This towing company is absolutely HORRIBLE!! They are not helpful.. and have lied several times that they have told us information they MOST CERTAINLY DID NOT!! As a family who has wrecked OUT OF STATE and has people in the HOSPITAL from the wreck they have made the issue of getting items out of the vehicle impossible!!! EVEN TRIED TO CHARGE US 100$ to remove items!!!! DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING THIS USELESS TOW COMPANY. True story it was almost midnight Monday June 9, 2025 it's pouring down rain and my car broke down in the North bound lane at the intersection of Old Hwy 138 and Hwy 138. I called Taylor and the guy told me he couldn't help me unless I could ping my gps location which would be fine except my Google GPS couldn't find my location. Therefore there was nothing Taylor Towing could do to help me. So if you break down outside city limits call anyone else.

Rush me to get the claim number to come get my possessions out of car and when I get the claim number they have no available appointments to come get my possessions. Hire more staff or something. Chauncey’s would never!

The customer service I experienced was exceptionally poor, the worst I have encountered. I am perplexed as to why Loganville government organizations consistently contract with this company for towing and storage services. It raises serious concerns about the selection process. This service is unacceptable.

Great towing service. They towed our newly purchased 13,000 pound 43 foot used 5th wheel 162 miles and set it up for us in our desired location. They picked it up the day before to get on the road early. Great price too compared to other quotes—highly recommend!

I've got to tell you , I came into Taylors wrecker service yesterday morning My car was running Extremely HOT,I was on my way to a Drs Appt but anyways These guys that work there Were so very nice and helpful I was so impressed with them they helped cool it down put water in the radiator SOI COULD GET IT HOME I WANT TO THANK THEM FOR ALL THEIR HELPThey went beyond what I could have asked for THANKS GUYS FOR EVERYTHING

Terrible people, they should be ashamed of themselves! They have high rates if your car gets impounded, and if you can’t afford it but still would like to get your personal belongings out of your car, they force you to pay them $150 plus you have to sign the title over to them or you will not only lose your vehicle, but you can count on never seeing any of the items you might’ve left in your vehicle either.

My husband Attend a auction here on today, it was a seemingly easy process no fees, drama, nor confusion, the one thing I would suggest that the correct address should have been advertised in the newspaper, thankfully we called and was given the correct address for the auction which was 675 Adamson Rd we had a full day on today wasn’t sure how it was all going to play out but with Taylor’s wrecker being efficient in their process made or day go that much more smoother, my husband and I hope to attend another auction held by them.

We got stuck in Monroe, coming in from Covington when our fan belt broke. Mike was incredible. He showed up, and found out that the issue was the fan belt, so he offered to fix it rather than tow it. We had purchased 2 belts that we were told should fit the truck. Mike figured out that both sizes were incorrect, afyer spending almost an hour trying to put it on. We ended up having to tow it to his shop, instead of all the way to covington, and it wss fixed by lunch the next day. He was extremely polite, respectful and supportive of our situation. I wish these guys were in covington so that we could use their services on a regular basis.

My husband flipped his truck coming home after hours of calling looking for a tow truck another man referred me to this place, and THANK GOD for them they were so nice Easy to deal with. They honestly made a horrible situation a lot easier. I'm very grateful for all of them.

We experienced a paper clamp truck incident, the truck fell forward with a 3,000# roll of paper clamped. Luckily nobody was injured. The guys came into a very tight area and got it back upright with no damage. I highly recommend them, very professional.

Had to get my daughter's car towed. They arrived within an hour of me calling, it went seamlessly and they communicated very well. I got several phone calls and notifications on when they would arrive, when they did arrive and when they dropped the car off. I would definitely recommend.

I just want to give a special shout out to Chris who towed my car from Conyers which is where I work all the way to my house in Walton County. He was fast, professional, and I would recommend Taylor’s to anybody that needed a tow job done. Keep up the awesome job y’all!

Yesterday nothing was going right and to end the day i caught a flat. I contacted AAA as well as Geico. After three hours no one was still dispatched. I googled and found Taylor’s They were immediately responsive. They were at the vehicle before I could return. He had it semi loaded and once I gave him the keys he loaded it quickly and delivered it promptly. The service was professional and superior. I highly recommend and have shared their number with many people for future references!!

Robert the tow driver was really nice and made me feel comfortable had good conversation He’s a safe driver and easy driver. Definitely would recommend. Plus the lady over the phone was honestly the sweetest thing ever.

After my 1st experience at this shop i thought it would be a good place to bring all my vehicles since my old mechanic past. Oh man was i wrong the next time i went for service. This guy Doc is friendly but a true old school mechanic. He fix your vehicle while causing another problem so you have bring your vehicle for more service. I paid almost $700 ($687 to be exact) for a starter, value cover gaskets to get put on a 2000 saturn. I took my car back for an oil leak, he said its my oil filter. I paid another $225 to get that fix. Deep down inside i believe they never replace my value cover gaskets correctly. Oh well Got my car back 6 days later i notice new oil spots in my driveway. Took my car back to the shop & he said "i figure it the clamps i use wasnt going to hold" just leave here later this week & ill take look at it again" I got charged another $85 for the same oil leak this shop supposedly fix the 1st or if not at least the 2nd time, Especially when you knew them clamps wasnt the best idea. I don't know if its fix fully, but only time & oil leaks will tell. For the record, thats not how you treat your customers & their vehicles!

Taylor's wrecker service was great. They took good care of me. I haven't been treated that well by an auto repair shop in a long time. They picked me up beat the competitors price and had my truck fixed the next day. The lead mechanic Doc was very honest and only fixed what needed to be fixed. I'll definitely use Taylor's wrecker service from now on.

I’d give 10 stars if I could!! Called Taylor’s when my SUV broke down after a long day of work. The girl that answered the phone was polite and told me exactly how much the tow would cost back to my home and that the driver would be there in 30 minutes. You know how that is... yeah right “30 min.” Marty showed up in 17 min. I handed him the keys and he took care of the rest. 25 min later (that’s how far away I live away from where my car was dead), Marty was backing my vehicle down the driveway and handing me the keys. Marty is my go to guy from now on (also praying that’s not very often lol). Awesome service! I’m extremely pleased with my experience and would highly recommend to anyone!

Friendly, fast and efficient! Do not underestimate the quality of work that a small shop can provide. They have done a great job with our Volvo and our Ford, and their pricing is fair and honest.

I got my car towed to there shop and they worked on it. They showed up really quick and did the work needed in a day. The ladies up front were so sweet and the guys were very polite. They are really great people and I will recommend them to anyone who needs a tow or work on their car.

Taylor’s charged us 400 dollars to get our truck out of storage for one night. The truck was involved in a theft and was towed less than a mile from the facility. They were also told not to tow the truck over dispatch by the recovering officer in front of us. Unfortunately, there is non recoil for towing companies looking to make an extra buck off the insurance company. Crooks at best and extremely rude.

I've used Taylors a few times on both occasions they were prompt and friendly. I'm insanely picky about who touches my van. It's a conversion van because I drive from a wheelchair and therefore, very expensive. This happened over a year ago but I'd like to say thank you again!!!!

Quick and very safe trustworthy service. My truck was new, my insurance roadside couldn't help. This wrecker service driver also did the work to get me back on The road!!!! Free of charge....not enough 🌟 stars to judge with. In this area it's no question who to call
