My 60-year-old mother and my 80-year-old grandfather visited this store location this morning around 10 AM. They were the only customers, so the store was not crowded.
They were trying to purchase a license plate cover and waited at the front counter for a while. My grandfather approached an employee in the back and asked Derek the employee to check them out. Derek instructed my grandfather to wait at the counter, so he went back and waited.
Meanwhile, my mother went to the side of the counter and asked Derek to check them out again. Derek then yelled at my mother, telling her to wait at the register where he had instructed my grandfather to wait. Someone would come to help them.
They returned to the counter and waited, but Derek never came to assist them.
This behavior was extremely unprofessional and ignorant. Derek should be at least wrote up for his poor customer service. If he is unhappy with his job, he should find another place to work and learn how to speak to customers respectfully.
By far the best parts store in town. The staff has been nothing but friendly and super helpful every time I’ve come in. Multiple times have they assisted me with carrying my items to my truck without question. I will go out of my way to shop here every time.
We had a tail light that flew off on our way to Georgia and we needed on asap this areilly had what we needed and we were able to get back on the road fast. Very helpful.
Walked in the store to nobody..two workers in the back talking. No greeting no nothing. So I stand there saying hello..still nothing! Got frustrated so I left and decided 2 go back in because I know they saw me. Still nothing! So I start screaming hello at the top of my lungs and they look at me like I'm crazy and say a few minutes. If I would have started picking up items and walked out wonder if they would have noticed. I Went 2 Advanced Auto parts and made my purchase
Came in to get a part for my brake calipers, was “greeted” by Nathaniel (manager). Asked if they have a part I need and instead of coming around and showing me where it’s at, he tells me which isle it’s in with an attitude, which the first time he said it, it was hard to understand what he even said, so he whips out his hand gestures like I’m some idiot to show me which isle it’s in. Eventually comes around to find the part for me anyways, hands me the wrong part because he didn’t care to read. That sums up the shopping experience at almost any auto parts store.
So if you come in and see Nathaniel, expect to get attitude from him.
Love O'REILLYs as a company but this store has some of the laziest and rude workers, especially when you come in with a company account and for warranties on damaged parts. They don't want to look up the receipts, they huff and puff about exchanging clearly damaged parts. When I walked in the store there was no one at the counter, worker huffed and puffed about having to come out of the office to help.
I stopped in to order a rocker panel screw for my Nissan Maxima. The associate in formed me to unscrew one of the other screws and take it to a hardware store to get a duplicate. Wow the screw was under a buck. Thanks Auto Zone!
They are horrible! Worst experience with this store! Told me I didn't have an warranty on something I know I have a warranty on. They are racist and some get overs. Oh and forgot to mention they had me waiting over 20 minutes for help on top of everything else
I bought a car battery in April from O'Reilly's, and today the car wouldn't start. Tried several times. Called AAA. I attempted again once AAA was close to arriving. Started right up. Ugh. AAA said it had a good charge. Patrick at O'Reilly's retested the battery and determined it had to be replaced, and so he swapped it out. Patrick thoroughly cleaned - and I mean thoroughly - the connectors. Suggested I buy pads (under $4) to help prevent that corrosion from rebuilding. I am grateful for his expertise and his patient demonstration of the problem/solution. I am highly impressed by the service I received!
Lovely helpful staff at this location! I went in purely for a code check, which was completed promptly. Staff did not try to sell me on parts since a definitive problem was not determined and advised me to go to an auto shop. Great customer service, would recommend.
I am so grateful to this store & it's employees. As a single female I always come in in a bind. The employees are patient, kind, helpful, and always provide an efficient and economical way to fix my car. Don't know what I would do without this location!
Alexander is awesome. Full of knowledge and eager to help. Great customer service. The man assembled my windshield wiper and installed it on my car without me even asking. He explained everything every step of the way. I had no idea what adapter to use. This will be my new home location as long as he works there! 9:30PM 3/25/21
Horrible costumer service. Refused to make a set of keys for my car for no other reason then the guy didn't believe that my car takes three keys. Then agrued with me about the part I needed even though I had the old part I was replacing. Very unprofessional will never go back there again.
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This was my first time going to this O'Reilly and I encountered some very BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. The store associates weren't wearing masks to protect the customers. Nor were they maintaining social distancing. I asked for some assistance and the store associate was reluctant to give me the information to get what I needed. I had to ask him multiple times before the associate gave me the information I was asking for. He replied "JUST GET WHAT YOU NORMALLY GET!!"...How does he know if I usually get anything or if this was my first time or not?! This store is not doing anything to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 logically nor are they assisting customers in a friendly manner. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! Unless you want BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I am usually very pleased with this stores staff but the other day I went in to get my check engine light checked. They told me due to social distancing they arent at this time. I understand that as to I am a health care worker. What upset me was there where customers and an employee outside talking by a car not sure if it was a customer or not but I felt discriminated after seeing that and realized I was in my scrubs.. my car is now broken down on the interstate...(where I work does not have anything to do with the covid virus so I'm not a risk)
I worked an Orielly counter... I Opened a store, so ikno what its like.. I wanted a resistor for my 05 pickup WT.. The man ask me ?'s about what i have? Isay what is that? He say idont kno its your truck... Isay you asking me ?'s about my truck and cant tell me what the ?'s means??? I just walked out.. I was mumbling somthin... Idk what... But i wont never go back..
Called ahead to see if parts where available and to put aside for later pick up and representative took time to answer all my questions and price checked all the parts for me. Even had some shipped from another store to complete my order. Great customer service!!
Very knowledgeable staff and aim to please. Stopped in for a check engine light as well as purchase of wipers in which they installed for me. Great team keep up the good work.
They do not take care of their customers. They don't take responsibility when it comes to their parts being bad. I will never buy another part from them again! It is ashame how much their customer service has gone down hill. They used to care about their customers and gave excellent service. Not any more. Throwing away my rewards membership!
I went to this place Months ago and bought windshield wipers and they sold me the wrong ones. Couldn't take them back, but they gave me another pair for cost and I was fine with that. Went there last Sunday to by breaks and they got me a good price on lifetime warranty. Wheelchair ramps, very clean store and organized, friend workers.
