I’ve been through a lot of places many people said this place was no good. but they literally helped me out when no one else would I would recommend your come here and just be honest with them…We love you Metcalf Auto Plaza And thanks for everything.

I have bought 3 autos from Metcalf Auto going all the way back to 2001. Every vehicle has been excellent. The customer service department 10 out of 10. Service/maintenance department 10 out of 10. Sales department 10 out of 10.

please please do not get your car from here, what they do is go buys the cars from auctions cheaper then the total of the car they sell….. example they pay 3,000 for a car and then you paying 14,000 from them. try to sell you a car, they know these cars dont work. so they work on it alittle just to make it go….. then after a month you have problems the miles are well over 150,000 miles……. the financial person told us this, they be nice until you sign your life away to the devil…… everytime we came up there people was leaving trying to get there car fix for a 2014 for 15,000 dollars…. you better of getting a cash car….. DONT BE STUPID THEY GET PEOPLE WHO ARE DESPERATE FOR A CAR AND THEY KNOW IT…… since you want to comment tell them how you don’t fix things after a 30 day warrant and still have to pay the car payment and you cant drive it… why 20 years because you know people need cars they have no credit dum dum people with credit will not step foot in place but tell how many people you screwed over the 20 years tell me how you get a car drive the street and the engine lock up, tell me why it look so dirty in the cars from the auction, tell why you selling cars thats over 150,000 miles and pay 600 a month and divide that every week….I WAIT…… down payment cheap but is it worth it for the headache you about to receive ….. no your own people told on you…. that seat behind you,you get cars from auction tell me i’m not lying…. oh since you want to respond are you the one that track people or the one that finesse people with your lies…. wrong is wrong and right is right….

I had the pleasure to work with Will and man that guy is amazing. Was very detailed and informative. I recommend anyone to get a car from Metcalf Auto!

I would not purchase a car from here, especially Salesman Mike. He is the rudest person ever met, thinks it is ok to call people when they are a few days late and scream at them. Life happens but treating people badly shows how aweful the company must be yo have hited such a person.

Buy here pay here…sometimes it good sometimes it’s not. I’m thankful I was able to get a car but I should have done more research on this place. I’ve only had my car 3 months now and have already had to replace the breaks and rotors and now I have to replace my battery. Yes I understand that a joy of having cars but I feel like Carlots are slacking.

I have put over 7,300$ into my car at this point. I have only missed one payment and still I’m met with hostility an answering service who doesn’t know how to do anything. They say they’re really “helpful” but at this point what help is your after hours answering service if they can’t do anything? You’re paying extra money for someone to sit there. Teach them to do something that helpful and useful to our clients or get rid of them. I also blew 2 tires this week and had to pay 400$ to replace. I had to replace the whole engine you guys gave me. I also had to replace struts wheel bearings and more. Basically rebuild the front end. And pay for a new AC discharge hose. I will never purchase a car from here again.

I had such a good experience when purchasing my Lincoln was the car I wanted the process was so fast and easy dealing BJ manager and Will they were Great I will hopefully purchase another car one day. Thanks Guys

They took such good care of me and could not have asked for anything better! Will and Jerry both were very kind to me in a very vulnerable time of my life. They honest, even provided the carfax without me even asking! Talk about transparent! I would send anyone here and look forward to working with them in the future as well! This place have been in business for years and I get it, they have shady business practices and have NO POSITIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, if you go to this company PLEASE understand that you're going to be treated good until money exchanges hands and then they'll treat you like the bottom of the barrel without any shame. Basically, save your time and money and go elsewhere. I beg of you to steer clear of METCALF AUTO

Been with the company atleast 6 years and my first vehicle’s transmission went out 5 months after having it . Still stayed Loyal and I had to pay a SIDE NOTE $1,500 biweekly payments and if I ever got behind they’d turn on my car alarm that screamed until payment was made Metcalf Auto plaza Does not care About any of their Customers livelihood, might I add I’ve never been more than 12 days late unless my car was stuck in their shop . All they care about is your money !! So I traded in that car earlier this year to them like a Fool and got a somewhat newer vehicle & was staying with a parent at the time when I did , down the timeline this year about August I move into my own duplex not super expensive but slightly below 1k for rent , Anyways . and I called FRANK today to see if I can just pay my Car payment ONCE a month during my 2nd biweekly period so I can have breathing room with my checks to survive and this man Told me My Car Is more important than having a Place to LIVE an even got an Attitude about it on the Phone while I was at work today , Metcalf auto plaza doesn’t care and they’ll sell you a Half running car and overcharge you and threaten to turn on a Loud ass Alarm that screams everytime you put your key in the Ignition!!

