I called and asked for a quote to pull my semi & trailer up the road. I was told that the workers would access my situation when they got there and to send pictures. I was 3-4 feet off the road facing the direction I needed pulled out. The guys came, hooked up, winched me out, said I’d get a call for payment, and left within 5 minutes. I got charged $577 to my card. I was never quoted and was never told the price when I was paying. If I had been given a quote, I would have went with someone else.
Perfect interaction, new flatbread, showed up fast, I and my vehicle were out of danger fast. Very reasonable fee considering today's economy. Definitely recommend based on this interaction.
I drive semi truck and had a lock on the back of my trailer I could not get off. I called them out to cut the lock off the guy pulled up cut the lock off in at most 3 mins. Then proceeded to charge me $441 dollars. The service does what you need but prepare yourself to be overcharged extremely!
Absolutely wonderful service. PJ came the middle of the night, arrived prior then ETA, and was refreshingly friendly. If I could give ten stars I would... AND HE MADE SURE ME AND MY LITTLE ONE GOT HOME WITH OUR VEHICLE. For $60, you can't beat that!!!
I bought a truck that needed to be towed and Mike came and picked it up and followed me home. On the way home my vehicle got a flat and I didn’t have a spare so towed it as well and gave me a ride home. He took great care of me and if I ever need a tow again I won’t use anyone else

My kids car broke down at 5am in the middle of a snowstorm with -35 degree windchills. Absolutely no hassle just told them where it was next thing they had it stored waiting for weather to break. Towed it to my house with no extra fees you get from other places. I’ll never have to hope for a good tow company again I found the only one worth calling!!! Excellent service !!!! Great people!!
My mom locked her keys in her car on the 4th of July and they were the only people in town to answer. PJ showed up in 15 minutes and had it open within a few minutes. Very friendly and a reasonable fee. Would recommend to anyone!

These guys are so awesome! The experience we had with these guys is hands down the best towing experience we've ever had! Everything from the phone call for help to how fast help arrived all the way through to the three hours we were sitting there waiting for our car to get fixed from a shop nearby. The gentleman who gave us our tow was very nice, helpful, and it definitely showed how much he cared about the people he helps. Good service, great price. We had a flat tire and pj towed us home and the next day brought a new tire and got it mounted and changed for us! He’s super awesome. I would recommend going to him if you are ever broke down.

I had a flat tire and my car was parked in my back driveway which is on a slope so I called for service. I spoke with PJ explained what I needed and he was at my house within 20 minutes of calling!! Took him all of 10 minutes to change my tire out. Very pleasant, awesome service, reasonably priced!

Highly recommend this company! I was only 30 minutes away from home, however, I had locked my keys in my car and had a busy day ahead of me. I called Superior Towing They're really nice Very professional PJ came and helped me out he arrived really fast super nice. I was really happy with my services it will most definitely call this company again for when I ever need a tow This is the first time I've ever had to use a tow service. So I didn't know what to expect on pricing. So I called them the pricing is amazing and way more affordable than I thought. I paid $40 to get my car towed from my house all the way to Bruce's autos. Amazing tow service and i see why they have a 5.0 on their Google rating
When you have only one key to your vehicle, eventually it's going to happen. After 5 years or more, I finally locked said one key in my car. I tried for some time to perform the impossible and unlock it with a hanger. I had to give up...so I looked for local Locksmith at 8pm. Good luck! One after another, "closed", "closed", "closed" until I encountered Superior Tow & Recovery. Great reviews as well...the phone was answered quickly, and I was told they would have someone out in the next 30 min. Then I receive a call back from the actual gentleman, Kyle, who was in route to save the day. Kyle was more than on-time. He was very professional, kind, and quick because he knew his stuff. I was beyond shocked to have someone come out this late on a Monday evening, not gouge me with a ridiculous price, and get the job done much faster than I expected. GREAT service!!!

Kyle was beyond amazing!!!! He came to help me jump my car because of a dead battery. He arrived long before his estimated arrival time and kept in contact and updated me when he was heading to me and also when he was on my street. He even was so nice to ask how my day was going besides my car not running. He had my problem taken care of in less than five minutes He gave clear and concise instructions to let my car run for while to ensure it starts up again.

Absolute best service, hands down! Very knowledgeable, reliable, and affordable... Also the quickest in town. PJ was my saving grace after I hit a sheet of ice and ran off the road into a field. He is genuinely concerned about his customers in need and does what he can to comfort and calm when they are in a state of distress. Called Superior Tow & Recovery to help unlock a vehicle that had magically locked on its own while the vehicle was running with a dog inside. They answered promptly and said someone would be there in 15-20 minutes. Received a phone call a couple minutes later from a driver of theirs, confirming they would be there in 11 minutes. Shortly after that, the driver showed up. Anthony was the driver who came to the rescue and was polite and respectful and did everything he could to help us out. We were back in our vehicle in no time. For how expedient everything was, the price was extremely reasonable. 100% satisfied customer. Thanks again Anthony and Superior Tow.
My car stranded me in the south end of town. Jewel (not sure of the spelling) was great. He contacted me right away to let me know he was on his way. He was there quickly. He was very polite and professional. He gave me a ride to the dealership along with my car. He was very pleasant to talk to. Would definitely use their services again if needed.
I locked myself out of my car after working a total of 15 hours today. After trying for 40 minutes to get into my car in 22 degree weather I finally started calling lock Smith's. Nobody answered until I finally called superior and told them what happened. Pj was here in about 5 minutes if that. Jumped out of his truck, super friendly and very helpful. He got me into my car in about 3 minutes! Sadly this isn't the first time I have done this. If this ever happens again, I know who I'm calling! Fast, helpful and friendly service! I'm telling everyone! Thank you Pj for all the help! And getting my sister and I into my car so fast out of the cold we've been standing in for 40 minutes! I can't say thank you enough!
