I’ve been taking my cars here for probably 10 years. Service is always very fast, and I have never been pressured into buying or fixing something that wasn’t needed. They have also done things like patch a tire for free, or suggest I hold off on work I had asked about to save me some money.
Customer service could be improved. Bob speaks very quickly and often does not leave much opportunity for conversation. He came across as irritated when I requested certain items, despite my polite approach. When I asked for a diagnostic sheet, he seemed frustrated and stated that the code was all I needed. While that may be the case, the explanation could have been communicated better. This may simply be his communication style, but it felt off-putting. The work on my car was satisfactory; however, for future service, I would likely choose a shop with stronger customer service.
The guys went through my engine, diagnosed my issue and fixed it perfectly informing me every step of the way. They didn’t try to upsell me or do anything weird. They have earned my trust and my family and I will be coming back for any future maintenance and repairs. Great shop.
1-19-26 walked in for service wheel alignment that was completed successfully in less than an hour. Would recommend this shop for alignment if your auto steering pulls to the left or right. This will save uneven tire wear.
Great shop! If you’re female, you’ve probably experienced the she doesn’t know anything about cars treatment. That won’t happen here. I trust what they tell me because they’ve never tried to recommend something our cars don’t need. The work is excellent and it really is a

I had a ‘check engine’ light came on, my husband took my Porsche to this shop for diagnostics. Kyle helped that warning sign to go away, he attended the car within a couple of minutes. The service was free, I will definitely take my car next time for any bigger problem in future.
Very nice, friendly service. I purchased 2 nee tires and had an alignment as well. They finished the work in 2 hrs as promised. They aren't pushy and don't try to sell you more than what you need. Very happy with these new tires. Will definitely be returning for new rear tires in the future.
I have trusted these folks for years. I’m thankful that I always get honest answers It’s so important to find a repair shop you can trust! I always receive a phone call for approval and work to be done in advance and have never had a surprise raise in the price
Awesome place, I took my mother in laws car here as it smelled inside and I suspected an exhaust leak. They looked at it same day and there was no exhaust leak. They didn't charge me for the diagnosis and that is so rare these days. Highly recommend this place.
Fist time using Oades and was very happy. A friend recommended them as we were looking for a new mechanic. Brought it in to the heat fixed and fuel sensor as well as checking everything else over. Got exactly what I wanted and when I picked the truck up and found that the heat had stopped working again, I called and they said to bring it back, within a few hours they got it working again with no extra charge for taking another look at it. Will definitely be coming back.
Staff was professional and personable. The price was great for the services provided. Wait time was less than anticipated. Definitely going back for my automotive needs!
Had my brakes checked for uneven breaking and also while there tire rotation and oil change. I really appreciate their honesty as they said I had 80% remaining on pads and front rotors were warped and needed to be removed (which I assumed was the problem). Very fair price. And had it all completed in 5 hours. Just an excellent experience. I highly recommend them.

This was my first time going to them. A friend recommended I check them out and they could not of been nicer. My car was taken care of efficiently explained to my properly and I appreciated how quickly things were handled. I would recommend for service.
Called them at 7:30 and was able to drop my vehicle off 15 min later while at work. Told them I needed it back by 2pm if possible and they had the job completed and my vehicle ready to be picked up before 1pm. All brakes and rotors were changed! Great timely job!
Great place to get your oil changed. Reasonable price. I was there for a maximum of 35 minutes. They have a nice lounge area where you can wait. Easy and painless!
These Guys are not only very talented at repairing your vehicle, they care about the people they interact with and I’m personally very grateful for their willingness to work with me when my vehicle was out of commission and needed a new engine, they helped store my vehicle while I was making arrangements and really bailed me out of a jam. I have known them for a long time and they are salt of the earth.

The team at Oades Brothers were quick to respond on the phone, efficient in the time it took to get a puncture in our tire fixed, very reasonably priced and friendly to interact with at pickup. Will definitely go back for any future assistance with tires.
I was having trouble figuring out a coolant system issue. I had replaced the water pump, the radiator, the hoses, and the thermostat when I replaced my engine. The car was still running hot, but I wasn't losing any coolant. I took it to Oades and they diagnosed the problem; the new thermostat was not fully opening up and the coolant was not circulating. They determined the cause of the issue for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them since they are honest people.
Just left Oades Brothers Goodyear and just overwhelmed with the service I received.
I brought my car in for new windshield wipers and the oil change and decide to go have breakfast across the street at IHOP and before we were even served our food, we received a phone call That the car was complete.
Upon arrival, service technician discussed what he did to the car and then we even met the owner who personally shook my hand and thanked us for coming. Now that's SERVICE and something you don't see these days. And the best of all, they are very reasonable in their prices.

I have no freaking clue how they do it!!!!!! They are incredibly efficient, polite, affordable and easy to do business with. I've taken my car to service in multiple countries, states and even within the city and I have never, not even once, been treated this good. Congrats to whoever owns this place.
Paid $300 cash and put the rest on a card. They refused to provide a receipt that showed they received $300 cash and the remainder on the card so they are paying the employees under the table. Service was as expected with reasonable pricing. Also, claimed that the car was tested for needing aligned and said it withing specifications so they didn't align it and didn't show any proof that it was tested. In fact, they had the spec sheet in their hands about to give it to me and quickly pulled it back and didn't give it to me. Car pulls to the right still.
Even though I arrived late in the day, I was able to receive prompt help and their price was less than any other shop I contacted. I was in, out, and down the road in short order. Would recommend to anyone. Great service, great price & a great experience.

Each estimate I got was missing tax, or other things needed to be done in my car.
