$225 Deposit down, contract written. We knew it was going to cost us, an elderly couple. But he never started work, missed the deadline. At first, answered calls and texts, promised would be out. Showed up a few times, excuses and promises given. Other times, promised to show up, did not show up at all. Now he will not return calls or texts or communicate. No work even started let alone done. After all of this and thinking it over, I do not want the work done by him. I will find another service that has a good BBB rating. Although most of the reviews are good, my experience has not been good at all. My advice: Don't give him half down. Maybe a $50 goodwill deposit at most that won't put a dent in your budget. I do not recommend.
After a 12 hour day of cleaning out the garage we messaged Greenleaf Junk At 8:30 p.m. thinking we would hear from the company within the next couple of days. By 8:39 p.m. Levi provided us with his phone number and we called to get a quote. We sent him images and descriptions of what needed to be hauled away, and they were at our house by 10:30 that very same Saturday night! He removed everything even down to the scraps on the driveway. What makes this even better is he doesn’t just dump everything! He donates and sells what is reusable. He was kind, responsive, quick & efficient, and extremely thorough. 100% recommend using this company!
Levi and the Greenleaf team were absolute heroes for us today - helping me coordinate and complete hauling and removal services for my mom while I was not in town.
