This towing company is truly one of the backbones of Wichita. They’re out here every day cleaning up the streets after dangerous accidents, often in situations most people don’t even see. The team is fast, professional, and handles each job with care making a stressful moment feel manageable for the moment. I came in 20 minutes after closing by accident, the guys were extremely helpful and worked with me anyways. I had no idea what I was doing and they talked me through everything thoroughly and and helped me understand what steps to take. Extremely great customer service and they made things less stressful for me!
Wife gets in a accident I asked the driver for a price to tow the vehicle back to our location he tells me 5-$550 then loads it up we get to the drop off he says he needs payment before dropping I say that’s fine then he says give him a minute to put the ticket together then he shows up with a bill for $800 of all these Random handwritten fees and states his boss made him charge more thanks Jordon for taking advantage of a already bad situation

We have used these guys multiple times, there always very professional and there customer service is amazing. If you have a Mercedes, Porsche, Range rover like me, you really want someone that's experienced and really knows what there doing. Miller's tow & recovery should be your only choice!!!

Had my car towed to millers on a Wednesday, went to get my stuff hours before the 48 hour window closed was denied saying the police filled out the report wrong saying it occurred at 2 am not 2 pm, couldn’t see the report to verify, was all but kicked out being told the lady “didn’t care” that I could call and verify the time and that she didn’t care to check the tow logs when my car entered the lot. Was denied getting my stuff. Had an officer call to check on my situation was told by Rob I could get my personal items if that was the case, showed up and my car was already taken by the insurance and Carla (employee who “didn’t care”) conveniently forgot to call me and give me a notice and wasted my time.

Yes the call was placed at 11 but i WAS TOLD BY ROB that everything would be fine if I was there before 5:30 which I was. If Carla is new that’s fine, curtesy shouldn’t be a new thing and it just wasn’t there she was rude simply put. If you don’t call owners let them know their car is off the lot then don’t tell people you were suppose to call (I was told by an employee that I was suppose to be called regarding the move). You gave me a time frame to come in at and I followed it both times and both times I was unable to get my personal items. The tow driver was amazing but it’s the office that really gave me trouble.
Rob and his team went above and beyond for us. We were 10 hours from home picking up a car when ours left us stranded just outside of town. Called a couple other places that were closing soon or were an hour plus wait until we got to Millers on the list. This was our guy. Rob was so incredibly helpful over the phone, even looking up a rental car for us. He truly cared about helping us. I can't tell you the relief that brought being so far from home. A truck was to us in half the time everyone else quoted. Rob is a great guy with a great team that took our worst case scenario day into something salvageable. You definitely want this tow team.
Really appreciate the tow today. Sunday morning and these guys got me towed and out of the street quickly and professionally. Knowledgeable about classic cars too. Will definitely be using you all again. Thanks for an easy fix
Miller’s towing was amazing! I was stranded after a long day of work, and they got to me in no time. The driver was extremely polite and made me feel safe throughout the entire process. They didn’t overcharge either, which was a huge relief. I’ll be using them again if I ever need towing services.
Just had my bike towed with a flat back tire and the two guys that showed up were excellent!! I had called the round to multiple places who wanted almost double what Miller's charged me so they are now my go-to tow guys! But the guys that picked the bike up were very respectful and careful with my bike they knew exactly what to do to keep it on the back and I couldn't be happier. Well I could had my back tire not gone flat in the first place but all things considered I will be calling them if I ever need a tow again! Thanks guys!

Excellent, professional service. Christian Brothers called Millers Towing to pick up my Ford Edge when it wouldn’t start. They responded rapidly and the driver was amazing. Millers towing is absolutely great. My wife’s car was stolen and then wrecked last night. Miller’s was there in 10 minutes to recover it and the driver hooked up power for us so we could get our belongings out of the hatch. We had to go to their lot to get the rest of our belongings and the lady in the office was awesome and walked us to our car to get everything out. I wouldn’t do business anywhere else.
