Efficient, knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and friendly -- everything I could ask for in an emergency towing experience. My technician was everything I could ask for and he made my experience stress-free. I'd use them again if I needed to. This was a courtesy tow ordered by our vehicle dealer so I don't know the cost, but it's a high value service.

Legit furious I needed a tow, but this service was prompt, polite, and had 0 issues getting their truck into my driveway. My truck was loaded quickly, and we were off to take it for repairs. Would 100% recommend.
Have used Klondike several times and as far as motorcycles go they are my go-to, rates are moderate and more importantly they have always taken care of and delivered my bikes scratch free, and the drivers have always been decent dudes.
Said they would be there in 1 1/2 hours. It was 3 hours later before they showed up. I waited in the high heat and missed my doctor appointment. When they were there the service was good and Jose was very nice.
I will keep Arrow in my contacts list. They were quick, easy and affordable. The tow truck driver was so kind and wanted to make sure he put my inoperable car right where I wanted it. This made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you!!

I was able to set an appointment. They had a reasonable delay but got to me promptly. The driver was courteous worked fast knew what he was doing. The person answering the phone put up with my jokes and remained very polite. It isn't like I get towed that often so I cannot say whether the fee was reasonable or not. They do charge a courtesy fee for using a credit card.
Wow. What a great service call! The lady on the phone was very sweet and the driver was such a gentleman! He brought me home instead of letting me walk in the rain. And they arrived within 30 minutes! I don't know the drivers name, but thank you, sir, for being first class!
We were so pleased with the service…broke down outside of maize in a car with only 10,000 miles on it in 103 degree heat.. Carlos was so kind and got me in the AC of his truck while we waited for our daughter to get us and took the car to Mel Hambilton and nd dropped it off and we didn’t have to follow. He was very nice and professional.

We sed Arrow for my work. We needed a large piece of medical equipment pulled off our transport truck and placed on the ground. Arrow sent out two guys in a roll back and they professionally pulled the equipment off the truck and gently put it on the ground.

This company is the real deal. Jessica took my call without getting bounced around for 5 minutes - good start right off the bat. I explained the job to her and she didn't need to put me on hold or talk to anyone; she had the industry knowledge and ability to quote me immediately - cannot emphasize how helpful that is when you are trying to relay costs back to a client to get a job approved. And when it came to executing the work, they were on time and got the job done without any issues whatsoever - we paid exactly what was quoted with no games. Drive shaft snapped this morning.. From the time I called Arrow to the time my suburban was on the wrecker was about 10 minutes. Driver was great, gave me a ride to closest gas station as I was stranded on the side of a highway. Paid my bill electronically through a text sent from Arrow. Very impressed with the service and made a bad morning less painful. Would recommend Arrow 100%.
My mom’s car needed to be towed from inside a parking garage, but the low clearance of the garage doors made it a challenge. Several other towing companies told us they couldn’t help, but this company came through when no one else would. They had the right equipment and knew exactly how to handle the situation. The driver was professional, courteous, and took great care with her car. My mom was very happy with the service she received — prompt, efficient, and kind from start to finish. Highly recommend!
My coach broke down right outside of El Dorado Kansas on I 35 South. I had AAA coverage, but they couldn't find anyone to help me. I called the Kansas highway patrol for help, and they gave me Arrow Wrecker Services phone number. I got immediate attention and assistance. I was so nervous because AAA had left me stranded on the highway for over 2 hours thinking I had tow service coming, but I didn't. I will forever be grateful to everyone at Arrow Wrecker Service. Got my car and took it to where it needed to be. Didn't take been long once they got here, but they didn't come until the next day I assume because of the bad weather. Which is fine I just wish they would have let me know. I called the next day to make sure that they would be coming back and if I hadn't they would not have because the driver had closed out my request. Everyone was nice enough though and fixed it right away.

Driving home on an unfamiliar highway after being out of town I got a flat tire. Jason our driver came out in like 15-20 minuets even though we were outside of town. Joann sent us a few helpful links to share my location and pay. Jason called us to go over all the details and was so nice. He was super cool when he got there nice, friendly, and funny. He got the van loaded up and to its second location quick. I’m pretty sure we owe him a pizza for this after hours weekend emergency!! Thanks Jason and Joann!! I’m so glad I called them. We were back on in town and on the road in about an hour.
I had a motorcycle that had flat tire they came out promptly. Jason did a great job with the Klondike lift and got it took the Bikers Edge to be repaired. Really great job.

The folks here were absolutely amazing. I was very nervous about getting my bike towed and having to wait hours but they were very accurate and quick about the wait time. I was very nervous about getting any damage to my bike but Shawn was knowledgeable and quick with his service without causing a single scratch.
