Never let me down. Always a great place to dump. Fast and easy.

Used this facility on several occasions, sometimes the GPS takes you to the wrong entrance, but there are signs that lead you to the right one. Areas for different kinds of trash are labeled clearly. Your ID is it required before they let you to the bulk trash area

Always busy and it takes a bit to learn where everything goes, but they have a place for everything!

Long lines today, but people were courteous and helped me when they saw I had difficulty walking. The guys that work there are very helpful and always take time to clean up if someone has dropped nails or sharp things that might cause a flat. They always give me a friendly greeting.

If you are truck driver - don't make my mistake! I got address "Caf Central Acceptence 10275 Beaver Dam Rd". Google & Garmin navigators drive me from Warren Rd, but correct entrance for the trucks is from Beaver Dam Rd thru Resource Rd. Go till the end of Resource Rd to the scale.

Who knew a 10ft uhaul truck was a commercial vehicle. Next time I'll strap the mattresses to the top of a car and hope they don't fly off on the highway.

Maybe some people, especially the paint area, should try getting off their phones and actually helping people. I know they were comfortable with their feet up and all but normal people can’t read minds. Just saying. Do better !!

WOW! They are pre organized. They recycle paints, tvs, electronics, light bulbs, batteries, metal & the normal recycling. Trash is loaded into a large pit. You must have a Baltimore county drivers license to show the attendant to use the facility. Your license will be scanned. This is a free facility, too.

great and organized place. People are friendly, signs helpful, place is clean except where it shouldn't be. There are separate places to dump certain trash and/or recycling. Roads are easy to navigate and destination easy to get in and out of.

Always in & out within about 30-40mins max, that's including the check-in&out, loading & scaling process, for my container going to ND Papers in WV. The loaders at the dock are very quick & professional, always done being loaded in like 15min. I can't complain at all, i love getting liveloaded here!!!!!! It almost makes up for the many places I've been to across the country within the last 5yrs that'll have you in a dock for about half of your 14.

First time here…Was in and out in 10 minutes. Had some household trash including some old hvac filters, parts of a broken down basement sink and stuff i have wanting to clear out. My basement looks so much clearer now thanks to this place.

They don't actually remove junk but boy do they know how to handle what you bring in! The whole place was VERY neat and clean signs show you which way to go. I was very happy!!!

We stopped by on a Saturday to drop off broken electronics. There was extremely poor signage and the person working in the area was so angry we asked for directions (the correct dumpster wasn’t there) he started digging through bins and throwing items on the ground toward our car! Then he said all he does is pick up garbage all day following us and throwing more stuff toward us. Very terrifying!

Love this place. Throwing all my garbage off the wall is so satisfying. Almost feEls like littering but I'm not ha. I absolutely love the feeling though of just taking your garbage and throwing it 20 feet down. Smells kinda bad but overall great expirience. Would go again. I LOVE THE DUMP

Some of the friendliest people ever. Always kept up and maintained on a regular basis. The same group of workers, for the most part, has been here for quite some time now, which says alot. A nice friendly group of workers that take pride in keeping this center at its best. I have been to others and none live up to this locations standards

Baltimore County offers an excellent recycling / landfill operation in the Cockeysville area. We are always greeted with a smile, the staff is helpful and provides directions when needed. You can’t imagine all the stuff they accept; it’s not just a dump. It is helpful to check the website as a reference as to what and what’s not accepted at this facility.

Very organized and neat (for a dump). They have separate sections for different types of trash. Scrap metal, paint, car batteries, appliances, air conditioner units, bikes, paper recycling, etc. Then there is a general area where you put general stuff. It is kind of fun, there is a giant pit and you drop your stuff in, and then a giant tractor pushes it all away.

I went to the Central waste disposal facility in Cockeysville , Md. on 5/11/20. I had some old 1/2 empty paint cans and several containers of motor oil. This was my first trip to the facility and I had some difficulty finding it. The man at the paint/ oil area was extremely rude and down right mean to me. I did not know exactly what to do and had to ask him, he responded in a short, impatient way that was totally uncalled for. I made sure I let him know that I had never been there before and I told him he did not have to be so mean. His behavior was totally uncalled for. I wonder if he would speak to a man in similar fashion.

Staff here are inconsistent when it comes to evaluating what's allowable and what's not. I also had them ask me, one time, to see my registration even though I own a home in Baltimore County and my license said as much and was Real ID compliant. Even time I go, I wonder if for some weird reason I'll get turned away. When I lived in Anne Arundel county, I never had any of these problems with a waste facility. I'm not going to waste my time coming here any more. The stupid thing is, I'm just going to bag it all up (thanks for that mister) and put it out for collection and those guys will take it.

I took 25 fluorescent light tubes to drop off. They said they only take 10 at a time. I told him “you realize the rest will go in the dumpster?” He said that’s the rule. I said, “My rule also applies then too”.

You can’t dump “construction trash” at this location but it isn’t posted anywhere. I’m not a contractor and the only stuff I dump is from my house. I’ve dumped the same types of things here before with no trouble. I wasted my morning and now have to drive to the one on Days Cove and risk catching a nail in my tire.

Apparently deck lumber is now household hazardous waste. Understand the new policy but a simple follow up question lead to the most ignorant outburst from one of our fine county employees, Charles. Wow, Great customer service. Keep up the good work.

Supervisor was short and ignorant. We can no longer dump “contractor materials” at this location and much drive to Dave’s cove to dump it. My basement flooded and I had a small trailer half full of carpet and other trash. Love paying high taxes and getting nothing in return.

Always appreciate the service here. Set up as an assembly line so you can drop items in their respective area while driving through. Sometimes a challenge if there's a bunch of cars and you need to go from side to side, but everyone is courteous. I've dealt with large bulky items, batteries, electronics, used oil, used gas, recyclables, metals, and a dehumidifier.

Very organized. Surprisingly clean for a dump! Staff is helpful and it's easy, in and out. I come here at least a couple times a year and the experience is always a good one. Keep up the great work!
