I'm at a loss with this place. They have had my truck for close to a month. I have called, I have stopped by, and nothing. They have initiated ZERO contact. When I stopped by to ask what was going on, I was told the person who could update me was out and would call me in 15 minutes. That was two weeks ago. Quite honestly, the guy sitting at the desk, who I assume was a mechanic, looked visibly annoyed that I asked for an update when they had already had my truck for a significant period of time and had not bothered to let me know anything. I'm simply asking that my truck, which is my property that they have had for close to a month now, be repaired and returned to me. And that someone contact me with a plan and a timeframe. I don't think that's an unreasonable request. I've had to resort to a Google review because I see they actually respond to these. They sure don't answer the phone, respond to voice mails, or make phone follow up phone calls. I'm disappointed because they came highly recommended and I trusted them with my truck, which I love. It's very special to me. I'm willing to update this review if they resolve this problem. I just want this fixed and I want my truck repaired and returned. This is no way to do business. At the moment this is a serious let down.
I am an owner of an Audi Q7 2015. And I am satisfied as a customer.the people at car tech I would highly recommend these people to anybody who has a luxury car The pricing is decent and I am please with the service customer service was great in my experience also was a great one. Also might I add that the first place that I took my car to was car doctors in Athens and they charged me three times more than car tech to fix my car I wasted my time with car doctors they are overpriced and again car tech the service was fast and I appreciate the work that they have done on my car I give them five stars

The reviews are true. Gave Cartech a shot, after a recommendation from a friend. I have an older gmc 1500, I wanted a few things done tun-up wise. They informed me after looking it over that some of the things I wanted done were unnecessary at that time, they did fixed what needed to be corrected, They found another small issue and called to lt me know, quoted the part before installation and had me back on the road feeling good about this shop and the trust developed with that interaction.What a Gem! Take your vehicle to these pros, you won't be disappointed.
Took my truck here for an engine replacement . Truck was there for almost 8 months . Owner said the engine came in a week prior to repair/pickup . But the owners son had text me 3 months prior saying the engine was delivered , but waiting on extra parts .
Picked truck up , and engine started to overheat while on the way to my brothers funeral. I was stranded on the side of the road for a few hours waiting for a tow .
Messaged the shop and they stated they can’t get me in for another 3 weeks because they’re “swamped “. Given the fact I paid over 8k for an engine , waiting several months and missed my brothers funeral , they still won’t make it right .
Coming to find out , the genius who assembled the engine , dented the heat gasket which prevented the water pump from cycling .
They also keep core charges . Basically they got paid 800 dollars for my old engines .
I had an issue with needing a wheel bearing replaced last minute before travelling to get to my family in another state. On short notice, Jared and Jordan took care of the repair, allowing me to get back to my family safely.
The quality of work was exceptional, the pricing is fair, and they aren't the types of folks to try and upsell services that aren't needed for your vehicle. Just talking with these guys you can tell they have a passion for their work and are the types of people who want to build strong relationships with their customers based on trust.
I'm seriously impressed and know that as long as I live in this area, I will be taking my vehicles to Cartech Automotive.
I took my 2014 Ford Fusion here for a timing belt and water pump. I called to see when I could drop it off and they said they were a week out, to drop it off Monday. I dropped it off Monday and had my car back on Wednesday! They even called to confirm the price before they started the work. This place is great!!
If you want an honest hard working fair price mechanic. You just found him jared is amazing. He was honest straight forward and had my best interest in mind through out this process. If you need a good local mechanic that's not trying to take your money bring your car here

In this growing town of Monroe, we found a gem of a business. Jarred is professional, knowledgeable (you can check his years of highly qualified experience) honest and fair. Skeptical about car repairs? You can put that aside with the experts and service at Cartech! We will never take our vehicles anywhere else with the trustworthy and outstanding care we receive here! Went here and they told me they couldn't see me for a few days but they still did a brief diagnostic and told me how to manage my car until then. Unlike the other place that just said "okay, have a. Good day" Nor did they try to upsell me for unnecessary things, which does happen, just cause I'm female. The owner jarred was a pleasure to talk to while I was waiting, the mechanic was politely entertaining and seemed to actually enjoy his job. Bring all your cars here even if it's just to replace windshield wipers or something.
They are careful, honest, and knowledgeable on diagnosing problems. They do quality work to fix it correctly. They charge a fair price for work and parts. Besides all that, they are also very nice, kind people. I'm so glad this business is in Monroe.
We went to Jarred after our Toyota dealership wanted to charge an extremely high price for the repair/replacement of our compressor. As a result, I searched for a reasonable automotive shop near Loganville/Monroe area. I eventually found Cartech Automotive. Jarred was great to work with and completely honest about the details surrounding our A/C issues. He replaced our compressor not once but twice. The 2nd time was due to a manufacture issue which caused our unit to fail again. However, Jarred understood the issue, reported and we received another compressor at no charge and we were back cool again. The moral of the post, bring your vehicles here!!! The team here is fantastic and I plan to bring all of my vehicles even just for an oil change.
Had to update my review because I’ve been coming here for so long (since about 2016-2017). These guys are truly awesome. Super kind, helpful and HONEST. Thank you guys for all the work you’ve done on past and current vehicles. Jarred and Jordan (and Josh) are THE BEST. Highly recommended.
Absolutely amazing service. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Got my clutch swapped here on a 2012 Volkswagen and I couldn’t be happier. Drives like a dream. Jarred checked a bunch of other things on my car for me as well and helped me have a better idea of maintenance moving forward. I’d recommend Cartech to anyone and everyone in the area.
Owner Jarred and team went out of their way to help me out when the transmission linkage on my son’s truck broke. After a quick, but correct diagnosis, they replaced an inexpensive part and had me on my way in no time! I highly recommend this family-owned business for all your automotive needs!

