The 2 man team called 10-15 minutes in advance, per instructions. Thy even asked if I would like them to stop & get me a coffee & doughnut to get my day started. They arrived on time , friendly & explained the process again. After removing my items to the truck, returned inside for payment. Before the team left, they asked if I needed any assistance moving anything around or, I had dishes they could do for me. Very nice gesture indeed. A very delightful experience. The Service was A+ 5 STAR Service Guaranteed! But for what I had to haul off, put a hurt on an Ol’ Man.
There are nothing but great things for this company. Colin and Jermaine from the Overland Park side came out, and gave more respect than I have ever seen which is huge for me and my family. They were fast, and weathered 26 degrees just to move my belongings out. Those two gentlemen deserve all the credit in the world for setting an example. Thank you both immensely. Called Junk Kings after recommendation from brother in law, the office staff were quick to offer pickup options. The day of pickup they were forthright in in their estimatation.The team who picked up were extremely respectful and wholly sensitive about our urgency due to my father's recent death. They worked efficiently and finished before their estimated time. I would use them again. I would highly recommend their services. 5++

James and Collin helped empty my garage, and backyard from a renovation house i bought a few weeks ago, the yard looks great and the garage stick and span. These guys were very quick and diligent. Would definitely recommend these two.

Mike & Dylan were fantastic to deal with. They gave me a detailed estimate before starting and explained everything they were doing along the way. I was happy to learn that my items would be inspected and anything that could be refurbished or donated would not go to a landfill. Both men were polite, friendly, clean, and knowledgeable. I feel like I made the correct decision in calling Junk King.
Junk King made the whole process easy from start to finish. The night before, I received a text confirming their arrival window, and the crew gave me a courtesy call 20 minutes out. Two strong, respectful guys showed up right on time, offered to bring me coffee, and were polite and conversational throughout. They cleared out a heavy armoire, bricks and cement, a steelcase file cabinet, and a La-Z-Boy chair in about 30 minutes.
Payment was quick and simple through their electronic system. Both men shook my hand, looked me in the eye, and left me with the impression of a professional, respectful team. Very professional, fast and friendly. They take credit cards and do not pass on the credit card fee like some companies have been doing lately. The phone was answered by people who can speak English and are in America! Other similar types of companies our source calls overseas and they miscommunicate wasting their time and mine. I highly recommend Junk King! The wood pile was gone in a flash!
Logan, Jay, and James did a remarkable job! Their motto “that’s no problem”. A wicked hot day. A hill they had to climb with multiple trips to their truck. They even pushed a very very old riding mower up the hill and into the truck. Amazing! They kept smiling. Great positive attitudes and they got the job done. We would highly recommend Trash King and these awesome guys!
Nick and Alex were great! They moved a super heavy mattress like it was nothing and even brought in a couple rolls of carpet we hadn’t initially planned on. Great personalities and initiative. Would definitely have these superheroes come back and recommend them to anyone who needs a hand getting rid of unwanted stuff around their house.
Could not be more pleased with this company!! Needed a lot of furniture and trash moved out last minute and they were able to get it done fast. I scheduled last minute and they accommodated my preferred time and I was able to schedule it all online. No cost up front, detailed instructions on what to expect, every worry was easily wiped away and I hadn’t even spoken to anyone from their staff. Nick called the morning of my appointment to confirm details and run down expectations. He was pleasant and caring and made the stress of getting this stuff out just melt away. He informed me that Alex and Logan would be my guys for the day and that I would receive a phone call when they were heading my way. They called towards the beginning of my requested window and arrived on time! They too were so extremely pleasant and kind continuing to make the stress of all the junk just fade away. It took less than 10 minutes to show them around to the various areas I needed things removed. They had a rough quote for me on the spot that fell comfortably within my conservative budget. Then, they got to work! In less than 2.5 hours they had everything cleared! Nearly 2 truck loads, completely cleared! I am so gracious to Logan, Alex, Nick, and the Junk Kings team and I could not recommend them enough!
The driver arrived on time and was very helpful. He even waited while we removed additional steel bed edging to take with this load of the same edging. Will use again.
Price was somewhat high considering the limited quantity that was hauled. Their price was lower however than using a private individual who wanted $30+ to take it.
