They have a weird deal with the apartment complexes college kids live in. Over two hundred dollars to get my car back. The “people” that work there are so rude as if they aren’t the ones over charging.

Absolute idiots! HALLOWEEN NIGHT IN A VISITOR SPOT. They say they’re closed and then tow my car!! These people have no care for you or your car. The rudest people I have ever met in my life!! If you go there you’re going to regret everything. DO NOT GO HERE

They are like the US marines when it comes to towing, they leave no car left behind.

Bottom tier company. Said 10:30 then nobody was here until 11:30. Had to wait over 2 hours .

I Would 100% recommend this company for any vehicle maintenance and they have an amazing towing service as well! Business is family owned and has very professional and skilled employees. Definitely the most honest shop I’ve been to!

Horrible scummy company. They prey on college kids and can’t WAIT to take their money. Everyone I have spoken to inside has been extremely rude, no care in the world for anything other than their money. Cars are left extremely close together, making it nearly impossible to get out. They overcharge by a lot for tows. Tow drivers are careless and don’t seem to have a care in the world about the car they are towing. Multiple visible scratches, cracks, and bends underneath my car after being towed. Never EVER go here.

I brought my car in to have Chandler's do a maintenance check (having received a scary and expensive report from a chain auto shop in town that just didn't make sense to me). My car got a prompt and thorough once-over for the particular issues I was concerned about. The results were reassuring; the car did NOT have the issues the other shop had scared me with; and -- I was not charged for the maintenance check. Thank goodness for this local business that cares about its customers!

They charged me $400 for a tow plus miscellaneous fees I never asked for. I was originally told that the tow was $150 then it changed to $200 over the course of multiple phone calls. Sheriff called them to tow my car. %100 would never use this company simply be

Place legit sucks! Parked outside of an apartment complex with my hazards on to run inside to grab something and got towed within 5 minutes. I ask them what was I doing wrong and they said it was a fire hazard when I was blocking no entrances and parked as far to the side as I could’ve. While I was parked there were two other vehicles with their hazards on parked by me.

Preys on college students. Proceeds to then viciously overcharge. After reading through their reviews it's even more obvious. I would also recommend reading other reviews about their awful customer service and terrible work they do that they also overcharge for. I was parked on the side of the street at State apartments with my hazards for no more than 5 minutes, I come outside carrying my bags and watch my car get towed. They did this 20 minutes before they close and I barely made it in time to get my car back where they proceeded to charge me $160 for a 3 minute drive that was picked up almost immediately. Mind you this is right before Christmas break and the holidays aswell. The man and woman there then proceed to tell me that we are never allowed to park with our hazards on to drop things off and that I should've stayed with my car and I guess maybe sent my ghost to go pick things up? Completely insane and obviously preying on college students who are already paying for school and other over priced parking passes and etc. Scammers.

Our family has been taking all our vehicles to Cody for years and would recommend him to anyone. He always gives options and explanations and gets you out with the repairs that are best suited for you.

I had to park somewhere to get something which probably took only 20 minutes and my car was gone. They had just closed so I called and they said they didn’t have my car so now I was freaking out. I walk there anyway considering it’s a 15 minute walk. I get there and my car is there. I call again seeing if I can get my car since they had closed around 5 and it was like 5:30. They continued to say they didn’t have my car when I was looking right at it. The lady finally got someone to help us. That process was fine until he told me it was going to be $190. They took my car that was 3 minutes away from them and towed it and it probably sat in their lot for 20 minutes. There has been a time I was charged $100 Roa for a 30 minute drive and back. They probably scraped those $200 off me for a half hour of work total. They overcharge college students like I don’t have a million other things going on in my life and a $200 tow bill to top it off.

This towing company is a complete scam. My experience: I left my car parked at my friends apartment on April 26, 2023. The next morning April 27, 2023 their was a notice to move my vehicle or it would be towed. The notice states I had til May 27, 2023. I immediately called another company to have it picked up and transported. By the time they arrived my car was gone! they falsely claimed my tow notice was on my car for weeks and took it even though the notice date was May 27, 2023. Their unprofessional and rude behavior towards my representative during the retrieval of my car only adds insult to injury."

My vehicle seemed to be having electrical problems I couldn’t figure out the problem. I had 2 different people look at it and couldn’t pin point the problem. Someone recommended taking my vehicle here so I did. Told the owner what car I had and problems I had and he knew exactly what it was before evening looking at it. Needless to say good mechanics are hard to find and I will be bringing my car back if I have anymore problems.

My experience with them was positive. Good customer service, fair price. My daughter's car needed work and she as a college student and me being an out of town parent, they handled things very well. Thanks!

This company is a complete scam. I was parked right in front of my apartment (WITH A PARKING PASS) when my car alarm started going off at 6 am. When I called to inform them that I DID have a parking pass and they wrongfully towed my car, Ashley was incredibly rude and spoke to me like I was a child. After four hours of trying to get my car back (without having to pay the $160 requested), my landlord finally convinced them to give me my car back. I received no apology upon my arrival. This company is by far the most unprofessional and disrespectful of all the towing companies. Considering I had a parking pass and was still told to come pick up my car and bring $160? SCAM. I hope Ashley sees this and takes it to heart. Your lack of kindness is disgusting.

Towed my car in the middle of the night, fair enough i parked somewhere i knew risked that, however bad review for service and price. Showed up late for their own opening and charged $160 for a tow less than a mile. If they are overcharging for that I wonder what else they are overcharging for?

Very trust worthy. We were looking for help trying salvage the vehicle, they were completely honest with us. It wasn't a good idea to waste our time on the repairs because the car wasn't worth the money. Goods mechanics want to you coming back. I appreciate amazing guys like these gentlemen!

After unknowingly parking in a tow away zone, Chandler towed my Corvette; completely my fault. Alex at Chandler was completely professional as I paid the bill. I also watched others come in for their towed vehicles while we were there. Alex really does a great job diffusing frustration from car owners who also parked in tow away zones. Alex went out of his way to help me out and I greatly appreciate it. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate using Chandler for my car repairs.

They always go above and beyond to make sure they give you the beat possible service, and your safety and satisfaction are legit their top priority. The mechanic even fixed a few things for free that I had no clue about, all because he didn't want my car leaving him being less safe than it could be.

I have been going to Chandler's Garage for decades and recommend the repair facility to all my friends, who also use their services. They just did a brake job on my Volvo, and it is great. No noises, smooth stopping. Perfect. Chandler's has done many repairs on my different cars and are always honest, thorough, fairly priced and often 2give me tips on avoiding future problems. Great 5 star garage.

Not sure about the claims of them being cocky. They were exceptionally nice toward us. The owner seemed very knowledgeable about the issues we experiencing. A tow guy that was towing our car back home from the dealership suggested that he drop the car off at Chandler's and said they won't try anything unfair. They were right. We were referred to them by several people in town and they didn't disappoint. Highly recommended.

I have taken my cars to Chandler's Automotive for about 20 years now. They have always treated my cars like their own, using their expertise to keep them both performing and lasting. If you desire great service at a fair price, Chandler Automotive is your place. Excellent automotive shop. Highly recommend.

Very friendly, informative, and extremely honest people to do business with. I have taken my vehicles there on probably a half dozen occasions and referred them to my wife and friends. I was also referred to them by a friend who complimented their honesty and transparency. They know their stuff and have always made things right for me! I'll be back to do business again.
