Carter was awesome he got to the car earlier than expected and got the car back home after a nightmare losing my key in the snowstorm. Carter was a great guy and made everything a piece of cake after a hell of a couple days. Thanks Carter!!!
To their credit, they did show up quickly at 6:30 am to an accident outside of Wichita with single digit temperatures. However, when asked about destination, they required upfront payment to tow anywhere but their own lot. They've probably been burned before, I can understand that. Unfortunately at that point, there is no negotiation, you pay their exorbitant fee (which they add on to if you fail to show up to claim it the same day before 5pm, increasing every day after) or your property remains locked up. The kicker came for us when we were left to try and load an inoperable, unsteerable car onto a trailer on a snow packed lot with zero assistance (for liability purposes we were told). They did say for an additional fee they could possibly help with our loading. Instead, they left an employee to watch us like potential thieves, while other employees were bustling about next to an idle skid steer that could have saved us a considerable amount of time and energy. I understand in today's economy everyone has to earn a living, but if a customer doesn't even have the insurance coverage to cover their services, perhaps milking them for every extra penny then smirking while watching them struggle isn't the best policy. I will refuse any Arrow truck if I'm ever unlucky enough to require their services again, and would strongly recommend anyone else without a roadside assistance policy do the same.
Louis towed my car this morning. He was there on time and got my car loaded on the truck in a very good timing. Took me to the car dealership dropped off the car. He was very nice very friendly person. Great service.
We had a car with the keys locked in it, blocking another car. A complete mess! Louis came out quickly, got us into the car, and helped get life back to normal. Wonderful service! Highly recommend
I scheduled a tow on a Sunday afternoon and the scheduler was professional and welcoming. The tech, Louis, was courteous and on time. He did a quick and careful job.
Arrow gives professional tow service every time I use them. I've repeatedly found them to exercise care in towing vehicles. The company has up to date, clean trucks, and all their equipment works (unlike some other outfits I've seen.). Carlos was very courteous and friendly and obviously took care to give me a damage-free tow.
Today was a very unfortunate situation for me. I had just bought this truck not even a week ago I was completely lost and didn’t know how any of this worked but arrow wrecker towing company Are absolutely amazing people and they did anything and everything they could to help me get through this process And they were there within 15 minutes after I had called them definitely will be recommending them to everyone I know

Lewis was promptly on time for the tow that I needed. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He is a great representation of customer service. I would definitely recommend anyone to use them. Exceptional customer service, which is hard to find these days.
They are absolutely there to take advantage of people and get every dime they can. Watch out for added charges, and if they say they will take a charge of, make sure they did. Add up the breakdown of charges yourself. Nice to your face, but it's dirty business. When asked about it, the owner (at least he said he was) just dismissed me. In fact lied, saying we had already had the conversation when I had not even spoken to a male at this place. The ladies in the office were fine, he had zero professionalism. Unfortunately, my wife had already paid, so very little I can do other than warn others. Stay away from Arrow. I will be turning this in.
Our company has a very large box truck which is 22ft long that was broken down. They were out in less than 30min to get us taken care of. The driver Brandon was very professional and friendly. He made us feel like we had nothing to worry about. We definitely plan on using them again and would recommend to anyone we know in need of a towing service. Thank you!!
Efficient, knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and friendly -- everything I could ask for in an emergency towing experience. My technician was everything I could ask for and he made my experience stress-free. I'd use them again if I needed to. This was a courtesy tow ordered by our vehicle dealer so I don't know the cost, but it's a high value service.
Legit furious I needed a tow, but this service was prompt, polite, and had 0 issues getting their truck into my driveway. My truck was loaded quickly, and we were off to take it for repairs. Would 100% recommend.
Said they would be there in 1 1/2 hours. It was 3 hours later before they showed up. I waited in the high heat and missed my doctor appointment. When they were there the service was good and Jose was very nice.
Fast and efficient service. I had a special circumstance and they were extremely accommodating. Jose was friendly and professional. I was able to set an appointment. They had a reasonable delay but got to me promptly. The driver was courteous worked fast knew what he was doing. The person answering the phone put up with my jokes and remained very polite. It isn't like I get towed that often so I cannot say whether the fee was reasonable or not. They do charge a courtesy fee for using a credit card.
Wow. What a great service call! The lady on the phone was very sweet and the driver was such a gentleman! He brought me home instead of letting me walk in the rain. And they arrived within 30 minutes! I don't know the drivers name, but thank you, sir, for being first class!
This company is the real deal. Jessica took my call without getting bounced around for 5 minutes - good start right off the bat. I explained the job to her and she didn't need to put me on hold or talk to anyone; she had the industry knowledge and ability to quote me immediately - cannot emphasize how helpful that is when you are trying to relay costs back to a client to get a job approved. And when it came to executing the work, they were on time and got the job done without any issues whatsoever - we paid exactly what was quoted with no games. My coach broke down right outside of El Dorado Kansas on I 35 South. I had AAA coverage, but they couldn't find anyone to help me. I called the Kansas highway patrol for help, and they gave me Arrow Wrecker Services phone number. I got immediate attention and assistance. I was so nervous because AAA had left me stranded on the highway for over 2 hours thinking I had tow service coming, but I didn't. I will forever be grateful to everyone at Arrow Wrecker Service. Everyone associated with them and this service call were top-notch.
I think the person who helped me is named Chris. He was so patient and helped me get my dang bronco out of my drive way. Chris gave amazing customer service, he was very professional and friendly. 10/10 service! Give this man a RAISE!
Driving home on an unfamiliar highway after being out of town I got a flat tire. Jason our driver came out in like 15-20 minuets even though we were outside of town. Joann sent us a few helpful links to share my location and pay. Jason called us to go over all the details and was so nice. He was super cool when he got there nice, friendly, and funny. He got the van loaded up and to its second location quick. I’m pretty sure we owe him a pizza for this after hours weekend emergency!! Thanks Jason and Joann!! I’m so glad I called them. We were back on in town and on the road in about an hour.
I had a motorcycle that had flat tire they came out promptly. Jason did a great job with the Klondike lift and got it took the Bikers Edge to be repaired. Really great job.
