National Salvage will not pay bills or even respond. As a supplier, highly suggest not providing them with any product or service. If you are a customer, please do not support the company.

DO NOT HAUL FOR THIS COMPANY. WE ARE OWED OVER 25K AND STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED PAYMENT FOR INVOICES SINCE JULY OF 2024. WAS TOLD THE PRESIDENT WAS TAKING OVER PAYMENTS, BUT CAN'T GET A RESPONSE FROM THEM.

Have some open invoices over a year old and can not get anyone to reply to address why they still have not paid these past due accounts. Be aware before you do business with this company.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. AVOID doing any business with this company. They've been owing me thousands $$$$ for over 6 months and refuse to pay.

Avoid doing business with this company. They do not pay their bills. They make promises to pay and do not follow through. Difficult to talk to anyone at National Salvage that has any authority or takes any responsibility to pay what they owe.

National Salvage and Services is 'out of cash and unable to process invoices on-time' -- Do not work with this Company as a transportation provider (broker or owner-operator) if you expect payment within 45 days. Current average days to pay is over 120 days for National Salvage. Chainlink Solutions has been paid in full.

Do not haul for this company. I hauled a load in July of 2025 and am still awaiting payment. I was told by their HR department that they just don't have any money to pay me with, but they are posting and moving loads every day.

DO NOT HAUL FOR THEM!!!! They will not pay you and they will not answer emails or voicemails. I wish Menards, Lowe's, Home Depots and the companies they do business with found out what they are doing to all the trucking companies that haul for them.

Update 11/24/24 - invoices are over a year old now. Turned over to collections and have been getting tiny payments now. Still owed over $16k. “Cash flow issues” is reason. I am a broker and currently have invoices 132-122 days for over $20k not paid from October and November. I've asked repeatedly and keep being told "all vendors will be paid" but have only seen one check for one load out of 11 loads. Hauler beware!

Do not work with them, they are not acting in good faith. They say they intend to pay but don't. They owe us on a load from May 2023 and October 2023. Will update if they pay.

This company does not pay their bills, not sure how they stay in business. I have a bill from October of 2023 that is still not paid. Do not do business with them

Do not haul for this company - they owe us money for loads we hauled in January 2024. When we called they said they do not have any money and we might get paid by the end of the year!

Currently have invoices from August that have not been paid. Update: All invoices have been paid.

Don't haul freight for this company unless you want to give money away. They will not pay you. I've heard just about every excuse in the book and they just keep repeating they're short of cashflow and how they need 2-3 more months to pay. We have nearly $17,000 in overdue invoices. STAY AWAY!

We have over $15,000 of past due invoices out to them and can't even get a payment date. Some invoices are over 120 days old update: all invoices have been paid finally!
