locked keys in my car in pouring rain called and came in about 10 minutes and opened up car in about less then a minute no bullshit fastest service ever. Reasonable price for the dumb mistake i made.
Towed me from my job at Burns Harbor to my home on the southeast side for a good reasonable price, was responsive, quick, and even got me a hot chocolate, 10/10 experience; I wouldn’t give my business to anyone else.

I would give more than five stars if it was allowed on Google! Cannot begin to tell you how wonderful this towing company is and how compassionate and helpful Alex was. Our vehicle broke down in a parking garage in downtown Chicago. they were able to get in to the garage as most companies said that their trucks were too big and would not be able to clear the ceiling. Once they dropped the car off to the mechanic for us, Alex was kind enough to take a photo and send it to us to show us at the car, made it safely to its destination. Very, very grateful for Alex and the young man that he came to help him. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who's in a pinch, especially in the Chicago area.

The service was quick and very professional! Left my car keys inside the car and they were able to open the vehicle in a matter of seconds. I was highly satisfied with the outcome!
They towed my Tesla. The tow truck guy was very helpful, friendly and knew what he was doing. He charged the Tesla up enough to get it to open the doors and charging port. It was cold, I sat his truck the entire time. It was a great experience, especially during a troublesome time.
AWP responded to my messages super fast and accommodated my request the same day. They did a long distance request from Wisconsin to Chicago for me! At very fair, competitive pricing. The owner was super responsive and his employee he sent was very communicative and respectful with the whole process. I was nervous about getting my car towed outside of my, now expired, Triple A benefits, but this company was so quick and nice! First, they came very quickly and got my car to it's destination. Next, the man I spoke to offere me a lift and was very nice to talk to. I would defiitely recommend this company for towing!
I can't recommend this company highly enough. They were prompt, professional, incredibly efficient, and affordable. Not joking when I say that if they ever leave towing and recovery they could start consulting on professionalism and customer service. I called around to get prices for a jump, as my battery died over the night. AWP towing had the BEST price and they arrived within 20 minutes. The driver was a complete gentleman! It started raining hard as my stubborn battery refused to accept a productive charge. I became even more stressed as it seemed to get colder outside as the rain became more aggressive. But the driver didn't give up. Though my battery sucked the life out of his portable charging box, he recharged it and started again and again. After around 30 minutes, my tears became uncontrollable, as I'd almost given up hope. The calm and extremely patient driver tried one final time and voila!!! It worked!! My car came to life as my tears turned into happy tears! AWP Towing is the Most incredible, patient, productive, reasonable, dependable company in Chicago! Absolutely great service! I got the help I needed in just under 30 minutes from calling. Mario and Alex were very polite the entire time and made sure I was home safe before they took off. Outstanding service. Answered the call very quickly and arrived very quick. The best assistance I got. AWP is awesome! Just had two cars towed with them recently, driver arrived within 30mins of me calling him. He was very professional and the prices were very good, he was very helpful and understanding and wanted to make my life easier instead of harder.
