Was scheduled for 1 pm to 5pm they didn’t show called got transferred to the local number. They said they didn’t do time windows and would probably be there the next day. Suggested I could just leave my keys and title and they’d leave the check under my doormat that is shady. So I just waited for them and got my money

The over-the-phone part of selling car to Copart was relatively easy and seamless. However, the planned pickup the next day did not happen, and the following day a toe driver showed up without ever calling first, catching me away from home. When a driver did come later that day he did not have the check with him, and had to track down the first tow driver to get it. Seems a lack of communication took an edge off of an initial start experienced over the phone.

Initially everything worked very smoothly. I originally dealt with what I will call the “Home Office.”Interactions there were cordial, timely and informative. Same goes with my interactions with the Support Team. However, the interaction I had with the local Dispatch Team was not as smooth and cordial. I contacted them early in the morning and requested a specific time for pick up the next day. I was told they could accommodate, but they needed pictures of the front and back of the signed title. I told them I had already provided those to the Home Office and did not understand why these were required again. After some resistance from them and myself, I decided to send them the same photos approved by the Home Office. I was told I would be sent a confirmation for pick up. Two hours later I had heard nothing. I sent a text to the same number that I sent the title pictures and reminded them I was still awaiting a pick up confirmation. Radio silence. Four hours after that, I called the Dispatch Team number I was provided and after about 5 minutes, I was told they could not clear the title as it had “VOID” written on it. After close to 20 minutes of trying to explain that what I sent was simply pictures of a copy of the title with “VOID” written on it and that the actual title did not have the “VOID” written on it, they finally understood and demanded pictures of the original title. I was told that the Home Office should not have accepted the pictures I sent and they, the Dispatch Team, were just following their process. I asked, if the photos I originally sent were unacceptable, why no one had contacted me in the six hours that had passed. I did not get an answer, only that if I sent new pictures they could process them in a matter of minutes. I asked if they would still be able to accommodate the date and time I requested for pick up. I was told that they cannot schedule a specific time, only a 4 hour slot and I would receive a call 1 hour before. I told them that was unacceptable. I told them I made the request for pick up with the Support Team and with the agent I first talked from the Dispatch Team and I was told by both that there would not be a problem. Once again, I heard the words, “They should not have told you that.” I had also already made arrangements in my schedule to be available at that time. I then sent the photos as requested. The approval came back within 5 minutes. Also, I received a message that, while they could not guarantee an exact time for pick up, they would try to get as close as possible. I responded with my acceptance and verified the pick up address. The actual pick up went very smoothly and was within 5 minutes of the time I had requested. My only editorial is that I believe the different groups I dealt with, the Home Office, the Support Team, and the Dispatch Team, need to make sure their processes are aligned, and that information already provided by the seller is shared throughout the various teams. Also, once a Lot Number is in process, there should be a heightened sense of communication with the seller if any issues arise. I believe that would go a long way with reducing the frustration I, for one, endured during the last step of the process

The only good thing I can say about this company is the kindness of Trina who I spoke with. They make it seem like it’s a quick and easy process when in reality it was anything but. I had to get my title notarized to sell and through that process the address they gave me they later said was incorrect and wanted me to sign a power of attorney over to them. All seems very sketchy and scam like to me. Trina was wonderful through my confusion and frustration and is the only redeeming quality to this otherwise poorly organized and inefficient company.

If selling my vehicle is considered recycling...I sold and or recycled my truck with Cash For Cars From contacting CFC and settling the purchase price the process was easy...from contacting Copart and setting up the towing of my old truck away-not as smooth-sorry I had set up a morning pick up -morning came and went with no notification-I finally contacted Copart myself and was told that they wouldn't be coming out that day (no kidding) that they would pick it up the next day...they did...no issues on the actual towing of my old truck-very smooth-delivery of the check$- no issues at all

I sold my non functioning SUV through Anees Syed with Cash for Cars. I had called 2 local businesses here in Wichita and was offered less than half of what I was paid by this company. After answering a few questions, a firm offer was quickly made and I had a short list of tasks I needed to complete, making sure personal property was removed, I had the title and key, etc. The company here in Wichita was to call before meeting me to take possession of the vehicle. I wasn’t called by later in the day so called them. The tow truck driver arrived right at our agreed time. We exchanged the check for the keys and title, and the deal was complete. I have no complaints. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Anees was super. Explained the entire process and provided me with all the information I needed via a phone call and a few texts.

I had called another business prior to Cash for Cars to arrange for a vehicle pickup. After waiting two days for a callback from a tow company to arrange the pickup, I contacted Cash for Cars. While filling out the form on their website, I received a call from Lukas. Lukas was great! He was very nice, asked some questions about the vehicle, and was very patient when I had to run outside to get the vehicle title to take pictures. In less than 12 hours, my car was picked up and the entire process was finished! I recommend calling Cash for Cars and Lukas - you will not be disappointed!!

Overall this is a great service. Took a couple of tries to get pertinent questions answered and in the long run the answer was wrong but once in motion they sent out an EXCELLENT company to pick it up the vehicle those people were very professional and quick and very good at what they do. I now have a great place to take metal now from the deal so it's a win win for me.

We were very surprised at the amount they gave us for our vehicle. Usually places like this don’t give you hardly anything for your vehicle but this place I would use again if I had too. Well hopefully I won’t ever have to again.

We had a unique situation and they were able to help navigate with very little issue. They offered triple what other companies were willing to give. All in all I'm very pleased with their service and I'm $900 richer! I will absolutely recommend them to anyone who may need their services as I am in the insurance industry and will use them in the future should I need them on a personal level.

They pay more than Peddle and reply to emails. They are fast to get with you to plan a time to pick up your car and they arrive on time. They call before they come out. Paperwork seems to take longer than it should and check is not made out until they get here. The first time I got a quote, I approved it but no one ever contacted me. So, I called them and they offered me less. So, I had to accept less than my original quote if I wanted to sell my car. But it was still higher than anyone else in the salvage/auction business offered - namely Peddle. I do recommend them but take their highest quote.
