My battery was dead this morning, and when I called AAA, they sent Sean from Almighty Tow Service to take care of me. He put up with me at my worst - I was combative and anxious and made him deal with that. He was patient, professional, and understanding. I want to apologize to Sean for my completely unacceptable behavior and thank him and Almighty Tow for taking care of me.

Devan provided battery service at our home. He was prompt, knowledgeable and competent. I especially appreciate his pleasant and helpful attitude.

Though I waited 8 hours for my tow on Mon (12/1 snowstorm), I understood that there were MANY & worse wrecks that day before mine. I spoke with the office at time of collision (to set up tow), then twice more during that 8 hours to make sure someone was still coming. The lady who answered was very nice, very patient & reassuring. The young man who came to do the tow was a sweetie - very polite, helpful & positive. I wish I could remember his name but he was shorter than me and had a beard. I don't usually answer surveys, but I do want folks to know how much I appreciated the positive woman who helped me from the office and the nice young man who did my tow! :)

Tonight I had the pleasure of having a conversation with one of the Fleet managers of Almighty Tow. He also was a driver. Given the surprise depth of the snow today, he'd been very busy and I don't believe his evening was over soon. I commended him and his company for great work hed done for my daughter 5 years earlier when she was in high school. The police recommended them and they seem very proud of their company. He must have been tired but certainly didn't show it and appreciated a minute to stop at a still open hardware store because he had lost his glove! I truly believe every company should create an environment for loyal staff who are proud to go to work everyday.

Have you ever ugly sobbed, like full wailing, tears of gratitude and relief after a car service technician helped you out? Because I did tonight and it’s all thanks to Will. I’ve had….a rough few weeks. One of those times where everything is overwhelming and it’s always one more thing right? So tonight, when my car decides to stop a mile away from the gas station with low fuel, I almost lost it. Thankfully, I have AAA and they sent out Will. Will had actually already looked at my car last week (remember when I said it’s been rough?), so I literally sighed with relief when I was assigned someone I already knew. I’m panicky by nature, so having a familiar face was so helpful. Will arrived with a smile, some jokes in his pocket, and the best attitude. He helped me get gas in my car with some serious MacGyvering, as we didn’t have a funnel, and did it all free of charge - no gas fee as we did our best to troubleshoot the issue. It’s Will’s job to be a good car technician, but it’s not Will’s job to be a good human being - a nice, funny human being with empathy and compassion that, afterward, had me crying. I am so grateful to Almighty Towing and Will. I feel confident now that we have mostly solved the car issues and I owe Will something fierce. This could have been a panic attack night for me and instead I was laughing about Gatorade bottle/screwdriver makeshift funnels. It worked perfect. Thank you so much, Will - I owe you one!

To the dude that came to help unlock and jump my gf's car in the Pan Asia Market parking lot on 10/30 around 930pm or so, just wanted to say thanks and recognize how fast, nice, efficient and professional he was. Just really appreciate your life saving tonight!

Shouting from the mountaintops: THANKS BILLY + ALMIGHTY TOWING! Last night, I experienced a battery failure in my vehicle while on an on ramp for a busy, major highway at like 8pm. While I was safely off the road, I was so nervous - I have never experienced car trouble while actively driving before. Thankfully, I have AAA, which coordinated with Almighty Tow. In less than thirty minutes, Billy had contacted me, assured me of his ability to help / calmed my nerves, arrived quickly, and jumped my car to get me home safely. He was the most understanding, kind, and funny person - for a girl stranded on the side of the road at night, I could not have asked for a better person to help. What started as almost a panic attack ended with me feeling totally in control of next steps, feeling fine about driving my car, and also having a friendly face make me feel much better. I am so grateful to AAA, but also for their contracted services with Almighty Towing. Thank you so much, Billy!!

I highly recommend this company! My rental car broke down, and the young gentleman dispatched through Hertz made a female traveling alone feel completely safe. I broke down at Cheddar’s, and to make things worse, my ice cream melted and spilled on his floor mat..I felt awful! But he was so polite, patient, and kind. Please thank my driver for helping me get all the way back to the airport. Thank you for reminding me that chivalry still exists! ?

Yesterday I was locked out of my rental car at Overland Park Regional Hospital. Enterprise rental sent out Almighty Tow. A very nice young man named Devan tried to assist me. He figured out I was trying to enter the wrong car!! We found my rental car a row over and it opened without any problem. I'm very grateful that Devan didn't laugh or embarrass me. He was very kind and forgiving of an elderly citizen. I will always use Almighty for future auto mishaps and hope I get Devan, again. Thanks so much!

