Geahr Offroad is a great shop. They are honest and very knowledgeable. They helped me build out my Gladiator and now my Wrangler. I have a hard time even thinking about taking my Jeep anywhere else.
I have taken my jeep there multiple times and they never disappoint. They are honest people trustworthy and they get the job done. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back. If anything happens to my jeep. Service is outstanding. Took my jeep to the dealership once they wanted $4500 to fix the issue Geahr offroad Found the real problem and it only cost me $750
Very pleased with the guys and gals at Geahr Offroad. I live in the Indianapolis area and decided that the two hour drive down to Jeffersonville was worth it based on their knowledge and experience with Jeeps. I had a regear done on my Gladiator and cannot be happier. I’d recommend anyone to check them out.
Talked to the sales guy at the counter and he was full of all information I was seeking. Without making a purchase I was very impressed with his knowledge. I will be using them to install and correct my steering issues with my JKU. May post a new one when they are finished.
But until then if you own a jeep and need it repaired or additions added to it. Go see them. Right shop doing the right things.
Tyler was great and very informative. They had answers to all my questions. Most of all, they solved a Jeep problem that eluded other shops. They told me exactly what was needed to fix the problem at the cost quoted.

This place is a gem. After a decade of owning an already old Jeep I've had darn near every kind of repair you could imagine. I've also been swindled and overcharged by a dozen different mechanics. Faced with the choice of going to the overpriced Jeep shop in Louisville or trying out a dealership I decided to give this shop a chance. I'm very glad I did.
This is a great group of people. Art and Dylan are restoring my beat-up 99 Wrangler piece by piece, and doing it for a much fairer price than other Jeep shops in the area. A lot of mechanics aren't well-versed in repairing vehicles that are built for off-roading, but this group knows exactly what to do. When i ask most mechanics about my Jeep I get a lot of "maybe"s or "I'm not sure"s, but Art rattles off answers (accurately) like he could do it in his sleep. He even talked me out of very expensive repair into a much cheaper one that fixed an issue I've had for years.

Update: same great service, no pressure on repairs, prices aren't the cheapest but your Jeep gets fixed the first time and they don't talk you into unnecessary work.
Attended the Trail Tech class lead by Art Geahr. Alot of knowledge was passed along and common sense approach to equipment and techniques. Super friendly staff and group members. Will attend future events.
The level of customer service was beyond my expectations. They were all polite and explained everything in a way I just knew they were the best. They gave options that were less expensive and really consulted me on what I wanted. Because of this I had them do a few more things. I had a transport company to ship the Jeep out of state where I'm relocating. The team at Geahr allowed me to have them pick the Jeep up at the shop. They made sure it was loaded & tied down properly. I only wish I had access to them when I move so for anyone looking for Jeep experts that care about the customer experience you won't be disappointed. Philip
Gearh’s staff is the likely to be the best group of aftermarket and stock jeep experts in the area. If you can have the opportunity to talk with any one of these individuals, you’ll quickly realize, they know their stuff. Art Gearh can literally school you with the amount of knowledge that he has on Jeeps.
Art and his crew over at Geahr Offroad are top notch. Professional, clean shop, and extremely knowledgeable about all things Jeep and beyond. Started going here on a recommendation from a friend in July 2020 and they have helped me with my Jeep build all the way giving advice and excellent service. I have a 2010 Jeep Wrangler so after diving into the build it needed quite a few repairs during the process and Art and crew were able to handle all of it. I will be coming here for years and it remains my favorite Jeep shop and I highly recommend it for anyone needing work done to their Jeep.
There is no one that knows more about Jeeps, Jeep repair, off roading, Jeep parts etc than Geahr Offroad. They are super pros! Yukon Certified, ASE certified and just good guys. They helped me buy parts and accessories for my Jeep, namely a front stubby bumper and winch and took the time to understand my budget and my use case. I highly recommend this shop and send everyone I can to them.
Good honest diagnosing. These guys know their Jeeps from front to back. Wiring, engine repair, rear end set ups, aftermarket parts, they do it all. A veteran (Marine Corp) owned business that is honest and very well run. You can count on Geahr Offroad for all your Jeep and 4x4 needs.
