Ron came to my rescue after 21 hours of waiting for state farm to find a roadside service provider to tow me out of the underground University of Maryland Parking Garage. Two tow companies made me wait two hours or more from 7:20 am this morning, each cancelling with no reason right before their estimated arrival time. Ron made it in 45 minutes, found the problem, fixed it and I just drove into my driveway. Thank you Ron, you are a Blessing.
I have to give this company five stars. Today I was left sitting along Interstate 83 for several hours because my "roadside assistance" dropped the ball. After a repeated, heated call to my roadside assistance, they contacted State Towing and they were out in a very short amount of time. I believe the names were Mo and Joe that assisted me, and I am grateful for them. I highly recommend!
This company answered my call and showed up quickly. Mo was very professional, kind and offered to save me time by filling out the paper work at the ford dealer for me when he dropped off my car. I felt like he and his other driver went above and beyond to make me happy. He sent me pictures of my car before and after towing and included a picture of where it was parked for me at the dealership service center. I would highly recommend his company!
Didn’t have a chance to use the business. I called for a tow through my insurance (State Farm) and it said 60-90 min for pick up. After waiting 90 min I call the person who is supposed to tow my car and he said it will be ANOTHER 60-90 min. I call State Farm back and they said “we’ll reach out to them.” Moments after the ETA extends by 25 min. We wait 25 more min and we call State Farm back. In the midst of calling, the ETA extends AGAIN by 17 min. If you’re busy, I get it. But if you have one person working, you need to be up front and say “it’ll take 3 or more hours.” Don’t care if that loses you money or service. Learn to be up front with your wait times. If you have to lie about your services then your business is garbage.
These guys are AMAZING. Picked me up on the side of I-95 and brought me all the way home in Massachusetts. Mo was just the best, as was the very nice man (who’s name I can’t remember) who picked me up last night. If I ever need a tow in Maryland again, I will absolutely call State Towing.
Amazing experience with this company, they were pretty quick to the scene, the dispatch was very helpful and the drivers were very nice and good at what they do!
The driver arrived quickly, was very helpful and friendly, tried to jump the battery and towed it when he couldn't. Would definitely use again. Very efficient
Mohammed was at my car within 30 minutes, half the time that AAA predicted. He was very reassuring and knew exactly what to do with my Corvette being as low as it is. Very professional and friendly!!

They were there exactly when they said they would be. To the minute actually. Very friendly, extremely careful with the van and all at a fair price. I highly recommend them.
The only towing company to answer the phone around here, also extremely reasonable pricing. They helped me out a lot this past month. Other companies had me waiting 3 hours to no avail for almost twice the price and these dudes came at the drop of a hat.
Called late on a Sunday and truck arrived exactly within the time promised. Driver was professional and efficient, and price was very reasonable. Would definitely use this service again, though I hope I don’t ever need to.
Very rude and unprofessional. I waited hours for a tow truck. Once the driver finally arrived, he stated he has a emergency and had to leave. He drove off and almost hit me. To me a female alone at 10pm with an inoperable car is an emergency. Would never recommend this company to anyone.
