Business opens at 0700 hrs. and you call them to listen what do you need as you called 3 times?? Oviously I need service and if you have issues picking up calls during business hours or dont want to PU calls early then either change the times or keep someone else to answer calls... no need for attitude early in the morning.. if this is the attiude before the service then not sure what kind of service they actually provide... would try some one else with better attitude and etiquettes.. When the business is new they all give great service for reviews... but the real reviews are the more recent ones where the actual situation reflects..
Prompt, punctual, and professional service! I needed a tow after my starter died in the parking lot at work, and they got there within two hours from call-to-arrival. Price to get my car to the nearby mechanic was about $90, which is a bit less than I expected. Jerry was friendly and professional and offered to go above and beyond by trying to jump the car first.
Called at 1219 today to get my new Dodge Hornet towed back to dealership. Said they’d let me know when en route. Four hours later I call and the first thing I’m asked to do is repeat myself. My response was never mind. Another service came out within 20 mins of my call.
Car died on the way home from work, stuck at gas station. These guys responded promptly, towed car to dealer and dropped off the key with service dept. I'm very grateful for their friendly, professional service. Highly recommended.

Service was quick, friendly, and affordable. I'm not one to normally leave reviews but the guy I dealt with from booking to drop off was a class act and I'll be referring this company to anyone else unfortunate enough to need a tow.
Fast reliable service! I was broke down in my work truck (requiring a flat bed), during rush hour and 3 DIFFERENT tow companies quoted me 3-6 hours on a Friday evening rush hour tow. I called Beechgrove Towing and they were there in less than 30 min. With a $75 flat fee! The driver was very professional and willing to help in any way possible. I wont be using any other tow company from now on except BEECHGROVE TOWING!
Arrived within 30 minutes with 75 dollar flat rate. We're courteous and professional. I would recommend this business for anyone who needs towing. They are great!
