Had a jeep liberty in the back of my house parked on a concrete slab. It’s a pretty tight turn for me getting my car in there. The wheels were locked up and the ignition was locked.This man in a snow storm was able to save the day and maneuver his tow truck and the vehicle to make it happen. 10/10 did what other services said they couldn’t do
Absolutely amazing and professional. I waited 4 hours for another company. My insurance sent him to me. He called immediately, said he'd be there in 25 minutes. 22 minutes later my car was on it's way to the tire shop.
I broke down in the schnucks parking lot. I called up Rescue 1 and within 15 minutes Brett hooked me up and got me home. I have never had a tow company get to me so fast. Thank you so much Brett you were a lifesaver!!!

You never want to be in a position to need a tow truck, lol! We were headed to Nashville and only got to O'Fallon, IL... which I guess is better than being out in the middle of nowhere hours away. Brett got to us in a very timely manor! He was upbeat and personable. He saved our trip! When we initially had the tire issue and we knew we would have to wait to be towed home and it would be late so questioned cancelling our trip. however due to the timely respond and Bretts personality our mood changed and when we got back home with the car we just put our luggage in the other car and went on our trip and left the car to deal with when we got back!

Rescue 1 Towing LLC dumped a wrecked car on our lot.
When I proceeded to tell the tow truck driver that he needed to move the vehicle and to move it to the correct place on our lot but he just said it was easier for us to move in than him.
The vehicle will not start because it is wrecked in the front end, so it would not be easier for us to move it.
He dumped the car in the Parts Section instead of in the Salvage section due to the amount of damage to the vehicle.
Brett with Rescue Towing was fantastic!! My wife and I required his services after breaking down. Brett was very kind on the phone, quickly responsive, very communicative, and had excellent professionalism. Because he had extra time, he even offered to take us home after dropping us and our vehicle at the repair shop. Although we didn't need that, he blessed us with the kind offer. We highly recommend his services because he cares a great deal for his service and customers. Thank you Brett for getting us out of our situation!

Brett is awesome, I rarely write reviews but def had to come write one for him. I highly recommend, great prices. Brett drove past me while I was stranded on the highway with a flat tire, and went out of his way to stop and assist me. He was kind and helpful, explaining what happened to my tire and placing the spare quickly and efficiently. He quite literally came to my rescue in what was an already stressful situation, and I will be calling him for any future needs!

Absolutely ? recommend if you need a tow. Not only are the quick to respond, answer question and and efficient!!!!! My car was identified for a tow, I was called, and the car safely delivered in less than an hour. Absolute rock star service alsoooooo they have a tipsytow and go service..... duis aren't worth it.
Brett is probably one of the most best tow trucks company’s I have dealt with so far! He not only responded very promptly when my husbands car had a flat tire on base (the car luckily made it to the driveway of the house we were staying in), but he went out of his way to not tow my husbands car so we could save some money and instead took the tire and came back the next day as promised with a brand new tire and put it on for my husband and I. I feel like he’s a very honest, knowledgeable and helpful individual. I will definitely be calling his company again in the future if I ever need a tow or car service!

Warning long review:
I was stuck on the side of the road at like 3am attempting to my spare on by myself but I had no luck. Cars just kept driving by and I didn’t have anyone to call. After being defeated, and about to give up, I looked up and the owner Brett was pulling up behind me asking did I need some help. He said he passed by me while on a job and something told him to come back by when he was done. As young woman, 25 years old, I don’t think he realized how much of a saving grace he was for me. He put my spare on and didn’t ask for anything in return. Those are the type of people you should do business with, and support. Thanks again Brett! I will definitely refer you to everyone I know, best of luck to you ❤️

I highly recommend Rescue 1 Towing LLC to anyone who needs their car towed! Brett, the owner is very professional, courteous, and timely. My car was stuck from parking on the street embedded in the layers of ice and snow. I first called AAA for assistance but I was informed that this was "out of convenience" related issue and therefore, could not send a tow truck to pull my car out. Fortunately, Rescue 1 Towing LLC came to my aid! My car would still be stuck in the street if it wasn't for Rescue 1 Towing LLC. Thank you for helping me!
One of my guys got stuck in a ditch after the snow and ice storm while running a plumbing call. I was not able to tow them out with my truck, so I called a few towing company’s locally and they were either closed or had no trucks available at 6pm.
Gave Rescue 1 a call and they answered the phone quickly. He was out on site within 15 minutes of our phone call. The amazing service he provided is unmatched, and he had to work through ice and snow on a hill.
I will recommend them in the future and use them if one of my fleet ever get stuck!
