The assistant manager Chris was very helpful and made sure I had the correct parts for my car. Because of a change during model year, Chris obtained the vin from my vehicle to ensure I was taken care of the first time. Even during what appeared to be a very busy time. I was treated like I was the only one that mattered and will definitely be a returning customer.

Great staff! I needed a touch-up pen for my F-150. They didn't have it in stock, but they looked it up on Amazon for me. I ordered it from there. Without NAPA's assistance, I would not have found the exact color match I needed!!!

Never again. Tried to buy headlights. Already knew what I needed and of course the little boy behind the counter told me I was wrong. I knew they would cost around $60. Not the $134 he was telling me I needed. Needless to say they lost my business. Went to advance and got what I needed. And was a little cheaper than the $60

they need more workers on a Saturday . and workers that know the parts n tools . so they dont sell u the wrong thangs .

Skip if you're a woman who knows anything about cars. Repeatedly I have been talked to like I didn't know a steering wheel from a tire. Even bringing in the part number you need won't help.
