They work until 12:00, but I arrived at 11:45 and they told me they were already closed. Very irresponsible and rude staff???

$2,500 PART STOLEN FROM MY TRUCK WHILE IN THEIR POSSESSION AND THEY TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY. BEWARE OF THIS AUCTION.

Do not buy cars from these guys. If you are shipping through central dispatch they are no help. Sold me a 2022 F250 powerstroke with def in the fuel system. Would not honor arbitration. Unless you want junk do not buy from these guys.

Called there to speak to transportation manager said he wasn't there spoke to his assistant this guy was rude condescending and should be fired for his attitude

A little difficulty finding the vehicle. Was not in spot listed on my pass. Staff was friendly and helpful, esp the lady at the gate.

**ANOTHER EDIT** even though the listing on OVE had "title present", it was not, and I tried to arbitrate and they said tough you have to wait 30 days. I quoted word for word NAAA policy stating if title isn't in possession of selling dealer they have to announce. This vehicle had only a Cert of origin, so it should have been announced title unavailable. Oh BTW they do not reimburse any transportation fees so I'm out those as well. They offered a partial refund that barely scratched the amount of money I've lost. Reid worked his tail off, but Paul the GM made the call to screw the buyer and protect seller. Do not go through them with super high buy fees. **EDIT** - After some complaining. Reed gave me a call quickly and settled everything quickly to expedite the process. very happy with how he handled it. Raised up the stars for that. Buying through OVE/Manheim. They're the administrators. No online payment method available, and no one is there on Saturday. Call first thing Monday and the entire OVE team is in meetings and told I'll get a call back sometime today. Definitely not happy with this as their auction fees are some of the highest around. Sherri was very friendly as the main desk person, but she couldn't help me out.

This was my first time at this auction lot. I'm a driver for a dealership and everyone was friendly and helpful. I hope our dealership will do more business with them. The vehicles were great and where they were supposed to be ( no walking around aimlessly, saving me time. It was worth the drive). A+

Very clean and well run auction. The ladies that "run the place" are very helpful and friendly to me as a dealer. I highly recommend Clark County Auto Auction. If there is a fault, it's the high buyer's fees.

Cars don’t seem to be great quality. The bad review is because I’ve personally been to many auctions and this one is outrageous with the sale fees! They charged me a $425 sale fee on a $5,900 truck and a $385 on a $4,800 car. Seems a little extreme. The highest I’ve ever seen. Prices are very high and the fees make it much worse.

I’m feeling salty my vehicle was repoed. It was a long drive for me to pick it up. Honestly they folks were kind and helped me get on my way safely.

Be prepared to wait a long time for your titles. The typical waiting time seems to be at least 30+ days. There is absolutely no sense of urgency here to provide titles to buyers. Also, be prepared to deal with undisclosed damage and issues with vehicles. The focus here seems to be on protecting the sellers. Buyers can go pound sand. Good luck if you have a valid arbitration issue, or any other issue. They won't take care of you. There are many other auctions you can deal with that are interested in providing fair service to their dealer customers - buyers and sellers. It is clear that the priority at this establishment is not superior service. They don't communicate well and drop the ball often. You have to follow up and follow up and follow up. The priority here seems to be portraying an image of prosperity and success, with the big, shiny new building. Many of the good reviews are for the food at the on-site restaurant, or by transportation companies who move the vehicles, or by the general public who could previously buy here, but apparently cannot any longer, and for whom going to the auction is an infrequent novelty and a fun day out. Most of the bad reviews are by dealers who make a living for themselves and their employees and families by turning their capital as quickly as possible - which is obviously hindered by waiting for titles and dealing with undisclosed mechanical and other issues.

Truly wish I could zero starts. Bought online, CR was way off. Paid for a post sale. Transmission hard shift and motor is noisy on start ( 2018 ford Raptor) and these issues were obvious . Took over 30 days to get them to arb for the motor noise on start up and they cut me a check for half of the cost, I had to fight them tooth and nail to get this done. Communication was terrible and I had to call so much to never get calls back.Just truly shady slimy people. If you Clark county folks are reading this, it must suck to be as rotten as you are. BUYER BEWARE.

This is definitely one of the cleanest and most organized independent auctions that I have been to. They have a great selection of vehicles and it is very easy to find what you are looking for. I would recommend any dealer to go and check them out.

This place is the exact opposite of how an auto auction should run. Purchased a vehicle from OVE listed as a manual transmission, they would not accept our floor plan which required us to wait to ship the vehicle. After receiving the vehicle, we learned that their ad was inaccurate showing a "manual" transmission and the vehicle was an automatic. The transmission was junk and they stated we are outside of our arbitration window (because we had to wait for them to cash our check) the cost was over $2,000. Trevor the manager and Brian the arbitration manager were impossible to communicate with, did not return phone calls and ultimately stated there is nothing they can do. Do not recommend supporting this auction.

