My daughter got into a minor fender bender and the team at Andy Mohr couldn’t have been more helpful, professional providing a seamless experience fixing our Jeep.

Andy Mohr Collison center took care of my vehicle and made obtaining a rental very easy.

The collision center did not work well with me during this time. They forgot to evaluate the second accident to the same vehicle. They sent estimates to the insurance without talking to me first so that I could let them know what the threshold would be at 70% and that I would pay any different so we did not go above that escalation since the car was purchased by me just a couple a month prior to repair. I lost the car that was hit by a commercial trucking company. Literally the same day that I bought it and the car sat with the collision center for 4 months! I am a very dissatisfied and annoyed customer that would never recommend this place to anyone! How can damage to the rear driver's side cost $22,000!?! Please help me understand.

I recently visited this collision center after a car accident at one of the worst times in my life, I was treated with nothing but kindness and empathy and put my faith in Brian & Lindsey, and came out on top with great service, amazing customer service, and my car feels like new again and I will always come here if needed because I know they will do their best to do right by me.

It was incredibly fast and efficient. My car sunroof drains were clogged up and the day before I had 2 inches of standing water in my cab. I called them up the next day and 10 mins later I was there with an immediate response, they took my car back and it took about 5 mins for them to blow it out and fix the draining problem! All in all 20 minutes and the best part? IT WAS FREE. All the pain of looking up random diy things on YouTube just to know that the solution is one call away. Thank you Andy Moore Collision for the easy and lifesaving fix!!!

Andy Mohr collision center is top notch. I went in and showed them my insurance paperwork and they got my car scheduled for repairs 2 days after dropping off the insurance paperwork. After they dealt with my insurance I had my car back in a week and a half. When I got it back it looked brand new and the inside had been cleaned and they made my car smell brand new also. I was extremely impressed. Definitely recommend them. Great staff they are very nice and pleasant to talk to as well. If you have any questions they are always happy to help.

Honestly, even one star feels generous. Terrible communication. I first contacted them through their official website to get an estimate. No response for over a week. After sending a follow-up, still nothing—so I called. The person on the phone sounded annoyed and told me to “just email us,” clearly not concerned that their official website’s form wasn’t working. I emailed anyway—again, no reply for another week. Out of options, I visited the shop in person. The technician I spoke with was polite, but never acknowledged the lack of response to my emails. I got an estimate on the spot, and they said they’d follow up once they heard back from my insurance company. It’s now been another week—still no word. I sent a reminder email. Still nothing. Extremely frustrating experience. Communication is nonexistent, and follow-through is worse. Would not recommend.

I am 58 years old. I’ve had the hassle of buying cars in the past. I used to enjoy it saying I had a toy with my food or I could toy with my food and I can make car buying last an eight hour process. When I went in there and told them that I wanted a no BS Experience I received a no BS experience. instead of toying with my food I wanted to take them out to dinner

I was involved in a collision with my brand new Subaru Outback and brought it in to Andy Mohr after seeing all of the great reviews as well as its status as a certified Subaru body shop. As a student this was my first time dealing with a situation like this on my own and the staff here could not have been more helpful and accommodating. They were communicative, understanding, and even managed to get my initial estimate lowered a little bit as we dealt with a messy insurance situation as well. They did great work on my car, you can’t even tell that it had been involved in an accident, and it was done about a month quicker than I had expected. Hope I won’t have to use them again but if anything happens I’ll be sure to bring the car right back to Andy Mohr.

My son brought my car in as he was in Bloomington in college. They totally took advantage of the situation and held the car hostage for 2 weeks until i could get it towed. They told me they could not get parts. 3 other shops where able to get parts within 24 hours. They took the car apart, then said they could not get the parts. Bringing to Andy Mohr cost me $2,000 out of pocket to just get the car off the lot. Stay away.

Very professional with great communication with me during the process, and the vehicle seemed like it was detailed inside and out when it was returned to me, which was excellent to see! They're tesla certified, and my tesla was a lease with bad hail damage. They fixed everything to perfection

I just had my vehicle repaired at Andy Mohr Collision Center after I hit a deer. My insurance carrier kept going back and forth with them delaying repairs to the point that my vehicle had been there for 30 days and my rental car coverage was expiring and they wouldn't extend it (thanks insurance). Morgan with Andy Mohr saved my week when she got a loaner vehicle for me, free of charge, until my car was ready a few days later! Not only did they do that, the didn't pass on to me the expenses my insurance carrier wouldn't pay them for - I only paid my deductible! I know exactly where I'm going when it's time to buy a new vehicle or if I need repairs done! Good, honest people!! I spoke with Morgan often, as in daily some times, and she was always so nice and said she would take care of it. She absolutely did!

Service here was fantastic. Hannah was so sweet and she was super helpful with the updates. She definitely made our time here very easy and I highly recommend for everybody else to come here as well. I really like that Andy Mohr Collision prefers to use genuine parts and that the service manager, Diandra kept me informed about everything going on with my vehicle. I was very pleased with the way my vehicle looked after being repaired, it looked brand new and they even had it washed for pickup. The seat and steering wheel wrapped in plastic and the floor was covered so I felt like they took pride in their work and took extra special care to keep the vehicles clean during the repair process. I also appreciated that Enterprise was on site to make renting and returning a rental car super easy. I 100% will utilize Andy Mohr Collision in the future if I need to and I will tell anyone that needs repair services that they will not be disappointed in Andy Mohr Collision. Thank you for taking the pretty awful experience of my accident and making it not so awful to deal with.
