So I was broke down with a u joint situation, Nick the owner showed up within the hour an the price was reasonable to tow. Here's where he gets the 1star.He damaged my gas lines that goes to my gas tank,promised he would make it right then ignored me. If you dont mind him damaging your car,then call him. Very affordable towing company. I dont remember his name but he was awesome. He went above and beyond to help. The wait was not long either. If I ever need a tow again he will be the one I call.
Highly recommend I made emergency call for my elderly mother in law on Thanksgiving. They were fast to arrive, although it needed more repair than they could offer. He gave me the number of someone who could come out and fix her car the next day. I will definitely use again in the future.
Brian did a great job towing my car this morning. He called ahead (this was a preset pick up from my driveway) and arrived on time. Car made it safely to the shop. Price was in line with what most others charge and he billed it directly to the shop for me. What more can you ask for? Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a tow.

Brian great guy went above and beyond to get us the help we need on his day off. Car couldn’t start after having lunch with my family and told us if we needed him to call him. Quick fast, friendly no complaints had a little mishap with delivery. They were understanding and Brian even offered me 20 bucks back on the delivery fee.
They were an hour away and cancelled on me and my bf. We didn’t get a call. We had to call them and they told us our insurance had cancelled. Then called our insurance and then said Kidds were the ones who canceled. We waited an hour and 20 minutes

Called several places for a tow every company was either $100 and higher one guy even quoted me $250 to move my car less than 2 miles away. I Why are we received a call from Nick and he was fast and efficient got to me in a timely manner and was able to pick up my car with out me having to meet him!! He was very professional and had a couple good looking dogs!!! A real life saver!!!
Brian helped us with our tow for our mini Cooper. Professional service and a wonderful guy all around! my wife and I called every tow company in Wichita Asking for quotes, and by far the price Wichita towing gave us beat all of the competition by over $100. 10/10 recommend and Will use them for all further towing needs
They said the driver was 30 minutes away, 45 minutes later I called back, they said 15 more minutes, then the driver called and said he was leaving his house and it would be another 20 minutes, then tried to diagnose my cars problem over the phone as if he were a mechanic and not a tow truck driver. The pinnacle of unprofessional.
While I don't know a good baseline for towing costs and roadside assistance. I am lucky that my company decided to go with this particular crew. I will admit there was a bit of a struggle with communication through their dispatch. Info was lost or didn't reach the right folks or any number of other issues that can be present with out of office dispatch.
I am able to look past a time delay because I understand that accidents are happening everywhere and everyday. Brian, my driver for the pickup and drop off was an excellent example of what a tow driver is capable of. He was quick from the moment he arrived and as quick as possible from the moment we dropped the vehicle off at a tire shop nearby our office. He made it perfectly clear as to what was in the cab and even asked before rolling down windows.
Further, Brian was personable. I was honestly expecting a long drive back with a stranger to be quiet and just that. A service. The experience was the closest to getting picked up by a friend that would help you move homes at the drop of a hat. A great show of hospitality and professionalism.

Excellent service! I was given a 30 minute wait time, but the tow truck showed up within 15 minutes of my call. Big shout out to Brian (my tow truck driver) Very friendly and knowledgeable. Well my bike broke down at a buddy's house and I called Wichita towing and recovery and Brian H. Showed up really quickly and because my bike has fairings I was worried they wouldn't be able to do it but he made it happen without causing any damage and did it the correct way as well. Got my bike home within an hour of calling so thank you again Brian your professionalism and expertise were what I would consider above and beyond. Thank you!!
Excellent service, highly recommend. Our car broke down at rush hour off 254. Everyone was more than 2 hours out but Brian was able to get to us in under an hour! Clean, professional and punctual! Would definitely use again
Car just stalled/quit as I was driving, called a few tow companies who were 60-90 minutes out. Called Wichita towing and they had Brian at my scene in 20 minutes.
Brian was courteous and kind. Took me to my location with some good conversation and even educated me on a few things on my car.
Brian watched the car as it was loaded/unloaded to make sure no damage was done and I had a good experience.

I can’t say enough good about this company! My husband and I were legitimately stranded nearly an hour & a half outside of Wichita, on our way to New Mexico for our honeymoon. MANY calls were made & these guys were the only company willing to help. The driver Charles was amazing & so friendly! He made our rough day so much better. The receptionist was so amazing as well accommodating our changes and making sure we were taken care of. They were genuine and incredibly kind. Thank you!!!
Nick was absolutely awesome. He tried troubleshooting the issue, performing several steps to eliminate the issue i was having with my vehicle. I really appreciated that. After towing, he gave me a referral recommendation for some info I asked him about. The service was fantastic overall with no complaints. Thanks again. They are rude and very unprofessional. They all carry weapons so be careful if you are trying to get your vehicle from their... they bring your vehicle in and don't care how they put it down. We picked up our car and it was a total wreck. Be careful about using them for a tow. If they feel any kind of scared because they know they did wrong out comes their pistols. So just warning everyone. This is what we have to deal with now....

He ensured both my vehicles (1988/90 Honda Civics) were properly and safely moved from one garage to another. He took great care in ensuring my custom beaters were treated as if they were from a Barrett-Jackson auction. That level of care for a customer's car says a lot of your company.
