I’ve been there twice and the lady cashier (with brown hair) has to be the rudest cashier on earth. Seems highly unhappy. Very uncomfortable asking her any questions.

Pallets workers can be harsh sometimes ! But overall it’s not the store is not so bad . The prices are pretty good and my mom and I have bought hundreds of things here ! Overall it’s not the best liquidator store but it’s still good ‼️?

Very unprofessional and products are scam like they do not check inventory and do not care what they sell you even if it’s junk in a box. I would urge you not to shop there. So I go in yesterday and find a juicer that appears to be brand new, just at a bargain store. No notices on the box of missing parts or damage or anything. I go home that night to find out it’s not only rusted and nasty, cracked down the middle, but also the two glasses that are pictured on the front of the display box were not included (wish I would’ve took pictures. gross). So the next day I go back, to get my refund. The same red haired, mid Bob, karen styled- lady, that checked me out ended up doing the refund. I walked out the store, thinking I got a full refund. I came back in to ask about it. They failed to tell you that the ‘processing credit card service fee’ is nonrefundable so instead of getting reimbursed 71.04, which is what i was initially charged—- I get refunded 69.55. There was no m service that ended up being done, being that it got returned! So I get ripped off for a product I presumed was in new condition, waste my time & gas driving back, & I don’t even get a full refund??? She had a very careless attitude was very disingenuous when asked about it. she actually started walking away as I was talking to her like she was so busy with 3 customers walking around ? And then on top of that she took the receipt back. It doesn’t even say on the receipt that the credit card service fee is nonrefundable!!!!! Deceitful. You should at least let people know that. Beware- High likelihood that if you buy something it will not work and they are hoping that you do not look at the product within 48 hours so they do not have to refund it. I’ll never be in there again, or anyone else i know. Scam artists.

I went in to the store the workers there are very unprofessional and very rude and hateful . I purchased some AirPod max that doesn’t even work and they wanna so no refunds so I’m gonna call the better business bureau immediately.

Ohmygod. That lady cashier was SOOO rude! Even the other patrons were like, wow! It was my first time there. I’d never been to a store like that so SORRY I had a question. I’m sorry you hate your job, that’s not my fault. Go work somewhere else & stop taking it out on the customer.

We were in the area and stopped in here to see what it was all about. They had tons of inventory purchased by pallet loads. Lots of boxes filled with clothing for only $1 each. Lots of Amazon and Target and other big box store returns. If you’re wanting to find something you’ve seen at Target etc., stop here first and see if they have it at half the price.

Awful experience. Pallets are most definitely sorted through and the top dollar intact items kept for their own shop. And the rewarded with returns/broken items. In which you can’t do much with other than throw right in the trash. Also charge 800 for a pallet that the place right around the corner charges 599 for so right off the top they buy from there and uncharged 200 after already going through them and you buy junk with most a resale value of maybe 200-300 so you just donated 500-600 to them. Not a happy camper, bad decision and definitely will never be back wasting not only my time but a hell of a lot of money for nothing but mostly junk!!!

Never buy a pallet from this place, all boxes are missing part not even a complete iteam in a full pallet paid 750 + tax and I got item worth 100

I visited for the first time the people were amazing I looked at all the merchandise and decided to get a pallet of merchandise to my surprise it was all worth it I can say they have something for everyone really pleasant experience i will be coming back very soon thank you guys for making my visit worth it

Great People and Friendly Staff. Had a lot of items..Even found a Star Trek Discovery Ship :) Really made our Christmas with their Generosity. Thank You..

The pallets already been through before they put on the floor so the good stuff is marked 100 bucks for Ring security camera that's 2yrs old only deal your getting in a 10 Dollard air mattress everything else is high when it suppose to be a bargain I'm not sorry your better off getting insurance on product for retail stores

Possibly some deals to be found here but a lot is priced too close to new. If that's the case best to buy it where I will have a warranty. Found some microfiber towels that weren't bad. Electronics I bought were defective though. No recourse.

If I could give zero stars I would! We are here visiting not local. They want to charge two and four dollars for stuff marked $.50 from the store. When I asked how much it was she said they were two for four dollars… LOL very rude when I told her I wasn’t paying four dollars for a $.50 lip liners she demanded that I take them back to where I found them. Don’t waste your time. Most stuff was open parts missing. Not a place I would recommend or ever revisit!!!

