of 12/15 Baltimore county has not finished the police report for me to get my car so this tow company is holding my personal belongings my daughter iPad, which is something that she needs that is considered a phone For my Child.

Amazing Service. I was an hour early for an oil change, but they took me right away. They found and fixed a blown tail light. I was back out the door in 15 minutes. Friendly, helpful Staff. Get your car fixed here!

I'm not sure about the womans name, but there's a woman in the office who won't let you get a word in. She talks over you and is very controlling. I was in a car accident, and having to deal with her while simultaneously not being able to walk was a horrible experience. I asked if my wife could come and take things out of the car. Unfortunately, no. Because she's not on the registration. You'll need a notarized letter. Got it! So i limp out there just for her to not even check that i was present in the vehicle or have me sign anything. Cool. Okay. Didn't need to be here. Can we take the tags so we dont have to come back later? Oh no, sorry. Calls me the next day. Hey, the tow truck is coming today. If you want your tags, you should come get them. Right, let me just jump out of my cast. I'll be right there! Im not one to ask for sympathy, but sheesh, it seems like they are purposely trying to make things harder for me and my family for no reason. They wouldn't let me do anything without talking to the insurance company, and then even after the insurance company tells them everythings good and they're gonna pay the fee's i still can't take my tags. Even though im being told by my insurance company to take the tags. I finally called my insurance company, and they told me the salvage yard will send me my tags so i no longer have to deal with linhard. Low and behold linhard calls me when the towing company is on their way and must have had a good lunch because they were much more courtesy and offered to hold my tags. I'm not sure why that wasn't an option to begin with but thanks anyway. Thanks for responding to my review! For future customers maybe help them understand the process a bit more as it's not everyday people get into an accident. Your front desk should have made me aware that they can remove and hold the tags for me when i asked if i could take them instead of just telling me no. My insurance company provided me clear instructions on what was needed from me. If there instructions differ from your "rules" contact the insurance company yourselves. Im not a middleman.

Herb was a pleasure to deal with, got the tires for the RV, installed promptly, waiting room spotless and enjoyable and all employees pleasant and professional. A great experience. And the bill was less than originally quoted. What a nice surprise!

I was driving home from work around 10:00 p.m. and got passed around with my insurance company for about an hour and a half called Linhards and they were there about 30 minutes. The gentleman that was towing my car and being very professional and pleasant around 12:30 in the morning. I will definitely recommend this company to everyone I know. Thanks so much!!

Tow truck driver Osvaldo did a superb job towing two vehicles from an old residence to a new residence for my friend. He was professional and was able to move both vehicles at once, saving a few dollars on the per-mile charge. That is great customer service in today's difficult economy. Thanks!

Towing was quick but customer service was attrocious; although, the frontend people were polite. They only allow management and payment for fees and expenses of a car tower to their lot in person, which might be fine if you live and work in the city, but is more than a slight pain if you live an hour away in the boonies like I do. I ended up having to leave my towed car in their lot for a week due to the inconvenience and less than clear phone communication about how to move the car and they absolutely gouged me with the lot fees. All in all, towing service: 10/10; customer service 0/10.

I always receive excellent and courteous service and have been a repeat customer for 30+ years. The mechanics are extremely knowledgeable and experienced on all makes and models of cars. I moved away from the area in 2010, but I have been coming back for the past 11 years to have my cars serviced timely at their regular maintenance service schedule. Yes, Linhards is that good and their honesty is second to None!!

I recently took my Dodge ram diesel truck in for repair. Ed, the service manager, was very helpful and very importantly,, Herb, their diesel mechanic, was very professional, able to diagnose multiple problems and get the truck running again. They worked hard to save me money on several parts that needed replacement and I appreciate them showing me what was done and needed to be done. Herb was very knowledgeable and appears to be second to no one in diesel repair. I highly recommend Herb and the shop in general for their expertise And good work. I am a tough customer to please, but was very happy with their work and was very glad to get my truck back running in good order

Because of the pandemic, Linhards picked up my vehicle and within a few hours returned my vehicle fully washed.and the service completed. The work was performed perfectly and the cost for labor and materials was very moderate. I was completely satisfied.

