I needed a tow for a lowered vehicle and saw the reviews for Kidd's. I told the office that although my car isn't slammed to the ground, I would prefer an experienced driver for lowered vehicles. Joe was the driver and was extremely friendly. You could tell he appreciates cars himself and got my vehicle expertly towed to the destination. I would use their services again.
The people who work here are amazing and very polite. I went to get my car from impound and I was having problems with it. Mike came out to ask if I needed assistance. I told him that I really would appreciate that. He sent Greg out to help me and I was able to go on my way. They were super helpful and polite. Thanks guys for helping me when I needed it.
The entire towing process was simple thanks to Michael. He beat me home and already had my car parked up my driveway. His upbeat approach to the job made it fun. I will be recommending Kidd’s Towing to friends and family.
We’ve unfortunately had to utilize their services a few times. Each time the service has been amazing. Last night, Michael came to the our rescue and was extremely helpful and professional.
Kidds Towing is amazing, the customer service is exceptional! I was upset walking through the door just due to the reason of me having to pay to pick my sons car up out the impound, though he was a victim in the situation. But I tell you those guys got me right, battery was dead and tire was flat. They took excellent care of me, getting the car back mobile and ready to drive out. They went above and beyond when they didn’t have too, that really means a lot. You don’t see that too often now days.No judgement on why my sons vehicle was impounded, just excellent customer service. Again thank you guys! If I ever need any roadside assistance I will be sure to call and ask for Robert!!!! Kidds Towing you guys rock!!!

Kidd’s Tow damaged my tires during a tow. Before they started, I specifically told the dispatcher not to put wraps on my whitewall tires because it would damage them. They ignored this and put tiedowns on my tires anyway.
The General Manager, Jim Ray, later admitted they had damaged my tires and told me they would take care of the cost. That was three weeks ago. Over a week ago, I was told a check had been sent—yet I still haven’t received anything. I’m still waiting on Jim to provide even the most basic details, like where the check was sent, when it was sent, and for how much.
There has been little to no follow-up from Jim. I’ve had to chase him down with emails, texts, and calls, and he rarely responds. The lack of common courtesy in following up—especially from a General Manager—says a lot about the company as a whole. The lack of accountability here is unacceptable.

Kidd’s Towing was quick and provided great Communication. I ordered roadside assistance through my insurance company and originally was assigned a different tow company - one that made me wait 2.5 hours and cancelled last minute. However, Kidds dispatching called me immediately, told me where her driver was currently and gave me a reasonable estimate. When the driver was on the way, they also called me. They have great communication, got there quickly given the fact that it is a weekend, and got the job done so quickly. Highly recommend.
Austin D. hooked it up today, literally and figuratively, great guy super professional and quick. I called them got in touch with Heather and see got it done plus she was awesome about everything. I called them within an hour they got me hooked up and home. Don’t kid yourself call Kidd Towing
Austin D help me to grab our car to deliver it to our home. When car was not able to start. Austin is very helpful of getting the car in the towing and share his events of working of the tow company telling stories which is crazy. I recommend using this company.
Austin was a total lifesaver! He showed up quickly, handled everything with professionalism, and had the best attitude when my Tesla ran out of battery in the middle of the night in the middle of an entire section. He made a stressful and scary situation so much easier with his calm and friendly vibe. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people. I needed my vehicle towed to a trusted mechanic so the engine can be replaced.
Within 20 minutes of requesting a tow through my insurance, I was contacted by Christine who asked questions relative to my situation so the correct type of tow truck could be dispatched. She informed me that their driver would contact me shortly and that any mileage over 15 miles would be extra, I happily agreed and accepted.
In minutes Joe called me and asked additional questions; where is the vehicle, where is it going etc. He informed me that he was on his way and would be arriving in 20 minutes. He arrived in 12 minutes!
Joe was very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He took extra care connecting my vehicle because it is lowered. Hooked up my car efficiently taking wxtra care of my vehicle. He verified the address, gave him the keys and on the way to the shop!

Had a vehicle break down on a day with immense flooding, at night, and Kidd’s was able to get it back home for us in a reasonable time. The receptionist was incredibly kind and kept us updated, and the worker who towed us got the job done quickly and respectfully. Would 100% recommend for good prices/timing/kind people.

I had an appointment for 12:30 PM. Driver arrived a whole hour early when I was not ready and my appointment at the dealership was at 1. When it got to 12:40 and no truck, I called and they told me it would be 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, I was called again and they said it would be another 20-25 minutes. I wish it wasn’t so expensive for the inconvenience it has created. I am now going to be a while hour or so late to my car’s dealership appointment.

Awesome driver, Randall and great office work from Jen. Being in an accident isn't fun or easy, especially when you get t-boned. AAA was taking too long and was still going to be nearly as much as what Kid charged out of pocket. My truck was about to go to impound with all my tools but Randall was on scene and quickly assessed the tow. I called the office and they had Randall back out in no time. There were some blunders from the PD that were not in my favor, Randall and Jen took care of me. Fast, dependable,reliable and beyond courteous. Highly recommend will gladly use again

I have good side roadside assistance. I broke down just passed a tollbooth on I 35 north at the Kansas/Oklahoma state line. Kidd’s towing showed up as soon as they received the information from good Sam. There’s no exit where I was so the driver had to go south, about 15 miles and make an exit to come back up to the tollbooth. Once he arrived and greeted me, he quickly winched my Truck onto his flatbed and secured it. This took less than 15 minutes and we were on our way to Wichita, about 40 miles north The driver was professional, polite, and congenial. He delivered my vehicle exactly where I had asked them to. I had to fill out no paperwork, and he just shook my hand and said, thank you for the opportunity to serve you. Great service!
