Aaron was very helpful and honest with the diagnostic report of my '94 Chevy K1500. They took the time to look into it thoroughly and only called me when they had a complete answer to what the issue(s) could be. I had the transmission in my 07’ Colorado replaced by the guys at Certified Transmission. The communication was great by telling me what was going on with my old transmission and why swapping the old for the new was the better choice. The time it took to swap the transmissions was very reasonable and the price was fair mark value. The warranty is great too! I have driving with the Certified Transmission for almost 500 miles and it works flawlessly. I encourage you to stop by for a quote and to trust their work.

Aaron was very nice on the phone every time I spoke with him, as well as everyone I talked to when I came into the shop (sorry I forgot the names). My car suddenly started having issues that could have been engine misfire or transmission, and with a 2014 at 60k miles I wanted to cover my bases to get to it as quick as possible. They were very busy, but it being my families only vehicle they managed to squeeze me in a few days later. They were honest when telling me it was showing as a misfire and everything was good, but they strongly urged a tune up for the transmission, which makes sense given the mileage/age. The price was very reasonable, and I can't speak highly enough of this company. There's a reason they're busy, and it's the same reason they have such high reviews, they're simply a great company in every aspect I had the pleasure of experiencing. Edit for spelling.

Unfortunately, without any warning, my transmission gave out on my car. My car was towed to CertifiedTransmission on Frontage Road in KCK. Everyone I have to help with there has been so helpful have done everything they can to try and make this an exceptional experience for me. They are very knowledgeable, and we’re able to explain everythingto me in times that I Understood. They have relieved a lot of the stress of the situation and not having a car. Unfortunately, I Do not have the fund to fix it at this time. And they have understood my situation and have done everything to help me I cannot say enough about the compassion that has been shown to me by every member of Certified transmission’s team. I look forward to the day that I can have them fix my car. I highly recommend Certified transmission, I’ve heard nothing but good things about them from the many people that I’ve spoken to About them. I recently had the transmission in my 1970 bronco rebuilt by the gang at certified transmission. They did an amazing job! It runs better than it ever has. These guys were amazing to work with. I highly recommend

I took my Hyundai accent to Cottman transmission a little over a month ago after being referred by another shop. The other shop said that my car was having transmission issues that they were not equipped to deal with so they referred me. When I took my car to Cottman they Found that the issue was actually much simpler and was not transmission related at all. For under $200 they fixed my car and I have had zero problems with it since! Really great service!

I took a 2018 Dodge Ram, low mileage to another shop and it was eventually diagnosed with a transmission failure, needing a replacement. The shop was unable to locate a transmission with an acceptable warranty, so I started shopping around. I called Certified Transmission and spoke with Aaron. He was able to locate a reman transmission with a 3yr/100k mile warranty so I had the vehicle towed to him. Aaron called upon arrival of the vehicle and advised he would do a diagnosis just to be safe and thank our lucky stars we did. Aaron was able to take an almost $12,000.00 repair and fix our issue without replacing the transmission costing us a whopping $619.96. Aaron could have simply and easily went ahead and replaced the transmission and padded their pockets, but instead he was honest and got it done for us cheaper and quicker than we ever expected. 100/10 recommend this location to anyone in need of transmission services or repairs. Thank you again Aaron, and because of you, I will be bringing any and all of my transmission needs to you.

Aaron at Certified Transmission was exceptionally helpful. Our 160,000 mile Honda minivan was having what I thought were transmission problems. After a full diagnostic evaluation however, they determined that all of the transmission components/circuits were functioning properly and that the problems were engine related. When asked, Aaron was able to provide recommendations for excellent engine service centers. We appreciated the honest and straightforward service provided.

Certified Transmission did great work, and they were polite and professional. I had a faulty transmission control module and they were able to diagnose it right away. They sent it off to be re-flashed which took some time, and it was still faulty when it came back, so they ordered a new one. It did take several weeks in all, but most of the time was spent waiting for parts to arrive. Aaron was happy to answer my calls and update me on progress. Overall a great experience and I’m glad I chose Certified Transmission.