Deondre is an absolutely terrible human being for the stuff he pulled to make me sit for a tow for two hours to pass it on to the next shift. The second guy was great. Dispatch, not so much.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT ALL OF YOUR THINGS STOLEN!!! Almighty Tow Service transported a friend’s car from the accident scene (that was heavily monitored by police) to their lot. Either while in route to the lot, or once on the lot, thousands of dollars of tools were stolen from the vehicle, along with the friend’s wallet. When brought to Almighty Tow Service’s attention, they showed extreme lack of empathy, and took no responsibility. They didn’t even offer to look at their cameras that are on the lot to see if they could be of any help in finding out where everything went.

I have nothing but great things to say about the prompt, competent and friendly service provided by this company. They contract with AAA and this is the second time I had the same driver assist me. He was awesome. He didn't tell me his name, but his customer service went above and beyond.

Huge shout out to a couple drivers, Alex and Billy B. Alex has come to my house twice once to tow my 2025 Jeep Gladiator and another to tow my 2018 Dodge Challenger. Alex was prompt, kind and courteous. Good guy and treated me and my vehicles with respect. Billy B came to my rescue at on the road when my 2018 Challenger overheated. Billy B was a super nice guy, very knowledgeable and treated me and my car with respect. I would highly recommend Almighty Tow! If you get Alex or Billy B. tell them Ken says hi!

If I could give zero stars, I would. What should have been a simple flat tire tow turned into a $650 repair nightmare thanks to their careless driver. The damage to my vehicle was obvious to everyone — caused directly by improper towing — yet Almighty Tow refused to admit fault or cover the cost. Their lack of accountability is astounding. Avoid this company at all costs!

I needed a tow from my home to a transmission shop. I had the fortune of DeAndrea being who they dispatched. He called me as soon as he got the request, gave me an ETA and called again upon his arrival. DeAndrea was incredibly kind, professional and sincere. In my opinion, DeAndrea is definitely. I had a very pleasant surprise today! Dan, with Almighty arrived at my vehicle for a AAA tow. He was helpful, genuine and his communication while getting there was excellent. In today's world of selfish, no-account people, Dan was a reminder that the human race has a possibility of redemption. Thank you for the professional and again, genuine value you brought to this service call.

I was stranded yesterday, with two foster puppies, on a construction site. I requested service via AAA.They sent a service/battery guy first. I was impressed that he was equipped to check my battery and a had a car code reader. He was polite and kind and it truly felt like he enjoyed helping me out. He ordered a tow. The tow driver was equally as helpful and understanding. Professionalism and excellent attitudes made this the best tow experience I have ever had. I highly recommend them! They will be my first call, if needed, in the future!

I needed to have my car towed to the shop on short notice the morning after the 4th of July, which was also a Saturday. Will was here within an hour, and was friendly and professional. We were also impressed with the well-maintained and high-end hydraulic flatbed! I love that you’re also AAA affiliated. Will turned a stressful morning for us completely around. Thanks again!

Jereme was incredible! He helped me on a Friday night when my car died out of nowhere in Overland Park. The vehicle was a collectors car with low clearance and Jereme took EXTRA caution to make sure the front spoiler and air dam were not harmed during the tow. I was so pleased with the service that I hired Jereme and All Mighty directly when it was time to take my car to the shop to be repaired. I was so impressed with the professionalism shown, they will be my only tow company.

TIM was absolutely outstanding. Fast service, truly cares about your vehicle and does the job right! I've never had such a friendly, outgoing tow driver in my life! Shawn came out to help me when my car suddenly had issues on the freeway. He was extremely efficient and helpful. He also went above and beyond in making me feel safe. Really appreciate you Shawn!

Ron Hill was so kind. He arrived promptly from a dispatched AAA call to help me out of a ditch. The situation seemed tricky to me but he had extra materials in his truck to provide the back wheel traction. This review is for the amazing work of Ron, thank you!

This company was hired through AAA and when the driver arrived he was very confrontational, did not try to help us with our tow issue and ultimately drove off while almost hitting me. I called the office at this company to complain and the lady who answered was sarcastically sincere. 10/10 would not recommend.

Called AAA to get a spare put on due to a simple flat tire. I had the spare tire out ready for the tow truck driver when arrived. With enough air in the spare. He claimed it needed more air. Then blew out the valve on the spare tire. Making it burst and completely flat. So not only did we have the flat tire, then the spare was flat. He then proceeded to call us idiots. Acted like he was getting something from his truck. Then drove off. He claimed the valve was already busted. If that was the case the spare tire would’ve had no air to begin with…and wouldn’t have sounded like a gunshot when he tried to put air in it and it busted. I filed a claim with AAA and called almighty towing which has failed to reach back out.
