Did great work on my water pump, serpentine belt and plastic fittings. Accommodating while they had my vehicle. Got me in right away and got my car back to me within the day.
Greg and his team were top notch. Not only were they able to save me money compared to a local dealer for the repair, but they were friendly, had great communication, and followed up with me a few days after the repair was complete to ensure everything was working as should.
I would very highly recommend their shop for your auto repair and service needs.
We have had some troubles with both our cars lately and every time I called i was met with friendliness and hospitality! They always managed to squeeze us in on short notice and get the work done super fast and without breaking the bank!

Took my truck in for some regular maintenance plus oil change. Got a call from the owner letting me know that they had dropped my truck off of a lift and totaled it. No one was hurt thankfully and the owner apologized, accepted fault and claimed he would make this right.
Unfortunately that has not been the case. As it stands today, I am being offered a significant amount less than is owed on my truck with no options for a replacement truck. I drive for a living so they have taken my entire livelihood. This is also happening right before I plan to move across the country. The amount hardship being caused by their mistake is significant and they are doing nothing to make it right.
The only mistake I made was bringing my truck to this establishment and now I am left with no truck and possibly thousands of dollars in the hole.
Edit - Due to the owner attempting to imply that I am trying to profit from this incident, I would just like to remind Gregg that his business totaled my vehicle and all I am asking for is to be made whole (same status as when I walked in Friday morning). Replacing what you DESTROYED is not going to cause any sort of profit for me. To imply so despite all of the hardship you have caused me is simply ridiculous and insulting.
2nd Edit - It was also pretty wild to find out that this same shop was playing YouTube pranks on their customers about destroying their vehicles and then they actually do destroy mine. Maybe focus more on the work rather than trying to go viral?
Final - Everything has been processed. We weren’t even able to use All American’s insurance because they low balled us and refused to match an offer we received from our insurance. The owners of All American never once lived up to their word and made things right as they said they would. Their insurance company even told me that “there was nothing stopping the owner from manning up and covering it himself as he said he would” but I guess he isn’t that kind of man. I figured the All American thing to do would be to fix the problem they caused, not to hide behind insurance like a coward.
It’s also funny that you’re accusing people that I don’t know of posting reviews in conjunction with me. At no point has anyone connected to me said to you that you could pay us to take a review down, so in that other review that you responded to, I have no idea what you’re referring to. It’s actually the opposite, I have no desire to take this down because I want everyone to know what you did to my truck.
They are wonderful people at All American Automotive #2. They are very friendly & honest! I bought a car from them & after having it a couple of weeks it needed some major work. I took it back & they fixed it & didn’t charge me anything. If anybody is needing any car work done, this is the place to take it. Great & honest employees work there. I would recommend them for great car repair & car sales.
Today they fixed my wife’s Honda quickly and got it back to us the same day. We have used them for years, been honest and straightforward with us. Highly recommend!
Went to another place at first to get the left side automatic door fixed. It needed a new actuator and was going to take some labor to get it done. The other place quoted us at over $1,300 ($800 for the actuator alone). All American (I worked with Mr. Jacob) was extremely helpful and we were out of there completely fixed for under $600. They have earned a new loyal customer.
Went for an oil change they also checked the brakes and need some new brakes for the back the service was good and at a good price. The folks were nice and straight forward.
I took my friend in for estimate something wrong his car. They point out the parts need to be replaced but when I got home and inspected the car. That is not the part need to be replaced. Dont believe on recent video they colab with youtuber to get more customer, earn respect. Alway seeking 2nd,3th opinion when repair your car
Staffs are friendly, personable, and understanding. The owner is an active mechanic himself and very knowledgeable. I have only been there 3x for trip inspection and oil change, so that's all. I plan on having them replace my CV joint, so we'll see.
Service is fast and affordable, great staff friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Kept me informed about the repair process and how much it will cost. I highly recommend using All American Auto and I will definitely take my Suburban back for more maintenance.
They misdiagnosed the problem. I took my SUV in because it was making a noise after 40 mph. They said it was a rear wheel bearing. They replaced it and charged me over $600, but the noise didn't go away. They said I had to replace the rear shocks, the brake pads on all four wheels break pads, and both rear tires. They wanted to charge me over $3,000 for everything. I ended up going to a mechanic a friend recommended, and it turned out it was the wheel bearing, but on a front wheel. He replaced it, and that fixed the noise. He only charged me $280.
It was 18° outsde. I pulled in at 5:15 because all my tires where low. The owner was very nice and had me pull around so he could air them up. He didn't have to do that since it was past closing time. Very grateful.
Good afternoon everyone. This message that I am sending is late and overdue but unfortunately I had the death in the family not too long ago. I want to retract and say about 2 weeks ago I accidentally locked my car not too far from all American automotive at the car wash. I don't live that far so I took the chance to come to their establishment to see if I could get some help. Greg and Lance were more than outstanding. They rearrange the busy schedule that they had just to accommodate and help me! Not only did Lance take me home but he wanted to make sure that I was still okay even after getting my extra setted keys to see if I needed a ride back to my car! Talking about impressive! These guys know truly what it means on how to treat not only their customers but a potential customer. In a positive manner I have a few things that I'll be looking at regarding service to my car and because of my experience with these guys they will have my business! Thank you again Greg and Lance for bailing me out of a frustration situation and you guys are certainly the best! God bless and have an amazing rest of the week!
