The folks here were absolutely amazing. I was very nervous about getting my bike towed and having to wait hours but they were very accurate and quick about the wait time. I was very nervous about getting any damage to my bike but Shawn was knowledgeable and quick with his service without causing a single scratch. I’d highly recommend to anyone who needs their emergency services.
I'd give more stars if possible. We had to call out the big guns for our RV situation. Lost air pressure in tire and couldn't fill unless it was jacked up. After working with Progressive Roadside Assistance and getting 3 companies saying they were on their way, each cancelled. 4 hrs later, were told we are on our own. We called Arrow, they showed up, jacked us up, for air in the tire and we were back on the road. Thanks a lot guys!! Sundays are not the day to have RV issues and try to get help, but you guys were there for us!!!
Guys towed my suburban for me. The driver was awesome to chat with on the way to the dealership. I will call them again if I ever break down in Wichita Kansas again.
