***Update*** This was MY experience and how “I” felt. No reason to lie. Came to purchase a washer and dryer. When I walked in, no one greeted me. A man came from the back and walked right past me and didn’t even look my way. He was yelling and talking to someone that was still in the back room. Then a woman came out and showed my what I was looking for. She did it really quick and was nonchalant. Afterwards she just stood there looking out the window. I felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable. I left and took my business elsewhere where I got a great deal and even better customer service.

Did an awesome job, come early to fix it and done in a fast fashion will always call them back

Ordered a gas stove and was delivered the next day. All the staff from the store to the delivery person were helpful and courteous. Great service!

Not only did the repairman, showed up when expected. He came out in inclement weather. He did a full inspection of my stove to find out that there was nothing that needed repairing. Very friendly and family orientated. Call before coming which is important for seniors that have hearing impairment…I thank You very much for your time dedication.

They arrived on time as stated and did a fantastic job at explaining the issues with my fridge and the options available for repair with prices within my preferred budget. Recommendations were also provided that were available for alternative appliances equal to the appliances that were no longer serviceable which really assisted in finding a suitable replacement. My experience at Midwest Appliances was amazing; product delivered, installed in a timely manner; delivery guys were great and professional. My only complaint was the refrigerator was inside of the refrigerator was not cleaned like I was promised it would be; or this would’ve been a five star review; it wasn’t filthy; but did find some crumbs and loose hair in actual refrigerator; that I had to clean myself.

Have been buying all my appliances from here, for the past 4 years. The service is amazing and the owner and this apologies are sweet and very honest. I will always be a returning customer!

My experience was 5 star from start to finish. I needed to change my delivery date with short notice and they were very accommodating. Very fast to respond any time I reached out and delivery/installation was quick!

We bought a washer and dryer from here, our service was great, for the purchase we were in and out. & we were coming after a marketplace nightmare. Our dryer started making a noise (a screw got trapped in it) and we did have to call a couple times ( I will say if you call and it says Voicemail full try again because the next day I was able to leave a message and they got back to me right away) but as soon as we got a hold of them we were able up get it in and they had it fixed within 5 minutes.

Wish I would’ve went to this store first. Washer and dryer both are brand new with very little wear on them and got them as a set for a great price! Highly recommend this place

I've purchased from this guy before, he has some of the best appliances at the best prices, so when I needed additional services I knew where to go, very pleased with the Salesman and the way he run his business.

It was very clean just as the attendant promised and delivered quickly. ? I can always count on this company. I definitely recommend them. My husband and I received excellent service at Midwest Used Appliance on 3/2022. We were looking for an affordable washer and dryer and there was a good selection at the store. The associate was friendly and helpful. We received a wonderful set and they also installed the washer and dryer for us. I tested the set and they work wonderful. The washer is sturdy and strong and the dryer is amazing! I will definitely go back to the store for future appliance purchases! Very satisfied customer.

I’ve used this company for years! Each time I needed an appliance I’ve gone here. 2 years later, my dryer stopped heating. They came and fixed it that same week. I’ve also referred them to family members and they have all had great experiences as well.

I cannot say enough about this company! I reached out about a dryer issue I was having, and after it was determined the part is obsolete, then the owner gave me a few tricks that I could try on my own to see if I could get it working. This was even after I was prepared to spend my money in his business on a new purchase! The best news is; the tips he offered worked and now my dryer is working as it should! This place is an absolute rip off. I purchased a washer and dryer set from here and the dryer went out a couple months after purchase. My washer recently went out and they refuse to fix it. Even though I have a 6 month warranty. The owner claims that if I had someone else to look at it the warranty is voided. When I asked them to show me where it says that, they could not. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

They parked their trucks blocking a road preventing residents from being able to reach their homes. Sure, definitely confusing how oblivious they are to that. But when I called the office, the receptionist was very short with me and kind of rude. Receptionist lady, I'm not the one that did something wrong here. Things can be a big deal if you make them that way. You don't need to give everyone attitude for everything you guys do wrong. I can only imagine what this company is like if you sign a contract with them or pay them a deposit. Good luck to you all. Edit for their response: If the road wasn't blocked, why would I waste my time calling. I would have just drove to my house and never left this review. You're now caught lying for something so small. Sort of explains my whole issue, doesn't it?

Our dryer stopped working earlier in the week. I called Midwest Appliance Repair, and my call was answered right away. They were able to send someone out the next day, and had affordable prices. The tech was very professional. He was able to come in ahead of schedule, and called about 30 minutes before to make sure that would work for us. He was able to get our dryer fixed the same day while being professional and friendly. I'll be using them again in the future. Thank you!

The owner was so straight forward and kind. He loaded the new washer into our trailer and took our old one for scrap. Great price for a refurbished washer and we already hooked it up at home and works great! We will definitely recommend to all our friends and co workers. Thank you.

I wouldn’t recommend to my enemy they deliver my set and it had a live mouse in it wouldn’t do anything about it and refused to accept even under my warranty, nothing got resolved the lady at the front rude per usual and of course they tried deflecting it on me after living in my home 41/2 years pest free, I’ll be contacting small claims also
