It was sprinkling outside. My check engine light was on and I needed a diagnostic test. Auto Zone was close on my route so I stopped in. I stood around waiting for the desk clerk to finish up his conversation with a friend of his. He acknowledged my presence and I stated my issue and why I was there. Without hesitation he said "we do not do those tests when it's raining." I understand if it was a downpour outside but this was not the case at the current time. I left and received prompt attention to my issue at O'Reilly's with no fuss whatsoever. I will not return to this Auto Zone for any of my future needs.
Complete scam, refused to warranty two batteries that are less than a year old, because a parts person never input the sale last year when bought at this location. DURALAST Batteries are garbage! Warranty is Joke, 3 years on the battery, dated clearly 01/24 & 12/23 counter person straight up refused to Warranty.
Rude I thought they was bad years before they are terrible day & night
I always have seen the screen when getting parts because it’s cornered well he turned it around so I couldn’t see deliberately and I came days later and he still have terrible customer service
If it wasn’t for the Hispanic lady manager there would be no good service so the one star is for her and I’ll go to orileys or any other part store for future parts that’s not on warranty but the 3 guys needs to be replaced especially the young brown head shaggy haired one
Very unpleasant staff ! No one says hello , ask for help wanted to know where my coolant goes, No with an attitude, I just needed someone to show me where, a customer outside showed me.
Austin was a huge help to me this afternoon as I tried to change a brake light bulb (hard to apply the brake and check the light at the same time lol). He was nice, knowledgeable and so helpful and AutoZone should be proud to have him as an employee. Thank you again, Austin. Your time was much appreciated!
Mohammed went above and beyond for me today! I came in for a battery test and the gentlemen behind the counter promptly came out and tested the battery for me. They went through several options in my price range for a replacement and let me choose what fit my budget best. Mohammed really went the extra mile and installed the battery for me and was polite and professional. This saves me so much anxiety today. Thank you guys so much for your excellent customer service!
Stopped in after a bolt came loose on my motorcycle windscreen from a road hazard, cash in hand and ready to buy. Three employees, no customers, yet no greeting, no effort, and the manager himself was dismissive. Only one employee showed any courtesy. Customer service was nonexistent, and it’s clear from other reviews this isn’t an isolated issue. Small moments define loyalty, and this store failed completely — they didn’t just lose a sale, they lost a customer, my projects, my network, and any future business.
I brought parts in with my receipt attached to my account and not only was the manager saying I had to do store credit, h3 would not accept my license in my phone although it matches the order, the acct and me. Have no problem taking my money without ID. Buyers beware!!
4 people behind counter, 2 people in store. asked to check an engine code. Was refused due to “not enough staff”
Went back a second time 2 days later at 8pm and was informed they do not check engine lights past 6. Drove to O’Rileys down the street and had my engine light checked immediately. Shows you who cares and who doesn’t
I went to Auto Zone to have my battery checked. Sabrina was super helpful and got me in and out quickly. I very much appreciate the outstanding customer service.
After calling two other parts stores in town and getting no help, we called Autozone and they were super helpful. Timothy helped us and even installed the battery for us. I will make sure to go here the next time I am in need of car parts or accessories.
I hope this reaches the corporate office because they need to know how awesome of an experience I had with this store! I was really having a bad day but these two gentlemen Austin and Ron put a smile on my face. Austin and Ron went above and beyond to help me get the service I needed They really met my need! Please go to this store it's no store like this! please give these two men an increase in pay or something haven't had a good customer service experience in a while!!!!!! Got in and out fast but geez folks take a happy pill. There were four employees fir two customers. No one opened their mouth enough to here. The first guy I went to jerked his finger over the next one . No one smiled or even attempted to be halfway cordial.
The person that helped me was very helpful and I just tried to get the same help from Orally which was challenging my battery it is a side Post Orally said he couldn't get the test done went to AutoZone and got it tested and changed .
Great courteous staff!! My dilemma was small but I was unable to open the key fob to my vehicle in order to put in a new battery. Thanks to Brandy and her ingenuity for getting it open and placing my newly purchased battery. Thank you so much!!
Timothy was a big help assisting me to return a battery as he went above and beyond to make sure I was credited for the purchase. Well run store and I respected him as a employee and the positive experience.
Ask for Timothy! Went in to grab some oil for an older project car and Tim brought to my attention that I would need an oil with zinc to protect the older engines as the modern oils generally don’t contain zinc anymore. Thank you Tim for your knowledge and for potentially saving me from a headache of engine failures in the future!!
I needed air filters and fuel injector cleaner. The counter guy was helpful in looking up the proper parts. He also offered to honor a sales price of the injector cleaners even if the sale had expired.
I had to come in several times because I kept adding things I needed checked out and Zamid continued to come in and out each time with a smile on his face. He provided helpful information and worked hard to find the issue each time. He quickly and efficiently replaced my battery and a fuse! I'm so thankful he was here today to help us out!
I pulled in to get some oil, but I received the best service I've had in awhile,along with the oil! Nickolas was more than helpful, he make me want to shop here.
I came in to get my battery checked, and Nickolas not only figured out my battery was bad but fixed my sunroof that’s been broken for 2 years! It was apparently a bad fuse! He’s absolutely great 😊
Stopped in this evening for assistance and got the absolute worst customer service from 1 of the 2 employees working. The older gentleman I had this misfortune made it known he was only 1 of 2 on shift and didn’t have time to assist me and was very dismissive. While I am sympathetic to his woes about the scheduling/coverage issue, his caustic demeanor didn’t help the situation at all. Do better, AutoZone.
Mrs. Tammy helped me today. She was so kind and SOOOO helpful. It was nice to be treated so well. She helped me figure out two issues I was having. I highly recommend AutoZone monroe. Always helpful staff. Will always be my place to go here in town.

they never answer the phone, and when i went to the store i was treated very poorly by an older man in a hurry with a very bad attitude and a smart mouth. so i took my business to the competitor where they had friendly faces :) and helped me with no attitude. His attitude was so poor that im not going back, you lost a good customer.
