This is the 2nd time I have had to use this location. Their customer service is amazing! They go above and beyond! They fit me in the schedule in a pinch, very polite, all around great experience both times!

First off, this review is just for this one particular day. Because in the past I have always gotten top-notch service. Long story short.. I was charged almost $200 to replace one TPS sensor in my tire. Was told I had an additional two other sensors that were bad. After realizing the expense, I declined. Declined After leaving there, I drove to discount tires in Clarksville and had them double check to see what two other sensors were bad. Lo and behold.. only one other sensor was bad and they only charged me $67! That's roughly $130 difference for the same service! Not to mention tires Plus told me I had two additional sensors that were bad... when in fact it was just one! So needless to say I am extremely pissed off! I get it. People charge different prices for the same service all the time. But $130 difference... And telling me I had two more sensors bad when in fact it was just one more! You guys at tires Plus have always done me good in the past but this is absolutely wrong in every way. In closing.. avoid this place at all cost; if you have anything TPMS related! Save yourself some money and go somewhere else. If they had their way they would have charged me $600 for three sensors when I only needed two ... what would be $134 somewhere else! Side note.. I did witness them go completely out of their way to help an old lady and get her home because her car needed special parts that had to be ordered. Like I said they have done me well in the past; but today, not so much.

It should’ve been an easy repair. I arrived,, I asked to have a valve stem replaced. Instead what I got after an hour was a poor attempt at selling me new tires. When I said No,, my car came back to me so I asked if the front valve stem was replaced ? I was told by Mr Tire Sales guy that all 4 tires had been checked for leaks and aired up to proper pressure.,, No Charge,,, I was feeling pretty good,,, VERY NEXT DAY,, FLAT TIRE ON BAD VALVE STEM WHEEL!! It should’ve been an easy repair if only they had listened to what I asked them to do.

They repaired my flat tire in less than an hour. Price was reasonable and service was good!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ While driving from CO to VA, our car completely shut down on the highway just before reaching Louisville, KY. It was terrifying, but thankfully Shaffer’s Towing connected us with Mike’s Tires Plus in Jeffersonville, IN, and the experience was outstanding. Even on a Sunday, the team was kind, professional, and reassuring. They took us in with only five hours left before closing and got us taken care of quickly. We were able to wait comfortably inside while they communicated every step and made sure we understood what was happening. During such a stressful and uncertain moment, their professionalism and kindness meant everything. Highly recommend Mike’s Tires Plus!

These guys are excellent in their work. They are super efficient, very smart and they go right to the point and fix the problem of cars! I had a great experience with them and highly recommend them.

First, the good. An honest review overall. No charge to look at it. However, they wanted to charge three times what other places and even good, private mechanics charge around here. Which frankly is repugnant.

TLDR: The manager of this shop is very unprofessional and talks down to his customers like they are children, trying to belittle them into thinking they don't understand policies, just so he can bring in extra money for the shop I've been content with my experience at this shop up until now. I have always bought road hazard on my tires at this shop and it has never been an issue when replacing them, it covers the cost of the tire. This time around they told me that one of my tires wasn't covered under warranty due to an alignment issue (I have to get some shocks replaced and that's throwing off the alignment in my back end). Last time I was here, I ended up popping a tire on the back end (where the alignment issue is) and they still replaced the tire under road hazard warranty because it wasn't fault of the alignment, it was a fault of road debris which is literally covered under road hazard. This time they refused to honor the road hazard insurance on the tire on the back end despite this time also having popped because of road debris. I explained to the manager that this wasn't due to alignment this was due to road debris and he kept fighting back and said (look, last time they did you a favor) after talking down to me and trying to make it seem like I don't understand road hazard insurance on tires, when it's literally pretty straightforward and simple. Then he tried to add road hazard insurance to the new tires like I was going to come back after this ?? yeah buddy okay, no, I'm not going to come back to the shop that tries to swindle their customers for money despite the fact that they have insurance on their tires. I'm not going to say "you've lost a customer" because that's the most generic thing someone can say in this situation, but I definitely don't see myself doing business with this shop in the future, since they are under toxic management.

Not very good business... I needed a single tire and I called and the guy at the front counter said they had it. 1hr of driving later, I get there and he says "sorry I can't find the tire, but we have another tire for $70 more" total waste of time when I brought the exact money he said it was.

I have been coming into this tire store for several years. They always take great care of my car. Top notch place.

I got a new set of tires, an oil change and Freon put in the car. Every was very nice. They kept me informed about what was happening. Everything was explained. Very happy with the service. It was quick and easy.Friendly staff Five Star business!!

We were traveling from Florida and ran into tire issues on a Saturday evening. These guys were open on Sunday and overwhelmingly helpful and kind to our situation. If you live in the area this store should be your go to for car care. A+ experience.

Three weeks ago my husband and I literally were leaving to go out of town to Nashville and realized one of our tires were practically flat and we had just aired the tires up a couple days before. Everyone we called said it wouldn’t be possible to get me in and out in a couple hours. Also if they could, the prices they were quoting were outrageous or the tires we needed had to be ordered. I called Tires Plus ( which is also known as Michaels Tires), and they said they would move me to front of line and get me on the road in time for our out of town concert. The cherry on top was when it came time to pay it was almost $20 cheaper than what he had quoted me. In 2025!? That’s unheard of. We need three more tires soon and we will for sure be going there.

First off, THANK YOU for being open on a Sunday. I just had an oil change at different service place and they left me with oil leaking out of my car. It was late Saturday when I discovered it so I was so relieved to find you open the next morning. I fully expected to pay for service and maybe another oil change but your team fixed the problem and cleaned up the mess for me and didn’t even charge me anything. It was such an unexpected kindness. I will definitely come back when I need service in the future.

I have purchased 2 sets of tires here, had oil change, brake repair, and flat tire repair. This place was recommended by friends that have had great service. I had the great experience. Hassle free buying experience.

I have been using Tires Plus and they have changed names many times, but the service and attention to the customer has always been top shelf. They never disappoint me, Paul and the rest of his team has always been there for me and will always use them until I cannot. Thanks guys for making the latest fix, very much appreciated. Had an oil change, tire rotation, and vehicle performed. Also requested an estimate to repair a gear shift safety. Upon leaving store lot, brakes engaged and would not release. Returned to store. Tech advised the brake rotors and brake pads had been extremely overheated and worn. He tried to claim that it was probably an electrical issue and it had been going on for some time. The inspection performed before initially leaving the store showed the brakes were in good condition with no problems. He also stayed that they had replaced the brake ligjt switch to see if it would remedy the shifter problem — I DID NOT authorize them to perform this and they did not ask before performing this. I believe they caused the problem with the braking system, as there were no issues before their service. If the brakes had, in fact, been in bad shape, why did they not note this on the inspection sheet or advise me of the problem?

Today I brought my car in due to squeaky sounds from brakes as well have my tires checked/rotated & balanced. After they checked my car I was told what were the issues, the recommended actions, and the total cost(s). Hour and half later, I was on my out. I had nothing but excellent service and dealings with this particular branch of Tire Plus because it is the only one I go to.

Super easy to get an appointment quick, did great job putting on a new set of tires, replacing Ford rusted lug nuts, and rear light bulb. The service guy up front was friendly and helpful and the work was done in short time while I waited. I will take my vehicle again when needing service.