I could not be more impressed with their thoroughness, quality work and outstanding professionalism. My Toyota RAV4 had an engine issue. They not only identified the issue and fixed it, they also identified other issues that needed addressed. They worked through their lunch hour to get everything done. Although I have gone to another service shop for years, I am switching to All American Automotive. I recommend them highly!
I will forever go back and take my other vehicles to All American Auto. Two days of service projects and all done day one, in and out. All the staff took an interest into what was going on and it’s been 20 years since I’ve had solid customer service like these guys. Everyone went above and beyond and again, definitely will be back and would recommend without any reservation.

Thanks for restoring my faith in finding an honest mechanic! ( I had a bad front crank shaft seal in my 05 LeSabre and they didn't try to sell me on all kinds of unnecessary fixes or upgrades)
I came here looking to find a leak on my truck (small coolant leak). I was told the leak was 4 different hoses at once. I got my quote, and they wanted $800+ to change the hoses. I took a look in the truck and after a while I found the leak was none of the hoses they referenced, but instead a plastic joint that was $30 at autozone for a metal one. I replaced it myself for a total of $50 (including coolant). The leak was completly fixed after that. Complete scam.
They are great. It can be overwhelming owning a car as a female and trying to not get overcharged. Greg and the rest of the team do a wonderful job of being upfront and honest and I always leave here happy.
All American did me right. Couldn't figure out why my 2008 ford truck was running so rough and had no power! Mike found the the converter was out "something I would have never thought of" fixed in one day and came in under the original estimate. I highly recommend there professional team.
I had extensive work performed on my vehicle. This was my first time using All American Automotive. Even though I spent a considerable amount of money, I am thoroughly satisfied. Chuck made me feel like I was one of the family. My vehicle is a 2002 and hasn't had any major work done in a while. I feel like this was an investment in extending the life of my vehicle. Highly recommended.
These guys are top notch. Greg has taken care of me for the last 35 years and the quality control is excellant. He has always made sure my vehicles have been taken care of at reasonable prices. Nothing is free but he and the staff there has ALWAYS been extremely reasonable. 5 Stars for sure!!!!
I came to All American Automotive on a Friday afternoon from out of town. My air conditioning wasn't working very well and it was already 105°. They took it in, diagnosed the problem and fixed it that afternoon for me and got me back on the road. I'm so happy I found them. After calling around several other businesses that couldn't get me in on such short notice, All American helped get me back on the road comfortably. I highly recommend them for their customer service and their quick work.
I called them last minute before a road trip to rotate tires and alignment and they got me in and did an amazing job. Very friendly and professional. They explained how far off my alignment was and that they had corrected it. My truck drove smoother than ever for my road trip the next morning. I highly recommend and will go back for anything and everything else I need.
I got into an accident, and had my car towed to All American Automotive. I spoke with Dennis, and they were able to get the car drivable within two days of receiving the car. They also made recommendations on solving issues that I didn't even know could come up. I will gladly bring my car in any time I have an issue. The pricing was even better than the mechanic I used to take my car to. Amazing group of people, who provide a wonderful service.
UPDATE: A month later and about 6000 miles my very expensive front tires are severely worn and my steering wheel is off center. Absolutely no way they did this alignment correctly. If I was going to charge someone over double what fair market value is, I’d atleast make sure it was correct. I am a small business owner/operator and I rely on my truck to do my job. So add the time and money lost on having to do this again to the original price gouge and I will be taking quite a hit to the pocket book. Changing my rating to one star for lack of pride in their work at minimum.
Staff is polite. No issue with personnel or facility. 2006 Chevy Silverado. I needed an alignment on somewhat short notice(same day, dropped off at 11A) The alignment is, for all intensive purposes, aligned. My issue is that I paid $250 for AN ALIGNMENT!!!!! After I replaced my front end parts. Everything was clean, broke free, and new. No reason that it should have been difficult, regardless of how far out of spec it was. I was charged for a modified vehicle and I don’t have a single aftermarket suspension part on my truck other than KYB shocks. And to boot, it still isn’t right. Absolutely insane. 250 dollars?!?!?! And you had the audacity to send it back to me less than perfect?! I feel like y’all saw an opportunity to make a extra buck and took advantage of me.
I have been going to All American Automotive for 30 years, I have only been treated with respect and honesty. When people say, your mechanic is your best friend, I am not exaggerating when I say I feel that way about All American Automotive. I purchased tires 20 plus times, they are always balanced and for a couple of dollars more I use nitrogen. I've had alignments and all the rest removed and replaced without a complaint, but with customer satisfaction: water pumps, belts, brakes, timing belt, tune ups, oil changes, shocks, struts, you name it.
I must be the lucky one, because I have never had to bring anything back or experienced poor workmanship. All I have had is great quality service at a fair and reasonable price. I will always continue returning to All American Automotive, even if something would go wrong, it would not compare to all the times I have been treated so kindly and have my vehicle repaired properly.