Great experience, they will work with you. I recommend asking for Will but everyone in here is great.

Would not recommend at all. You'd be better off walking then getting a car from them. The cars are junk, it's been nothing but a headache since the moment I signed that contract. Cannot wait to be done with this place, let's just hope I can keep the car running long enough to pay it off.

Will has always been a very good salesman. He is very patient when handling his customers. I always send people to him when applying for a vehicle. Keep up the good work Will your the best

Got helped by Chris and another woman it was fast he let me test drive multiple cars before I chose one helped me and my family a lot! Got me in a car same day pretty much saved my life ! ASK FOR CHRIS HES AMAZING!!!

This place has been a blessing for me and mines. I recently had a wreck and they helped me out and got me into a new car. Trinity helped me out very much when it came to the insurance part and I’m grateful! Mike has help me out a lot too and I’m grateful for the whole team up there!

When I say METCALF is a 10/10…I MEAN THAT! I’ve been rolling with these guys for 3+ years. Communication 10… Customer Service 10…My Vehicle has been RELIABLE 10..!!! With the major help from Trinity I was able to back rolling again…the Whole Team Was A GREAT HELP. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Don’t walk, Don’t Crawl…RUN to them NOW so you can be ROLLING Tomorrow

Will is the best car salesman I have ever met! I have gotten several cars from here, and each time, Will has made it painless and enjoyable. I not once felt pressured or like he was being shady. He went above and beyond to make sure I could drive away today. I almost left because I couldn't afford the insurance, Will literally ran out the door to stop my husband and I to tell us he's not done making sure we got a car. He worked something out for us and I was able to leave in my car after not having a vehicle for 9 months. Anybody looking for a car, please go to Metcalf Auto Plaza and specifically ask for Will. He had us laughing as if we were old friends.

If I could give zero stars I would. First let me say Ms Pam and Trinity are GREAT! always so cheerful and helpful! BUT if you can please RUN and don't look back. This places sells lemons, you get a car with them and within the first 6 months you're having MAJOR problems and I do mean MAJOR, and they're making you pay $2500 or more for these repairs when you just got the damn car. When you try to go get it fixed they make you wait 2-3 weeks just to get your car in(Andy and Dan have always been very helpful) or they'll tell you to go somewhere else to get your car fixed and they'll "defer" the payment, which they only can do that twice a year, which would would be great if the car didn't break down every month or every other month! The reps tell you one thing the shop tells you another so it's always a back and forth game. I'm paying $820 a month for a vehicle that gets me from point a to point b and BARELY that, which is absolutely insane. I have to pray everytime I get in my vehicle lmao, If you're in a bind or in desperate need of a car then sure as they don't make you put anything down, but if you have other options or can wait it out to go to a better car lot please do so. Don't get stuck dealing with this car lot. Also the insurance they offer you SUCKS!

Very nice people to work with. Made it super easy to get a new vehicle. No hassle or trying to force into a deal very laid back atmosphere. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs buy here pay here options.

BJ and will and Mrs Pam are my faves, and I will add Frank in there too because he has worked with me on numerous occasions and has made my life easy and it’s good to have a car place with friendly faces. The mechanics in the back are Awesone awesome awesome they will get you in quickly as possible and they do good work if they mess up they will fix it. Bj is the greatest he is a stand up guy and he is very respectful and he will hear you out if you not on BS. But he is great I have had 3 cars paid off from them and they find you what’s in your range for our bad credit this buy here pay here is awesome

I have never encountered such unprofessional sales representatives before. It feels like I was sold a defective car, as I've been experiencing issues since I purchased it. Since getting the car on November 30th of last year, I've had to visit the shop three times. This experience has left me very dissatisfied, and I have no intention of returning. As my first car, this has been the worst experience I've ever had, and I was unhappy with how I was treated.

Mr. Will worked with us great, they worked with our budget and got a car same day. I work in Emergency Veterinary Medicine and needed a car that was reliable for my hospital work shifts. Thanks for taking care of us.

The worst purchase of my life. I'm serious. think about it before you buy here. They will lie to you, everyone will lie to you. take it for AC review. They said it's perfect. Does not have cabin air filter.

My daughter absolutely loves her cute lil car. It's been a great lil car , she's keeping up on the maintenance to keep it in good shape too! Quick & easy process to purchase! Thanks Jerry & Will !