I bought my last car from the "buy now" program and it was a great experience. I thought I would buy my next vehicle from them again, but they have closed all access by the public now, only dealers can access listings now. BOOOO! I don't know why they don't want public business anymore, but they apparently don't so don't waste your time

For years, this was the place to get you a great price on a vehicle if you could spot the dodgy dealer offload from the deal. The new facility is spectacular. Years ago they began closing off most buying to public. Very recently (4/1/19) they decided to close off to the public entirely. It's important for my review to reflect the public opinion and rating of what is now no longer public. It is unfortunate that the business decision did not consider the market equally and is controlled in a way that does not allow free market to all. This will likely show up next door at the nice bar and grill as public patrons like myself won't feel welcome there either. It was good while it lasted and will be missed by the public.

I remember you can get a deal anytime, Now the dealers get all the deals and the public have to fight over the pick overs. Look at it like this if you have money you should be able to buy what u want. Not over there they say come on in and get the full experience of the auction but then say but you have to choose from this broken pile with parts missing no guarantee and plan ugly, while the dealers get new cars more choices and more option. Back in the day I went every week looking for deals and could find them almost every time, I love it.I brought many people ,friends family, and strangers. I often brag about the good service and ask people you are a fool for going to a car lot because that's were they get there cars from. But now they lost the formula that made them great and that was the people. When they forgot about us because, of the greed I guarteee this please will close in 5 or 6yrs or will be strictly no public ascess...They told me feb thru april are there biggest month..You know why tax time but with this new formula who would dare buy.I never write reviews so if your reading this.....this is for you if you go dont get mad because you brought somebody eles problem and paid the max for...because like I said you have little to choose from which means the price go up......you have been warned.Oh I have brought over 10 cars during my course and im not bitter because I had mostly gotten great deals im so dissatisfied with what there doing thats why im writing.....Up date........Ps right now its 2019 I forgot when I upload this but right now I was right no public access you can't bid on auction day...you can't even come over there and the dealers are only allowed you have to to wait to thursday and friday to get the cars the dealers don't want.... so if your reading lets us know about your transaction. Oh dont be fooled they have people to right reviews to bump up there rating....YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Customer service was pretty good. I like how they give you a list of cars with the amount of each one, that way you can see what you can and can't afford. I like how they let you test drive any car you pick that's nice. The only thing is that they don't allow little kids to walk in with you so it's not kid friendly and they don't clean out none of the cars. It's as is. I'd think that they would clean out the cars to be more persuasive. The deposit they ask for goes toward any car you pick and you do have to have a 30 membership fee to. They do require you have insurance on the car before it leaves the lot which is good. Great place will definitely try to come back. Hope this helps

Wow, what a huge place. Great place to buy a used car, no matter what you are looking for. There is a $490 selling few and a $490 buying fee. There are many safeguards in place to keep you from getting ripped off.

Be careful we are a 32 year old dealership and in all the years in business this is the first review we have ever written. Be careful these people are out right crooks, they lie and cheat to protect their dealers, so in the Future be careful what you buy from this auction and the dealership of Wise Investments.

Great place to buy a car. Good auctioneer. The auction starts at 2:30, u can start showing up at 1 to start looking at cars u might want to buy. There's a annual, nonrefundable, $30 membership fee. And a $400 down payment to receive a bidder number in order to check on cars for sell, that's refundable if u don't purchase anything.

Will never make the mistake of buying another vehicle from this auction. We bought a car with no damage on the listing. When we got it here the vehicle had over $2,500 damage on the interior. The storage compartments in the back were completely destroyed. The carpet was ruined. The car smelled like a dog had literally lived in it. We were told by the auction that because none of the items individually equaled over $500 that we were out of luck. Didn't matter that the total damage was in the thousands of dollars and was listed with ZERO of the issues on their inspection.

If you have never eaten here, please do, and get "if you like it put a onion rings on it" because I was speechless when it first hit my mouth. The flavor was breathtaking.

I have purchased several lower priced vehicles here. Most of them have some cosmetic and/or mechanical issues, but if you are a do it yourselfer, you can still find value on the lot. I like the buy now public sales on Thursdays and Fridays. You can test drive the vehicles on the lot during the buy now sales event. Be sure to check out the vehicle carefully before you buy it. Sometimes hidden problems surface after you get the vehicle home.

Ate at the Urban Bread Company. Surprisingly good food in an odd setting. The food is as good as the offerings in their original location on 10th Street, but a much larger venue and easier to find a table.