Couldn’t sing more of their praises. Incredibly honest and trustworthy. I recommend everyone to go to them. We have gone to them multiple times to diagnose issues and get quotes for work. They are so good at what they do they often teach at other car mechanic places. Plus they have great prices and are very friendly. If I moved away I would drive 2+ hours to come and see them to work on our cars.
The guys at Cartech have helped me and my family out numerous times. They make the experience of being a customer feel effortless, (which is rarely the case). From their work, all the way down to their ability to communicate clearly. I made a call at the end of the day yesterday to see if I could make an appointment at the earliest date possible. They were able to fit me into their busy schedule TODAY and got me back on the road in time to make it to a doctors appointment for my child. I hate to admit that I was unorganized and didn’t plan very well, but Jarrod and Jordan cared about trying to help me and it shows in everything they do. That’s the type of people they are. I had running boards installed here and they did a great job! I didn’t have to wait when I got there and they got the job done in less than an hour. Very professional and kind!
They did a wonderful job. Very friendly and helpful. When my wife dropped the car off they gave her a ride home. The repairs went perfect and we will be continuing to use them and recommend to everyone.
Awesome experience at Cartech Automotive. High quality and knowledgeable but also affordable and fair. Jarred quoted me significantly less than competitor (Pep Boys) and gave me an honest assesssment of what needed to be done. My repairs went from close to $1,000.00 at PB to under $600.00. The work was done in a timely manner and with excellent customer service 11/10!
This was my first visit to Cartech today. I have always done my own repairs but these days I'm not able to do as much of the bigger jobs so I had been reading the reviews for this shop and gave them some work. I was very well pleased. This place is my go to place for anything to do with my car except for tires. I went there for an oil change, with two hours before I had to be at work and it was done within 30 minutes. The staff is so friendly, and reliable. Every where other chain place I go to it takes at least 2 hours to do a simple thing. There prices are also better than the chain places as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
After taking my car into Cartech Automotive, I will not be returning to the major dealership mechanics. I planned on being there all day (like I always am at other places, even for an oil change), but I was out in an hour. Very personable and efficient! Highly recommended. Thank you Jarred and Jordan!
How many people can say that they love their mechanic? I can! Jarred and Jordan are always there for my family with honest advice and knowledge...they do great work at affordable prices, and, best of all, I know that my 13 year old Jeep Wrangler and I are being well taken care of...I even learn a bit along the way. I recently had to have emergency repair work done on my car. I had no idea where to go nor could I afford to spend a lot of money. A friend of mine referred me to Jarred at Car Tech Automotive. Not only was he able to get the work done quickly, but the price he charged was very reasonable. He was very polite and was patient in answering all my questions. I will not hesitate to return to his shop any time I need work in the future and I will be sure to refer all of my friends!
I was referred to Cartech years ago and I will never go anywhere else for my automotive needs again. Usually when you go to take your vehicle to the "mechanic" you cringe at what they may find and worst of all is you worry that they will want to perform work that isn't needed to run up the bill on you. Its hard to find people in this business that are trustworthy and honest and that do good work. When I need work done on my vehicles, I trust Jarred and have total confidence that the work he does is top notch and I never worry about having a stroke when I get the bill! We have currently or in the past owned Volvo, GM, Toyota and Mazda vehicles. Jared has done excellent work on all makes and models and was integral to preserving the life of our vehicles when buying new wasn't an option. He was a special godsend after another mechanic made a mess of things. We are so fortunate to have found Jared and that he lives in our community, though we would drive way out of the way to work with him. He is well priced, honest, thorough, communicative, flexible, and will go above & beyond to find best prices on parts. Our family highly recommends Cartech !
