Replaced the tires on my wife's car, and they seem to be well balanced. I asked them to see if they could find tires that fit my car, and they haven't gotten back to me on that over a week later.

Great service, great advice the mechanic helped be out immensely, and treated me great. I would highly recommend this place

Not willing to work me in to patch a tire on sunday. They close in 5 hours and had no way to work it in five minute job. Well earned one star review. Told me to take it to Discount tire on Monday. I will for sure.

Brought in a tire with a screw in it, brought it in on a Sunday after Christmas. They were short staffed and got it patched up quicker than I expected, within an hour of droppingit off. Great customer service, I recommend this location.

I was a walk-in the other day. No appointment. Middle of the work week. I needed to get my two rear tires replaced. The person that serviced my vehicle was professional and to the point. I told him that I was going for a walk for about an hour and, by the time I got back, my car was ready. Outstanding! I've purchased tires here several times before and will do so again!

I’ve always enjoyed going to tires plus, not only are they conveniently located across the street, but their team is very knowledgeable. Their prices are I would say very fair. Definitely recommend them.

They were very helpful last minute before closing with a tire that needed patching before I was leaving for a long trip. I was very grateful! They even topped off my oil for free.

The technicians who worked on my vehicle were very knowledgable and thorough. I needed multiple things fixed. They walked me through each one, and we came up with a plan for repairs, to get the most urgent things done first, and what could be done later. They were friendly, did not talk to me rushed or condescending. The work was done quickly and it's been several months now and the knocking sound hasn't come back. 100% trust the knowledge and ability of the Technicians who worked on my vehicle. Will continue to take my vehicle here.

I came in to fix a flat tire, Kenneth was so helpful and was able to get a new tire and put it on in an hour. We come here for tires and alignments and they have the best prices and wonderful customer service!

These guys are seriously amazing! I can’t overstate it, they got me sorted out at the end of the day in less than 45 minutes for two new tires. Highly recommended!

I called Tires Plus to Schedule an Alignment. And on the day of my Appointment I was Running late. I called the Store to let them know, I was on my way & going to be 10 mins late. I asked if I had to Reschedule do to running. & Kenneth Stewart said "No, you dont need to Reschedule, we will take of Your Alignment when you Arrive! I was HAPPY!! Most Businesses will say Yes, you have to Reschedule. I thought to myself, Wow Great Customer Service! I wasn't expecting!! When I got to Tires Plus, Kenneth Greeted Me with A Smile & was Polite. I said to him how much I Appreciated, him Understanding I was running late. I spoke with Kenneth about my Concerns regarding my Vehicle. & let him know, while im driving it feels like Im all Over the Road! & I purchased 4 Used Tires 6 weeks ago. He checked the Tread, on my Tires. & saw that all 4 were tires were Not the Same!! & I was Surprised!! Because I wasn't told by the Tire Place I Purchased them from, were all different. Kenneth asked me if my Vehicle was All wheel Drive & I said I didnt know. But I think its 4 wheel drive. I looked & its All wheel Drive. He Explained to Me how All wheel Drive Works with Tires. Which made Sense to Me, Because of the way my Vehicle was driving. He suggested to Me about Getting the Right Tire size on my vehicle & all 4 tires the same. I Said Safety is my Concern, I take my Granddaughter to School & Pick her up. Kenneth looked up Tires for my Vehicle, & let Me know they Only had 2 of the 4 Tires I Picked out, at there store. Kenneth called around to other Stores, to see if they had 2 of the tires I needed. & 1 of the other Stores had them & were able to Bring them To his Location. ¹ Kenneth did Everything he could to make my Experience with Tire Plus, a Good one!! Scott & the Gentleman who did my Alignment & put my Tires on, were both helpful!! I APPRECIATE the Great Customer Service, I was Given!! By Kenneth, Scott & The Gentleman working on my Vehicle!! It Really makes a Difference when Your TREATED with Good & Professional Attitudes.

Made appointment online-checked in and was out the door in 30 minutes….if that. Really nice guys…they didn’t try to sell me on a bunch of crap. Great service, I would recommend and will be back.

I recently had the pleasure of getting new tires at tires plus and I couldn't be happier with the service! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and super helpful. They didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. The prices were fair, and the work was done quickly and efficiently. My car feels like it's driving brand new again. I'll definitely be back for any future auto needs!

Dean and Kenneth took great care of getting a tire fixed for me quickly. My daughter and I have used this location for years and always receive the best service! The team works hard to make sure you are in and out in a timely manner.

Scott Was so helpful and helped me look at a variety of different tires for my car and assess which tires would work best. He was able to find the tires that fit my vehicle and even though they didn’t have them in stock (nobody else in KC did either) I got an appointment for the very next day, which was awesome and I was out the door one hour earlier than promised upon picking up my car. Pricing was excellent And I was also supplied with a helpful car health report. Thanks!! will be back

These guys have incredible service! We've taken both of cars in multiple times and they always do a great job with replacements, rotations, and tune ups. Even if you need a next day appointment, they always have availability. Definitely get your car taken in at the south OP Tires Plus!

The staff at Tires Plus in Overland Park was amazing. I came in with a flat tire and 2 hours later left with 4 new tires with no appointment. They were open and Honest from the beginning. Very hard to find these day on anyone working on your car/truck. 5 stars