This place used to be awesome, but when we came in and found the food area covered in mouse droppings and other liquids, we were done. I respect that the products are returns, but allowing rodents to run rampant next to food that could be consumed by my child is unacceptable.

The old lady with the black damaged hair and oranger then the 1st willy wonka Oompa Loompa’s tried to come for my children! Oh no I do not play that. So, when I walked in she scurried to the back. (Hoping she was going to find a new fit bit! Ha wishful thinking) She had a very bad attitude for no reason! I didn’t pick your profession. Then when I spoke to the manager he was just as disrespectful. (Someone hold my poodle!) Loved going to this place but I will probably never return

I absolutely love going to the pallet store! I always find great deals on items there. The staff are super cool people that are always willing to help! I leave there happy Everytime I go!!

Used to be you could at least test a item before you left. Now can’t open, can’t test, no refunds, guess its potpourri. Also they say all merchandise is new LMAO. All this is store returns. Unused to buy pallets. There new definition of new is if it’s taped up it’s new. So like throwing money away. Do not buy there. Lady with dark hair and the tanning bed tan is rude at best and the guy wearing the backwards baseball hat is a idiot. Oh BTW. They pick they the pallets they sell to customers. So they get the best items out and put in cheaper items.

Worst customer service ever I stood in line and watched the cashier make a drink instead of coming over and cash me out then the gentlemen on the other side who is helping another customer had a question interrupted her while she was making her drink and instead of her coming to cash me out she went over there to cash those people out.... I walked out...... Don't waste your time they are overprice in the worst customer service ever and instead of the other guy coming to cash me out he stands in front on his cell phone on a personal call talking about how he did a wire transfer.... after reading other comments it was the dark hair lady with the fake tan.... FYI your over bake.........

Older dark haired woman is very rude and unhappy. She was always rude to us, and very aggressive and acted like she had a problem helping us anytime there was a price glitch. It was just ridiculous the last time we were there. She was nasty towards the younger new male employee, and very aggressive towards us and kept a frown with her lips pursed. I walked out on her and left $90 worth of stuff sitting there that I was going to buy. I was a regular there since I moved here to Jeff but I haven't been back since then, since this past summer. Idk if she is still there but it's just been terrible customer service

My aunt has been bringing me stuff as surprise gifts for the last year. She finally told me she only pays $5-$3 each for most of it !! Theyre all usually worth at least $25 so I begged her take me here. Lol I got a $42 straightener for $5. It was so much fun, but I think I might have messed up my gifts from her ?? We will be back soon!! Thank you.

I’ve completed furnished my new Airbnb from this store. Everything from an Apple TV to the trash cans. Read the signs and follow the rules, you will love it like I do.

Don't buy the $5 stuff they have for sale NOT WORTH IT! Trust me I went back in right after To swap out wireless headphones because I noticed something messed up on them didn't even put them on yet and he said sorry can't everything $5 are sold as is....they check stuff before they mark them down $5 and put them in a spot by their self....So pissed...Dont buy from them All stuff are from Amazon and probably don't work.........

Really strange place, but the customer service is 4.5 stars. They really seem to be good people who care about their store and doing a good job. Prices can be wonky but you can find the occasional gem. Everything is marked at retail price but it's all 50% off that.

We had a great experience we bought several item and a pallet all items exceeded our expectations and the staff was very very friendly I would recommend them and I will be returning:)

These people stocked up on Muhammad Ali memorial tickets and used them to get people to their shop. (giving them away) Pretty disgusting. Not sure how they run their business, but one can presume it's in the shadiest way possible based on their craigslist ad.

Great people and good deals. good merchandise. I got burned on 2 pallets but it was my fault I was new to the game and picked the wrong product to try to resell.. They are always willing to cut the price and meet you on a price we both agree on. Look forward to more deals in the future from them. Cheaper than American Pallet..

I have bought 6 pallets here and will be back to get more. All the friendly, smiling and helpful staff are awesome to work with. Can't wait to keep getting more awesome pallets that are untouched unless people are going threw them to see what is in them. I can understand that but we are all curious and it's ok to see what you are getting. Be back soon to see you guys again.
