This was a great experience. I didn’t have much to throw away, but get it off my carport and in their trailer they did real quickly! THEN the helper pulled out a push broom. I tried to tell him he didn’t have to do that. But he swept that area. Excellent! First rate! Outstanding! You should call them.

502 Junk. Dept provides excellent service. They are friendly, accommodating and professional. My only suggestion is that they invest in those elastic booties to go over their shoes so on rainy days they don't track dirt into the house. I will certainly use them again.

We recently started purging and reorganizing our basement to more effectively utilize the space for games for our grandkids. We had a couple of bookcases, and an extremely heavy old lathe that we needed to get rid of to free up the needed space. We called Hunter Rowe at 502 Junk Dept to remove the items for us. Hunter and Raphael texted us as they were on there way at the appointed time, and removed all three items in a a short time with no issues or problems. They were professional, very friendly, and made this this a a quick and easy process. We highly recommend them for any demolition or junk removal jobs you need. We will be using them again in the future as needed. Overall just an excellent experience.

I often use standard dumpster rental for my removal of remodel debris. I called 502 Junk Dept to price a dumpster and spoke to Hunter. He informed me that the dont offer standard dumpsters but have a service that will come by, load all my debris and haul it to a landfill. Hunter has great communication with scheduling and was spot on time for the pick up. He was in and out very quick and did a wonderful clean-up. If your using dumpster rentals give Hunter at 502 Junk Dept an opportunity to earn your business, you won't regret it.

I called Hunter on Christmas Eve after multiple calls to the waste department with them telling me they should pick up my extra carpet/flooring and them failing to do so. He came that same day by 5 pm. He was quick, friendly, and did a great cleanup job. He was also more reasonably priced than the other local companies I got quotes from. Definitely recommend!

Hunter and his crew were the best I had ever seen. I had multiple very large items that other companies would not even pick up one of the items and they took it fairly easily and had to go down steps didn't complain once they were awesome. And probably after losing 20 lb sweating with all the items I had that were heavy and taken apart a huge pool table included He still said is there anything else we can do for you willing and ready you know they were so I will definitely be using them again and told them I would get them clients also. Before he even left our home the next door neighbor came over and said do you mind looking at some stools bar stools to take or whatever it was and he was willing to walk over to his house and go get those too. Work ethic, to the max.

So just had a new blacktop driveway put in for our garage. Prep work involved removing fencing and fence posts. Some of those posts were in 18-24 inches of concrete which had to be disposed of. Along with that is the other general detritus you get from having that work done. It all had to be hauled away. Contacted 502 Junk Department about having them quote me on it. Not a ‘big’ job (but certainly more than I could do) which for many removal companies is something they don’t want to deal with. Hunter was interested from first phone conversation. They were in the area, and were at the work location in 15 minutes. I showed him what I needed taken way and it was no problem for them to do it right then. 20 minutes later all that junk was gone. And, They Cleaned Up After Themselves. The price was fair for amount of the junk and they did it right then, no waiting for a day or two.