I have had Lynhards doing my maintenance for the past year or so on my Honda with excellent service I may add. My wife has an Acura and took it to the dealership for scheduled maintenance. They gave their recommendations ($800) on work that needed immediate attention! I took the car to Lynhards to verify, Tony showed me that it was not necessary at all. He showed me the actual parts and they were not worn out at all. What can I say, Integrity matters!!!

Linhard's came to my workplace, picked up my car and did an oil change, and returned my car! So convenient! Prices were comparable to chains except if you include the convenience - this is such a bargain. There was no trying to upsell anything (much unlike the chain places); yet, they did provide a comprehensive look at things to warn me about what may need to be done in the future. 10/10 -will use Linhard's for all my future car maintenance needs.

I woke up with a tire pressure alarm on my new car this morning. I emailed Linhards early today and asked how much it would cost. NO charge! I stopped in on my lunch break, was greeted by their friendly staff. They checked the pressure and even took it for a test drive. I asked again before I left if I owed them anything. Even though it was 5 minutes of their time they treated me like I was a paying customer.

Had a F-550 rollback die on me today while loaded with another car. The dispatcher was very courteous and helpful, asked all the right questions and gave me accurate ETA’s. My operator was professional and knew what he was doing. I will definitely recommend this facility to anyone in the area. Great job ??

My car slid off the road in the snow today and I could not make it back onto the road. I had no internet or phone service on my phone but was able to text my husband at home with an approximate address. He called Lindhards and they came to pull me out after stopping to pick up one car before me. I'm terrible with names but the driver was wonderful. Very polite, professional and patient, even standing out in the snow!! Very gentle with my car, once we got on the road he followed me up towards Warren road where the streets were much cleaner and I felt safer. I never write reviews but it was a wonderful experience and I appreciate him coming out in the snow to get me going!! Would absolutely recommend.

I've been going here for a couple years and I have always been extremely happy with the service and guidance that Art provided. Since Tony took over, I have brought in both cars multiple times for various levels of service and I am just a satisfied with Tony as I ever was with Art. Linhard's is a very fine establishment, and I look forward to continuing my relationship for years to come.

Waited 2 and a half hours for a tow truck that never showed up. Every 45 minutes I called and was told they were "20 minutes away." Driver said he was lost, we gave the cross streets and directions 5 times, dispatcher was extremely rude and disrespectful, just kept putting me on hold and then after 2 hours would not give me his name or contact information for a manager. Worst service I have ever had with this company and I have used them for years during emergencies. Will not use again. May 20th- waited 11 am until 2:30 pm.

I called in to Linhard's and had a driver at my car in under 30 minutes. The driver was Richard, he was very friendly and professional, and I felt that the towing fee was a fair price. I would definitely recommend this tow service based on today's experience. I can also assure you that I don't work there despite the allegation from "Josh Kroneberger" below.

For the benefit of one reviewer, I don't work at Linhard's, but I have been a customer for several years. Every time I've had to take my car in I was treated with professionalism and courtesy. I was kept informed of the service required and the prices before anything was done. I wouldn't take my car any place else.

I can not despite anything in other reviews about repair work, but the towing service provided was excellent. Hugo was the driver and was funny and provided excellent service. Went to Sears first and they did not have the tire so he called the local Goodyear tire place to make sure they had the tire first and then proceeded to Goodyear. And all the time with a smile on his face and some funny stories to tell.

Kathy was extremely helpful coordinating the pickup of my vehicle. I could not be present at the time of pickup and asked for a call from the driver. He promptly called me when the vehicle was loaded. Very polite and courteous! I am the father of two Goucher students who share this vehicle. The Honda dealership recommended Linhard's and I can see why. I will keep their number in my cell phone in case of the next emergency! thank you!
