Bought a Ford expedition from a man named Zach. Zack told us it had a warranty which later we found out it did not. The expedition is falling apart and we don't have the means to fix it. Went to Zach's manager and she said " let me guess Zach lied to you about the warranty". She knew about Zach lying to other people about warranties but did absolutely nothing to fix it. A year later we seen Zack at a gas station. He walked up to us and smirked and told us he was surprised to see that the expedition was still running. Zach is the billboard of a used car salesman. I will never go back and buy another vehicle from him. I will never suggest anyone to buy from Savannah's. Be aware.

Very unhappy with this purchase. Was told after I purchased the car after asking multiple times what was wrong with the car. That if the light would come on it would be a “simple fix with a valve “ there’s so many problems with this car it’s unbelievable. Do not recommend this at all.

They only use CREDIT ACCEPTANCE, if the guy wasn't laughing in the background I would've explained my car was about to be paid out by insurance, deemed a loss so 🤷 previous loan will be paid by the time I'm up there. Ghetto and unprofessional and they only use one lender CREDIT ACCEPTANCE.

Started doing business with Ricky and family/team in 2012.. 3 vehicles.. Excellent customer service and support.. still own the initial vehicle which I cherish.. my other half killed the latter 2 vehicles but they were nice, reliable vehicles.. I look forward to purchasing a ride for my soon to be 2024 HS graduate and sending her off to school in it! Thanks to the entire Savannah motors crew!

I was in a jacked up loan and my car had broke down twice in one weekend...I searched high and low for someone that approve me for a loan and give me something I'd be satisfied with... knowing my credit isn't the best...I stumbled upon Savannah...they had some decent cars a few that I was even interested in...I did the credit application and it said approved....I'm like yeah what's to it...like all the other lots... Zack (my salesman) told me I was approved and for what I wanted with not much down or a month....I did all my work over the phone...and went up 2 days later with my down payment and drove off the lot... insured...low miles on the vehicle...with a warranty...gap...and roadside assistance....so Im very pleased to say the least....but the the BEST part of it all was Zack....he is honest...friendly... helpful...and very easy to get along with...kind of like a favorite cousin...lol...All in all First time client...and I was so satisfied...my sister bought a car the next day ...lbvs

Purchased a vehicle from savannah auto sales I highly recommend it to anyone. they have alot to choose from for very affordable prices the cars come detailed already very clean and ready to go I purchase my vehicle it passed both safely and emissions with no problems. Was lied to about everything wrong with the car. I had it two days and it has to be put in the shop. I wasn’t told the dash lights weren’t working. I was told a new radiator hose was put on the vehicle but apparently they didn’t see the crack in the the radiator. I have to use LED lights to be able to drive this vehicle at night not too mention I didn’t notice the steering column was taped together with black tape. Never buy from these people!

Thought I was buying a car from an individual named Alex off of Facebook marketplace but it turned out he was selling cars out of this lot in Belleville. Something seemed off and I probably should have walked away then. Unfortunately we were desperate due to one of the family cars being down. The salesman asked us to just drive around the area and not the highway due to him not having any dealer tags. That should have been a red flag but honestly the vehicle drove fine at low speeds so we moved forward buying the vehicle. The salesman asked me to come back the following week for the spare keys and floormats which was fine at the time. I dealt with what I believe was the owner for the sale of the vehicle and we took it home. The car sat all weekend due to not having insurance, then I drove it to work on Monday. The vehicle seemed fine until I hit the highway, because the vibration was so bad I had to pull over. I tried to limp it home and then one of the fix o flat filled tires blew out. Tried to change the tire on the side of the road but 2 out of the 5 lugnuts were so crossthreaded we had to break the studs from the hub. So that led us to having to replace both front hubs, wheel bearings, sway bar end links, tie rod ends, and of course the bad tire. Even through all of that I chalked it up as a learning experience and one of the hazards of buying an "as is" vehicle from lots like this. So after all that I tried to get the spare keys but the salesman was unreachable. So I went to the dealer and was told he forgot to leave the keys and to come back another time. Since then, I've reached out to the salesman with no answer and spoke to the owner multiple times with him just saying "I'll call you back". I don't have much patience for these types of people and figured a review might help others steer clear of lots and salesmen like this.

great job fast responses locked a deal down within a few days grabbed my checks flew in from detroit. night before we chatted about the plan picked us up from the airport within 2 hours i was driving on my way home with the car. including the drive from st. louis airport

Zach was a great car manager to deal with. Priced very fairly and was easy to talk with. Small dealership but still very good!

They are ok, but you have to be very careful! They have a new financing company they go thru called credit acceptance! They are the worse there APR is 22.92% on a used car! My credit score was nearly 700 when I purchased! I was also misinformed when I made the purchase thinking the total cost of the vehicle would be 16,000 turns out it was 26,000 on a USED vehicle! I ended up spending 1,500 on A/C repairs a few months later! But it’s my fault for not reading the fine print. Any who overall! Ricky is really cool to work with you just gotta pay close attention to every detail and know what you are looking for. So I rate savannah a 3 star only because of the shity finance company they go through. Oh and Zach was cool in my books up until I realized how bad he screwed me on this financing thing!

keyshaun c brown she be buying dat car in 2012 for 800 dollars i called her and she said i thought it was in 2011 then waited 7 years to say something about it cuz she came back to us to buy another car but she wanted a 4000 dollar car for 800 i politely told her to go some where else after that she posted her bogus lie reply i got good report in the streets word of mouth goes farther than google review what comes around goes around if i was so bad then why she come back to try and buy another one i think it was the other way around we didnt want her busines i wish i could give keysha c brown a review

I have been trying to get a car from here, but every time I try to get a hold of the person that takes care of the financing he's NEVER AVAILABLE! I have been trying to talk someone for days. Apparently y'all don't want my money. I'll take it somewhere else. Thanks for nothing
