Dutch is one of the best I've ever experienced, including surrounding cities and even 25 years of living in LA with vintage Mercedes. Totally honest, reasonable prices, and extremely knowledgeable. Would HIGHLY recommend.

After sending my car to German Tech in Louisville for about a year and a half I got the recommendation to come to River city imports to fix my 1991 Mercedes. Dutch and the rest of the River City team did a fantastic job on the Benz, and the service was outstanding! Should have been coming here from day 1!

I really liked it here. Debated on whether to make the drive to East Louisville Mercedes Benz Dealer or stay local. Heard great things about this place and I wasn’t disappointed. Best place in the area for Mercedes repairs. Jamie and Dutch are the most knowledgeable Mercedes mechanics in the region. With decades of expertise and experience, I would not trust my Benz with anyone else.

I recently purchased a Mercedes E350 and the dealer recommended Dutch for any service. I naturally wanted to get an oil change and anything else that might be needed. Dutch took me on a tour of my car and pointed out what it needed (not very much) and the time frame I should be looking at. Long story short, my car will never go anywhere else as long as Dutch is in business. My thanks for great service.

Amazing service from Dutch and his crew as always ! My family has been going to him for years and every time I leave from a service I borderline feel obligated I should be paying him more! I have been a customer of River City Imports for 8 years. I heard about Dutch from a friend. I had a CLK 320 convertible with a problem and took it there. You will never find a more polite or more knowledgeable mechanic. Prior to meeting Dutch I was terrified of a problem "because Mercedes cost so much to work on". I now own 4 Mercedes and while they rarely break, I am confident when they do, that I will receive honest and efficient service. I picked up a car from him today and mentioned I would never own a Mercedes if he was not available as my mechanic. I trust Dutch completely and that is not easily achieved with me. I absolutely recommend this man.

Went to get oil topped off not expecting owner to come out and do it for me and not charge a dime. Just a great place and great people!

I have been taking my car to River City Imports for well over 10 years. Dutch is the best. I wouldn't take it any place else.

I actually only called River City imports to inquire about a car that we were picking up to repair. However, the guy that answered the phone was very nice and super helpful. We set in the parking lot and waited for a wrecker to pick up the car. The business was actually closed.

These guys are the best! We never tske our Mercedes anywhere else. Always fixed right the first time, which is important to us. And they are very reasonable.

The man does a great job on fixing the cars but it's a special dealership for Mercedes so all he works on his Mercedes but he's very awesome very down to Earth gives you really good prices affordable and he has a junkyard in the back where if you're looking for junk parts if he has them he gets them or he'll get you new parts as well

Dropped off My 97 S600 V12 , Dutch took very good care of My Vehicle . Any Future work will be also performed here as well .

Here is the “skinny”, I have been going to this shop since 2005... No matter where I am in this country.. I always call on “Dutch and his fine staff, for always exper, honest and trustworthy knowledge and repair of all of my MERCEDES. I have the utmost trust in “ Dutch” and “River City Imports”..... I could literally continue writing about the outstanding service received over the years, but I’m not going to do that. Instead I’m going to end with this simple concept. This world still has strong men and women. Right here in America. Pride, knowledge, integrity, honesty and all that use to be much more in our culture. By far “River City Imports” is as good as it gets, for any and all of your import repair needs..... **Think of this** We need more people like Dutch and his staff, in this world. I have done business with Dutch & RCI for many years with two different Mercedes. His honesty and method of doing business is just not around everywhere. I recently took my car in to RCI to have it checked out bc it was not shifting properly. I didn t have an appt but Dutch said he would hook it up to the computer and check it out, I only had to wait about 15 minutes. He came back and told me he had reset the shifter and it should be fine but that it would probably do it again later, He also told me that I would probably need to take it to the dealer to get it fully checked out and fixed for good. The best part he didnt even charge me anything! I will definetly take my car back if I have any other issues.
