After the recent deep freeze, my car broke down And I had to wait over three hours for a tow truck in the parking lot of Advance auto parts. James and Ty were incredibly kind all night letting me and my father come in and get warm after helping to diagnose the problem. There was a sticker on the door that said people first, and at this location they truly mean it. James and Ty made what should have been an absolutely miserable night just a little bit easier to bear. For that I am incredibly thankful.
Great staff here. Always eager to assist when I'm there. They always have the part I need. If it's not in stock they'll order it & it will arrive in a couple of days.
Guy that was working at the counter at 10:30 this morning was mocking a customer over the phone (with me standing there waiting to be helped). He dropped the receiver on the counter as the guy was trying to talk to him and looked at me as if I was going to be happy about what I just witnessed or think it was funny.
Multiple times I heard "I'll give you a refund and you can go check autozone." to both the guy over the phone and me.
Everyone's complaining about being over worked and underpaid but no one wants to give even basic customer service.
I stopped by the store to get some windshield wipers for my vehicle. The sales representative greeted me when I walked into the door. He helped me out and showed me the right ones, and replaced them before the strome came that morning.
Shopped here for years now and they generally have what I need. The online deals for oil changes and the rewards are great. I have purchased many maintenance parts for my cars and never had a problem. The 1 complaint I have is they do not stock drain plugs or gaskets for some reason.
Went in to have battery checked and all good I checked due to dealership said it was almost dead with no issues and was proven nothing wrong at all great battery. Plus I got an item needed for a project too. Thank u will definitely be back in!!
Good prices, especially if you know how to take advantage of the website and Speedperks rewards program. As of January 2022, they are downsizing some of their hand tools - which means discounts (while supplies last).
I really wish these automotive parts stores wouldn't just hire someone because they can operate a computer if they'd hire more people who were mechanically knowledgeable it would make the experiences much more pleasant for everyone

Very professional and efficient, lots of new staff. She was multi-tasking. Answering phones, consumers questions while installing a battery. If upper management and owners are smart you will not let her go.
Stopped in for potentially a bad battery and or alternator. Car was dead in their parking lot.. The staff tested the battery and claimed it was good. She went back inside not to return. We got the car jump started (dead battery) and we asked to test the alternator output to see if it were bad. She stated they don't test alternators. Both were their products. I will buy from a competitor and forego the warranty just to not have to go back there again. 7pm 3-20-21.
John is incredibly helpful and polite. He was not only able to just get the part I need, but make some recommendations that I hadn't really known about before when it came to my maintenance and other repairs on my vehicle. Always happy to recommend this store for an aspiring DIYer
If I could give zero stars I would. You should let your employees know that burping in potential customers faces is really rude. Mask or no mask it’s disgusting. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS LOCATION
Very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly staff! I took them a fairly new car battery which I bought through Advanced Auto online. It seemed to have died, so they promptly charged and tested the battery. Once it was determined to be a "bad" battery, they promptly went through the warranty process to exchange the battery with one from their own stock. While waiting I witnessed how helpful and friendly they were to other customers as well. I highly recommend this store and will return there for any of my other auto needs!

Darren has really turned that place around. I've been a loyal customer for many years. I seen it go down hill and Darren brought it back up. I work at Rowan Tire and we confidently use their parts. If they don't have the part in stock for us, they get it fast for us. I wouldn't use another Auto Parts Store. Darren treats people with professiolism and dignity instead of throwing parts on the counter and getting you out of the store like the other parts stores do. A+++++++

I was in there on Saturday 3-9-19 during a hard rain storm. Darren was very friendly and put the wipers on for me and gave me a free jug of wiper fluid. While I was there an elderly woman had me go get him to come out and do the same thing for her so she wouldn't have to get out of her car and get wet. Very good service going above and beyond!
My boyfriend and I were taking a cross country move, and when we had some car troubles we stopped here. We were so grateful we didn't stop anywhere else. We have never experienced such outstanding customer service as we did here. The employees went above and beyond for us and they even went as far as to drive to one of their homes to grab a tool we needed and couldn't afford. Their employees are very personable and caring, and Chance, justin, demetrice, and holli were absolutely wonderful and we will share our gratitude and recommend this place to everyone.
Very nice, knowledgeable & helpful employees. I went in to get windshield wiper blades for my new car. They checked to make sure I was getting the right size, then gave me some recommendations. After I purchased the blades they installed them for me. Always very helpful.
I did an online order. They gave me 20% off on my sale. It was suppose to be ready in 30 minutes after receiving the order. I went the next day and they still didn't have the order pulled. The salesman said they don't pay attention to the 30 minute they promised on the order. That didn't sit well with me!!!!!
