I have to say, there wasn't a time in my life I thought I would be satisfied with a towing company but with the help from Robert, cody, Amanda, and a couple other team members they made me feel like a person and bent over backwards too accommodate me as much as possible. Even busting out the footstool when I was too short to get into the truck. Thank you for the help.
The gentleman Zach that was sent to assist with my tow was very nice and took care of my car. After the police recovered my stolen car and it being locked Zach took the time needed and care to get my car delivered where it needed to be. He was super kind also

Broke the driveline on my pickup and knew Kidd's threw my industry. Called them out got there in half the time, got it hooked up and on our way the driver backed ig into the driveway. Can't say enough good things Dispatch and Driver very professional. Kidd's will be my tow company of choice in wichita.

I had John come pick me up from my workplace and tow me to a shop close to where I live. He was really nice and made me comfortable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs their car towed, and I would use them again.

My friend locked her keys in her car. As dreadful as that sounds, Kidd helped resolve this issue in a manner that was quick, understanding, and thoughtful. My friend and I had locked our computers, wallets, and phone all in the car and had to leave it to go to class. At first, we were nervous to leave personal and expensive belongings in the car while we went to class, but I want to emphasize on the person who ended up unlocking the car. He had moved all of those expensive belongs to the floor of the backseat under a blanket that was already there. This small act left a huge impact and made us feel better about the situation we had left the car in. If I ever have car problems myself, I know who I'll be calling!
I can't express how wonderful my experience was! The last time I had locked my keys in my car, it took the service company HOURS to get to me (this was a different company than Kidd). Kidd changed my narrative and experience. Kidd was able to get to my car in a timely manner and my car was left exactly how I had it. The employees were so generous, understanding, and beyond helpful. 10/10 recommend!!
THE WORSE towing company ever the lady at the desk was very very rude, including all the workers and how come is there no manager in the office when we need him? My moms car was good before they took it and right when I went to pick it up the car would not work at all they also stole some AirPods from my car and a wallet that was left right there we’ve asked to speak w a manager or even the general manager and they said he’ll get in contact with us but it’s been 3 days I recommend not contacting them or suing just like we are about to do. Thank god I do have picture evidence and audios of my conversations of me and the useless workers. Take yall business somewhere else
I needed a tow for a lowered vehicle and saw the reviews for Kidd's. I told the office that although my car isn't slammed to the ground, I would prefer an experienced driver for lowered vehicles. Joe was the driver and was extremely friendly. You could tell he appreciates cars himself and got my vehicle expertly towed to the destination. I would use their services again.
The people who work here are amazing and very polite. I went to get my car from impound and I was having problems with it. Mike came out to ask if I needed assistance. I told him that I really would appreciate that. He sent Greg out to help me and I was able to go on my way. They were super helpful and polite. Thanks guys for helping me when I needed it.
The entire towing process was simple thanks to Michael. He beat me home and already had my car parked up my driveway. His upbeat approach to the job made it fun. I will be recommending Kidd’s Towing to friends and family.
We’ve unfortunately had to utilize their services a few times. Each time the service has been amazing. Last night, Michael came to the our rescue and was extremely helpful and professional.
Kidds Towing is amazing, the customer service is exceptional! I was upset walking through the door just due to the reason of me having to pay to pick my sons car up out the impound, though he was a victim in the situation. But I tell you those guys got me right, battery was dead and tire was flat. They took excellent care of me, getting the car back mobile and ready to drive out. They went above and beyond when they didn’t have too, that really means a lot. You don’t see that too often now days.No judgement on why my sons vehicle was impounded, just excellent customer service. Again thank you guys! If I ever need any roadside assistance I will be sure to call and ask for Robert!!!! Kidds Towing you guys rock!!!

Kidd’s Tow damaged my tires during a tow. Before they started, I specifically told the dispatcher not to put wraps on my whitewall tires because it would damage them. They ignored this and put tiedowns on my tires anyway.
The General Manager, Jim Ray, later admitted they had damaged my tires and told me they would take care of the cost. That was three weeks ago. Over a week ago, I was told a check had been sent—yet I still haven’t received anything. I’m still waiting on Jim to provide even the most basic details, like where the check was sent, when it was sent, and for how much.
There has been little to no follow-up from Jim. I’ve had to chase him down with emails, texts, and calls, and he rarely responds. The lack of common courtesy in following up—especially from a General Manager—says a lot about the company as a whole. The lack of accountability here is unacceptable.

Kidd’s Towing was quick and provided great Communication. I ordered roadside assistance through my insurance company and originally was assigned a different tow company - one that made me wait 2.5 hours and cancelled last minute. However, Kidds dispatching called me immediately, told me where her driver was currently and gave me a reasonable estimate. When the driver was on the way, they also called me. They have great communication, got there quickly given the fact that it is a weekend, and got the job done so quickly. Highly recommend.

I needed my vehicle towed to a trusted mechanic so the engine can be replaced.
Within 20 minutes of requesting a tow through my insurance, I was contacted by Christine who asked questions relative to my situation so the correct type of tow truck could be dispatched. She informed me that their driver would contact me shortly and that any mileage over 15 miles would be extra, I happily agreed and accepted.
In minutes Joe called me and asked additional questions; where is the vehicle, where is it going etc. He informed me that he was on his way and would be arriving in 20 minutes. He arrived in 12 minutes!
Joe was very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He took extra care connecting my vehicle because it is lowered. Hooked up my car efficiently taking wxtra care of my vehicle. He verified the address, gave him the keys and on the way to the shop!

Awesome driver, Randall and great office work from Jen. Being in an accident isn't fun or easy, especially when you get t-boned. AAA was taking too long and was still going to be nearly as much as what Kid charged out of pocket. My truck was about to go to impound with all my tools but Randall was on scene and quickly assessed the tow. I called the office and they had Randall back out in no time. There were some blunders from the PD that were not in my favor, Randall and Jen took care of me. Fast, dependable,reliable and beyond courteous. Highly recommend will gladly use again

Very prompt! The driver was courteous and very knowledgeable about his craft. Carefully loaded my car, hauled it directly to the destination, unloaded it and helped push it into the bullpen.
I hope I don’t need them again, but if I need towed, I’ll be using them again!
